Love this place, every time and different. The staff is wonderful knowledgeable. You can get things embroidered.

They often have some unique items here that you cannot find places. They do some great customization as well. Its always a pleasure to deal with the staff.

Stopped into this rare gem in Cane Bay, walked in and was greeted several times and asked if me and my husband if we needed anything- super friendly, have a wide variety of vendors( mud-pie, LP) and gifts. Found some treats for our daughters. They have a reward program. Good to support locally owned businesses. Definitely will be back to shop!

They will guide/assist you in creating the perfect gift. Be it for yourself or someone else. Your item is professionally done with very little wait time. Buy from them or bring in your own they work it all.I’ve been a loyal satisfied customer for years. Will never go anywhere else.

Walked out after hearing how owner spoke to another customer and the unwelcoming environment. I was not greeted and an associate seemed irritated that I even came into the store. Another customer was informing an associate that she was unhappy with the work performed and associate rolled her eyes and walked off to get the owner. The owner came out yelling, not allowing customer to talk, extremely defensive and even cussing! The customer asked the owner to stop using profanity and the owner responded that this was her store and she could talk anyway and do anything she wanted to. Customer was almost shoulder checked leaving the store!! As I was inquiring about a product, associate interrupted and said they are about to close and gave me the hours for the following day. Unbelievable experience and I will never return. My hope is that a pleasant shop would grace the Cane Bay community to replace this one.Kayla- Its unfortunate that you are misrepresenting the event and altering the scenario. I understand that you work here and are trying to preserve the business, especially during these trying times. I am sure the other reviews are aligned with the type of experience that I had. Your response is exactly the type of place I refuse to do business with and urge others to do the same.

The best boutique for personalization of all types! Embroidery, heat transfer, vinyl, and they even make custom wood signs! They have housewarming gifts, hostess gifts and baby shower gift options as well. The turn around time for personalization is awesome! Highly recommend stopping in and strolling around this family owned store!

I have been in several times and when ask them to order a flag now over 6 months ago, still no call from them.Called and checked on it and staid well would take it two of them and they just do not get back with you.We need a nice shop in the area... but need to caring and return calls and let customers know about things.

Ive been coming to Infinite Creations for about 3 months and I have to say, I am in love. Those ladys have done everything crazy that Ive asked them to do & always in a timely manner. Im love all of their items & even their prices. I will continue my business there for as long as they are opened!

Well I was super excited to get my kids this popsicle kookier thing and it was to be personalized. One of them came out great the other did not. The lady there agreed to redo it real quick while I was there but it came out the same. She said its the way that font normally looks like. I pointed out that there display one had the same font to which she said oh thats just a sticker so I asked if I could just pick a different font but she very rudely said no and that she was just gonna give me my money back. I asked if I could just pay for a new one since I didnt want to give my son one and not my daughter but she stated that they would not personalize it for me. So I asked to please return both since Im obviously not getting my point across that Im not gonna tell my 7 year old hey your brother is getting a koozie but you are not. She would not return both. So now Im sitting in the car with a very upset little girl because this lady would not let me buy her one. Thanks lady for your awesome costumer service. This was my first and last time using your services. I had heard bad things about the rudeness and lack of costumer service but still decided to give the shop a try well never again. I hope you enjoyed making a little girl cry. Horrible and completely atrocious way to make a living.

Great personalization and custom gift shop with lots of unique gift items.

Definitely one of my most favorite places to shop for unique things. A range from toys, knick knacks, clothing,shoes, ect. Handcrafted items and personalization for many item purchased.
