Awesome ice cream spot in Stuart! The banana split was so tasty and exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu!

Got here at 9:28pm (I thought closing time was at 10pm) on Tuesday the 21st and had waited for a big group in front of me to order. When I finally got to order the girls at the counter at 9:35pm told me they can’t take my order because they’re closed even tho I was in line before that? Maybe work on accommodating customers and higher quality customer service? I don’t think it was fair to make me wait 7min just to say they won’t serve me…

So awesome 😎 love it ! Vanilla soft serve in a cup with cherry dip shell then chocolate soft serve with chocolate sprinkles and finished that off with a banana split !

The employees are more interested in socializing with friends and each other. This is the 3rd time we’ve been here that it’s happened. It was great in the beginning but service is in need of fixing. Done doing business here.

Awesome ice cream and kind of nostalgic. This place has been here forever and no surprise why. They have great service and great ice cream cones plus other ice cream products and a nice outdoor area to sit down and eat your ice cream before it melts.

Great little place....had the twist chocolate & vanilla gorilla cone with nuts dipped in chocolate topping, needless to say AMAZING!!! Would recommend to anyone in need of a quick fix of delicious-ness. Plus some tables outside to sit and eat so you dont mess up your car. Get in the car and ENJOY:):)

HORRIBLE! I asked for Oreo milkshake, they gave me cookies and cream instead 🤮. I also asked for a sample and they said that they don’t do free samples 👎. Customer service was really great. Overall good milkshake chicken tenders were dry and burger was undercooked. I did not feel welcomes by the workers however. Great establishment I recommend everyone to come here 😁👍

Much better than I remember it being. 6 nice metal tables, 4 of them up on a wooden deck, so you can eat you treats before getting into the car. service was fast and the girls working were very nice. I remember it used to only have 1 person working and that made for a long line/wait. Tonight there were 3 people working as a team.

This place is wonderful. Ice Cream is THE BEST. It is relaxing and fun. It is very busy however the staff is efficient and accommodating. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy. Twistee Treat is an icon icon. Put in in ink on your calendar. A place where you can take your mother, kids, grand parents and be proud.

We stopped in for an ice cream treat on a whim. When we pulled in, there were no other customers so we lucked out. I say that because it was just one girl working in the little hut which means we had quite a wait because there were 8 of us. The ice cream was good. I personally ordered a premium flavor (butter pecan) and was disappointed in the taste. They use a syrup to flavor the vanilla and mine just did not taste like butter pecan. It was still good, though and the kids enjoyed their treats. I will say that while we waited for our order to be filled, every parking space filled up with other customers, who then had quite a wait for our order to be done. Its Spring Break and snow birds are here. They should maybe consider having a second employee on duty.

Twistee treat was just bought by a lovely new owner and they have done a fantastic job with the place! I used to be skeptical going there because the place was scummy and dirty but I couldnt be happier with all the changes and all they have added to the menu. The staff is amazing. Love this place.

Went last night. Two young girls serving, one not wearing a mask, the other mask on but wearing below her nose. I mentioned that mask wearing was mandatory for employees in food service in Martin county and the girl became defensive and rude while telling me she had a mask and yet wasn’t wearing one. We won’t be returning and I will be reporting the incident to the health department. During previous visits I have been happy with the use of masks by other employees who were always very polite.

This place has been here forever. Its a tradition for me to take my kids here to celebrate academic achievements. As my parents did with me. The soft serve comes with every topping you can think of and different dips. Friendly service. Dont forget to tip just a little something. They have great service. Fast, fresh and friendly. You can sit outside covered by umbrellas and enjoy your treat. Perfect for a hot day!!!

This place brings me back to my childhood. Fantastic, I got a large chocolate sugar cone that was about 7 in high for around $3.00. I even got to wear some of it as it dripped from the bottom of the hole in the sugar cone!!

My friend and I used to take my daughters here about 28 years ago when they were young. The quality of ice cream and other treats throughout these years has been supreme. Now, my 32 year old takes me and my sisters to twistee treats when shes in town. My other one takes her children and husband there when theyre here also. Fond memories at this particular one. They also have a deck with tables and umbrellas for people who want to eat there.

Great ice cream a classic for the area! Pretty decent value too. The facilities are getting a little rundown and while the times open are posted in the window as noon to 10 - I’ve been by a few times during that time frame and they haven’t been open. Still look forward to going back for many years!

We really had a hankering for a soft serve cone saw this place was available in Stuart made a trip out of our way to find it and stop there. when we got to this location there was a sign in the window said be back in 15 minutes not exactly what I was expecting if this was a privately-run location I would say that it may have cost them business and I know that this review is not the stellar review they were hoping to get. The location looks a bit run down I cant speak for the quality of the product but it appears that the twistee treat is a chain that exist in other parts of the US I get a chance to see another one Ill swing in and see what their product is like but at this point Im not sure Im going to go out of my way to try the one in Stuart

Just what I wanted after time in the sun. The portions were big and the ice cream was soft serve just right. This is a hidden jewel. We ate at a table outside. They also have a patio area that really needs upgrading. Looks like it could collapse.

When i was a kid i use to come here and get ice cream. The ice cream was thick and creamy and the large serving was about 1 foot long. I came here today and it was horrible, the ice cream tasted like cheap mc Donalds ice cream not mention the flavor was aweful. My large ice cream cone looked like a small so not very happy

Wanted a banana split..The kid put icecream in then says oh, sorry,out of bananas! Then I asked for a root beer float,he starts to make it then goes, oh, we are out of root beer! They need to work on teaching these kids customer service.
