Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I went in to ask about getting a new phone which I was then told there were no phones and I should go somewhere else. Then I was told she had no idea what phones were in stock in other stores. Her nails were so long she could not properly put my sim card into a phone which I then had to do myself in this tmobile store. Dont waste your time here the team was so rude, disrespectful, and clueless to basic phone knowledge. If I could give a 0 I would.

I was able to leave AT&T and save over $100 a month bringing my business lines. The team there are great and my sales person Kevin was legit! Explained what my down payment was and my monthly and got me set up with my business account specialist who handles all my business issues 24/7. Hell of a deal I recommend this store to all my friends

Very disappointed with the service at this T Mobile. My 84 year old mother bought a phone at T Mobile in Virginia a week ago. She has had nothing but trouble with this phone since then. She brought it to this T Mobile for help and after helping her for about 15 minutes, a male employee told her that he was not a tech. He was a sales person and had people waiting. So I guess your corporation can sell people phones but not train your employees on customer service. Very poor business practice. I will tell everyone I know to avoid T Mobile and this particular store at all cost. Clearly, you are only interested in sales!

Im an original Sprint customer for many years.I was sent an disc to do an upgrage because Sprint is no more per their employee . I went to this store for help to install this as my hands are shaky. I was told by a female employee NoCant do this. THIS IS WHY IT IS SENT IN THE MAIL!!!Guess Ill be getting a new carrier!!!

We were able to get our free tablets for our kids YouTube channel so they can play games, record, and upload thier videos on its own internet anywhere for just $20 unlimited!! Kevin is great and knowledgeable, patience, we did have a alot of questions but so happy he took the time and didnt make us feel like we were being pushed out or sold into something we dont need. Thanks T-Mobile. Yes please go to this store if your reading this review!

Shala and Kevin were super helpful, polite and courteous! We came in to add a line and activate a new phone. They are in the process of merging Sprint with T-Mobile so it took a little longer than usual. But they both did a fantastic job in helping us! I have been with Sprint for many years and always dreaded going into the store for help because the employees that I have dealt with have never been very nice. I had a much better experience with the T-Mobile employees! I highly recommend visiting this particular store!

Let me tell you how Larissa and her crew are the dopest people there. Larissa goes beyond for her customers. Anything I need help with she’s the one to go too. She always makes sure that my service is good whether it’s good or bad. Let me tell you joselyn and her team are literal life savers. I got a brand iPhone XS and made the process super easy. My phone came in fast and service was exceptional. 3 weeks later I lost my phone and they helped me the same day to order a brand new one. They saved me so much time and money, I’m extremely happy with their service and for sure would recommend to anyone!

First let me say I have been with T-mobile since 2001 and I almost changed service after going to this store. I give the store a 3 star only because I finally got great service from Angel. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. Otherwise store would have received fewer stars. Another rep was more interested in repairing their own phone rather than helping customers. Other reps previously were dishonest, just trying to sell a phone, not knowledgeable, etc...... I will return to be helped by Angel.

I was very disappointed when I came back to your location to find out that Amber was not available to assist me again. She gave me a lot of information on setting up a business account and I only wanted to deal with her. My six business lines will wait until I find out where she has moved, as she was one of the most helpful customer service representatives that I have dealt with in years.

I walked in pissed off about my new iphone 6. If you go there, ask for Amber. She was completely understanding of my situation and said she would not let me leave until I was satisfied with my service. And satisfied I was! If I end up going back I refuse to deal with anyone but her.

Nervous about switching from Verizon I walked into this store and was there first customer of the day. I got to meet Keven (Sales Rep) and first thing I told him was I wanted to be able to transfer over all of my text messages from my Android phone (LG V10) and then we started to talk about switching me over and perhaps buying a iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Jet Black. He was able to sale me there last 256GB model and set me up with their ONE Plus International Plan (Only wanted tethering at 4G LTE speed and unlimited day passes for streaming) He offered the insurance on the device for $12 a month and I stated I never have added to my account and never had a need for it. He was kind enough to give me a 1-month free trial of it plus 20% off phone accessories. I walked out the door a happy new customer. Called T-Mobile customer support and was also given a $150 MasterCard gift card for switching over (Out of contract with Verizon). Go see Keven he will take care of you.

