I am so thankful for this place! I got myself in a real jam when I found out the event I was invited to was not cocktail style like I thought, but formal. I found out 36 hours before the event. Thank goodness they had multiple different sizes to choose from as well as connections to a seamstress that could adjust things in less than 24 hours!! The owner helped me personally and was so kind. I received compliments all evening. People thought my dress was custom! I would never suggest that you wait until 36 hours before a ball to buy a dress, because I almost had a heart attack over it, but if you do you’ll know where to go! Thank you Prima Prom!

My daughter and I had been searching all over town for a prom dress with no luck. We found this place online and decided to check it out. So glad we did! We found the perfect dress and it was on sale for 50% off. The owners were very helpful and it was a lot of fun trying on all the pretty dresses. The owners have a lot of experience and they were such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them and I will shop here again.

Purchased my daughters senior prom dress and the dress literally fell apart at the seams 15 minutes into her prom. She called me crying and had to leave prom early. I called the store the next door and was told at first to bring the dress in for them to look at and then received a call back a few minutes later saying that the dress didn’t come with a warranty and there was nothing they could do. They told me to call the dress manufacturer and follow up with them. I contacted the dress manufacturer the next day and was told that they couldn’t help me because I didn’t purchase the dress directly from them and that the store needed to handle the problem. I called the store back and was told they would follow up with the manufacturer and call me back and they never did. They were extremely rude and dismissive and were not at all concerned with the fact that the dress fell apart and ruined an important moment in my daughters life. They never offered to look at the dress, refund my money, look at pictures, NOTHING! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyer beware! Go elsewhere if looking for a good quality prom or special occasion dress or decent customer service.

Very nice shop. The owners are great. Very helpful. Prom, proper ball gowns and pageant PLUS dance. Tons of dresses that are high quality. Shoes and jewelry, too. Definately a good stop for dress hunting!

Got my daughters dance uniform here. The owner was very helpful and a delight to deal with. Will definitely keep this place in mind for when the kids are old enough for prom.
