Came in and purchased a Nissan Rouge from Justin. Easy process, great people, and a great selection of cars. Will definitely come back to purchase another car.

Looked at a 2015 Dodge Durango they had “certified pre-owned”. Initial walk around I discovered the front bumper was held on my adhesive, fender liner chewed up, windshield cowling in pieces, and some other cosmetic problems but all fixable things. Once I test drive the vehicle (with my wife and 2 week old child in the car) I discover a loud clunking every time we hit a bump coming from the front suspension (“certified pre-owned”). Continuing the drive I see the the alignment is off by a good bit but no big deal. Then we get onto the interstate and the wheel vigorously starts shaking at 55mph, which is most likely just un-balanced wheels. Lastly before we pull into the dealership the ABS system completely turns off. This vehicle was absolutely not certified by anyone with eyeballs and is not even close $30,000 vehicle especially with their “no haggle pricing” (which is just a deploy to try to get you to think they won’t come down on the price). Either way the vehicle should have never been able to be test driven in the mechanical condition it was in and was unsafe and unethical for them to let my newborn baby be in the vehicle. If you buy a vehicle from them please ensure you have your own mechanic look at it because “certified pre-owned” must just mean it had wheels on the vehicle when they bought it.

I drove by 2 weeks ago and spoke with a salesman David. He was very helpful and informative. Returned last week and he was there. Overall experience was great. He walked me through the process and wasn’t impatient. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a vehicle.

- Went on website to see about a trade, put all my info in, listed my trade at the lowest quality possible because while it drives just fine, check engine light is on because of faulty O2 sensor- Proceed to be called, texted, emailed several times hounding me that they have to have my car, they’re going to give me more money than before, I’ve gotta stop in for just 15 minutes!- Busy with work so my wife takes it in, the “15 minutes” is actually 2 hours. Mechanic comes back and drops the keys in her lap “This is from Wisconsin? We don’t touch anything north of Virginia.” Uh… maybe during the multiple times contacting me they could ask “Do you have a VIN we could look up? Where have you owned it?”+ 2nd star because the salesman was cordial enough to my wife apparently

Sales went pretty good, customer service after the sale not to good. 19yr old daughter bought her first car and car didnt come with spare key. Salesman and manager said once their key machine got fixed they would give her a spare key for her car. Saying and doing is different, they told her and I that to our face but they didnt put it down on paper. We figured they were good for their word, but I guess not. Now she has to buy a $200 spare key. Thanks Automaxx for the poor customer service after the sale.

It’s not easy right now to find a good pre-owned vehicle. That said…Kyle Essenmacher at Automaxx made it both easy and stress free. Kyle greeted my son and I and proceeded to explain that he isn’t incentivized to sell is the highest price car, but instead the best car for us. Several test drives later my son decided on a 2015 Rogue that had just arrived on the lot. Kyle helped us avoid any unnecessary add-ons. Further, he ensured that all the mechanical inspections/repairs and detailing were completed to standard before we accepted the vehicle several days later. Had a great experience with sales and finance back in March when we purchased a used minivan from them. Was told it still needed to go through their inspection process which included oil and fluid change, tires checked and all. Brought it back the following week for them to do that and also replace a part for the automatic door that wouldn’t work and a chip in the windshield that was there prior to purchase. They had the car for a few days and when we picked up we were told the part was on back order and they would call when it came in and the chip still wasn’t fixed. Two months later the part came in so we brought it back, and explained the chip wasn’t fixed and we would also like a copy of the service records for our own records. Was told they would have it done within 2-3 hours. 7 hours later I attempted to call to see when we could pick up and never received a response back until the following more 10 minutes after they opened saying it was ready to go. Once we picked up the door was fixed but not the chip. The maintenance records only showed the door being fixed and it stated that the chip was also fixed, which it definitely was not. It had no record of the inspection that needed to get done, so we have no idea if the fluids were checked or oil was changed and still have a chip in the window. I now can’t get a hold of anyone in service to address these issues. I will be taking this up the ladder until the problems are resolved. Very dissatisfied with the service department.

Terrible experience all around. Long story short, told them what I wanted my monthly payments to be. They came back with a interest rate through the roof and my monthly payments would of been over $100 of what I told them. Not even close. They wanted 6500 down on a 4 year old car to get their quick cash. All the while we sat there for a couple hours waiting to be approved. Kept being told “if you don’t buy this truck today I’ll sell it to a dealer tomorrow and get more $ for it.” Anthony me feel real good about wanting to buy a car from him… (not). So if you’re looking for a good deal on a car don’t go there, it’s a pyramid scam for cars. Felt like a dictatorship buying process where they are in full control.

Patience I have, but not for inconveniences. After talking to someone 3 days prior, to drive 3 hours to get there, and to be told the car we were looking at was in the repair shop for a FEW WEEKS!!! Okay cool, we look at other cars, but there were some shady things that happened while we were there. After being straight up lied to time and time again a salesperson calls me after leaving. He asked why I left told him after a few minutes and we said we didnt want to purchase the car he HUNG UP ON ME!!! Now I am in no way begging for an apology, but I will say Im completely satisfied with not getting the car! Theres more to it but thats enough as it is.

James and Nick were PHENOMENAL! Super professional, very sweet and created an overall fun experience for me in purchasing my car! 10:/10 recommend!