Horrible customer service I had a personal cellspot to return to corporate. I was told by corporate I could take it into a store and they could mail it back. However when I got to the store in Stuart on Federal Highway they would not do that for me and after going back and forth telling them that thats what corporate said they could do they refuse to do it. The assistant manager on that day Saturday November 10th somewhere around noon also refuse to do it that I had to call corporate and mail it back myself and when I responded with whatever she responded back whatever will never go back to the store again I will go all the way to Jupiter if I have to because they have great customer service there

I switched to T mobile to get a free phone & regretted that choice. 1st thing is T mobile phones are set up very generically. 2nd it had problems running google maps. 3rd i couldnt get mobile data @ the beach/ but walked into parking lot & mobile data reappeared. Know i never had that issue w/ previous cell phone provider. 4th my phone wouldnt charge up after only having it for 3 weeks. 5th issue was treated rudely by a female when i went back into store to figure out why my phone wouldnt charge. Female T mobile worker said i would have to buy a new charger. Know the charger cable was not the issue because many different cable were used to try & charge it up. Next the female said i would have to mail my phone back to LG & wait for them to mail me one back because there was nothing she could do for me. I immediately left there & switched back to my old cell phone provider

Great new store. Stall was very friendly. The main purpose for my visit was because I had to return and exchange my Galaxy Note 7, as it was recalled.Staff was nice. Kevin and Amber helped me. There were however issues in returning my phone.Story: 10/20/2016. I came in at 6:45pm, after work, to return/exchange my phone. They informed me they couldnt because I ordered my phone over the phone and they required some information (store id/transaction #) that they couldnt look up.Note: If I had ordered and received the phone through the store I would assume there wouldve have not been any problems.I tried my best to find the information through the confirmation emails sent to me when I purchased the phone through the phone, however, I was unsuccessful in getting the information that they needed (as stuff like store id and transaction number [that was valid in store] werent issued on ‘over the phone orders’).They referred me to the customer support through the phone I left and called them up. I was told that the store COULD return my phone, in-fact they (phone customer support) said any T-Mobile store that is an authorized re-seller (that wasnt some quick and fast kiosk) could accept and return/exchange the Galaxy Note 7. I then went back to the store and they informed me that, Yes, they could return/exchange it but, had to go through the manual return process, cancel the EIP, credit back the phone, and then re-ring the phone I was receiving for the exchange (in my case the Galaxy S7). They told me it would be easier to exchange the phone at a “corporate store “as it would take them (this store) 1-2 hours to do the whole process.Which is fine, I work in retail, I know that even if a large company works together, not every department has access/resources to address a customer’s problem and must be re-directed to the correct department/source for the best service.However, that was not the case. I left the store and went up to the tiny T-Mobile corporate store(booth) inside the Treasure Coast Mall. That’s when David Briglia, The Retail Associate Manager, was able to help me with the return/exchange. He did it in 18mins. He had to go through the same process that the store in Stuart would have had to do. He informed me that he had 3 other Note 7 returns that week and that stores (like the store I went too) were sending him customers that were referred there to do the exchange/return. He was more than happy to help me and I left with my account setup perfectly and new Galaxy S7.It’s not fair and irresponsible to direct a customer to another store just because you don’t know the process/procedure. I understand I came in later in the day (about an hour before they closed) but I could’ve done it the next day.Whether that’s T-Mobile’s Cooperate fault, the re-seller’s fault, special case, or misinformed employees fault. Something like this should be addressed for further situations (not specifically recalled phones heh).Overall I spent 2 ½ hours exchanging my Galaxy Note 7 for a new Galaxy S7. I honestly don’t blame the employees at this store. They were great and the store looks great, but dedicated stores should have the most resources/experience for customers.I thank David (at the Treasure Coast Mall T-Mobile), Amber and Kevin for their time and I’m still happy with my service.Thanks.
