Since I couldnt be with my mama during her bday, I decided to send her something nice and practical.I was worried that I would run into issues while ordering late Saturday night, online from Texas.I figured since the store would receive the request on Monday when they opened again- which was the same day that I needed it delivered, I would inevitably have problems.Then my mother decided to leave town the day of- this gift was a surprise. So I had to call the store the day of to check on the gift and change the delivery date. I felt crazy having to do this at the last minute.Thankfully, the personnel were great and super understanding. They changed the delivery date for a couple days later and my mother was ecstatic with her gift🤗She sent me the pictures Im posting. She said the Cupcakes and everything else that she ate was delicious and fresh.Thank you for coming thru on short notice and having great products. You made my mothers day💯I also received a courtesy email when the package was delivered. Awesome service. Highly recommend it, esp if youre on the fence about it.

Strawberries are huge and sweet. Their Chocolate taste better than any other chocolate Ive tasted before!

Excellent customer service! I had to change delivery instructions twice, including delivery dates and addresses, and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant about making the changes. On the eventual delivery day the delivery driver was not getting an answer at the destination address. He called me and gave me a few moments to contact the recipient and let them know that the driver was at the door. The cookies were delivered on time and the recipient said it was a beautiful arrangement and the cookies were excellent. Highly recommend this store.

Had the worst experience with this store both from a quality of the product prospective as well as customer service. We ordered a fruit basket for Easter. The fruit was not Edible! Mushy, over ripe and rotten parts. I called right after the delivery (which was before 5) was put on hold till after 5 and then the store closed. No one to speak to. I called the next day and spoke to a very rude women. They did nothing to stand behind their product. My advice stay away from this store. In a world where you can be anything be kind or stay out of the customer service business! I have pictures of the fruit but can’t seem to post them.

Delivered as scheduled on requested date, however the chocolate dipped platter certainly didnt look like the sample presented online. Looked rushed and sloppy on assembly with whatever left over fruit they had. I dont expect it to be perfect like the photo (although it should be for $60) however first impression and presentation when sending a gift is expected. Unripe fruit and the core of the pineapple is not a great reflection of your company - the strawberries where white. The recipient didnt complain however I was embarrassed when seeing the delivery. What I ordered and what I got were not comparable. Please have a second eye view all outgoing orders to maintain quality standards. Or perhaps this is the quality standard for this store? I try to support local businesses during COVID but this delivery fell short of the WOW factor and the customer service when I called reflected the same. I spoke with Wendy and she said she would have the manager (Jo?) follow up...nothing, no return call and it has been a week. Hence, the review. I gave them a chance to make it right with at least a courtesy return call to acknowledge my disappointment, they failed there too. I wasnt looking for a replacement or refund, just thanks for the feedback, well do better next time. Ill shop elsewhere with a business who has pride in their work and appreciates me as a customer.

Honestly, I was going to give them more stars but after I was told that the lady delivering it was smoking a cigarette walking in with it. Then taking time and you could at least choose fruit that isnt not fresh and looks unpleasant thats over 80 bucks. The pineapple is all core. Then I called to speak to the store about them the lady was extremely RUDE.I have the picture but will not let me post it. Next time you should take more time and energy of lower your prices if you just dont care.Updated posted the picture, have not fresh and thrown out. Your just taking peoples money at this point. Between the customer service and delivery. Shame on you.

I paid for an extra balloon for Mother’s Day 2021 and they did not included it in the delivery. I submitted a claim and they never responded to me, not even after several messages to them. I’m very disappointed of the service. This was a gift for my mom and she received the order incomplete. Bad customer service.

Very nice people and love to send fresh fruit

This was my first time having your delicious fruit. I got strawberries dipped in chocolate and the chocolate was so good I was licking my fingers. The strawberries were fresh and sweet. The pineapples was decorated so beautiful and taste heavenly. The teddy bear was so cute. Good job Stuart edible arrangements. It made my birthday sweet💋

Very dissatisfying and disappointed. I ordered a dozen of the birthday strawberries for my sister and the boxing was very cheap the balloons were half inflated. I guess this is what they do when you can’t see the product for yourself

Our daughter lives in MA arranged an arrangement for us for Valentines Day. She called Thursday to order it and was told I that it would be delivered for Valentine’s Day on Friday. By late afternoon it still has not arrived and she called to see what was going on. They said they tried to deliver it but there was not an answer. I was home all day and we have a doorbell. They said it wouldBe delivered yet on Friday. My husband stayed up until 9 PM without any delivery. My “Valentine’s Day “arrangement arrived mid morning Saturday.

I received a gorgeous “bouquet “ of fruit from the Stuart Incredible Edibles store today as a thank you from our Son, & it was MORE than wonderful ! Every piece of fruit was ripe, sweet, perfectly placed & beautifully arranged.We will enjoy each & every luscious bite !! Thank you for your artful arrangement of luscious beauty.

I ordered last minute and hoped for delivery by a certain time and they delivered perfectly. It was a nice surprise for my son and Im very happy with the service and product.

My boyfriend tried to surprise me on valentines with an edible arrangement to be delivered to my job (which is in the same plaza). He asked for it to be delivered by a certain time not only was it late but if he hadnt called them it would have never came. They said he shouldve called sooner and that were super busy which i totally understand. So in that case theyshouldnt have taken his order so he could have made other plans. I too fill orders by dead lines so i know that a decent amount a notice is good. But i would have turned that order down. And unfortunately the strawberries were old and i ended up throwing most of them out the same day. Im sharing this for him because he was so upset about it.

Been in there 3 times to pick up a simple 6 pack of berrys and I get nothing but scarstic rude customer service with no product. Why even have a store front. The franchise needs to reevaluate who represents them
