The first photo is what I came in asking for,I wanted the red color blended that way from the roots, The stylist thought I asked for all over red color I showed her the photo again and said I want red blended the way it is like this just from the roots she said she could do it. The second is what I ended up with I went back in to get it corrected. I said I want the red blended I don’t want that straight line and this is the final product she just put blonde streaks in. Super disappointed and I don’t know how else I could’ve communicated that I did not want a straight line of red and I wanted it blended and instead got blonde streaks and now I have orange streaks.

Ulin is amazing and an absolute asset to the profession. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a salon and definitely recommend to everyone looking for a “home” salon. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you’re greeted with nothing but warmth and friendliness from the entire staff.

Ulin was amazing gave me exactly what I wanted and more took her time and was very detailed in her work. Ive been to quite a few places that requested something other than I wanted and was not satisfied. First time Ive been really happy with going blonde.

Jeanne is amazing! I am 45 years old and have never had my own personal stylist as my go-to. Well, now I do!!! She spent so much time with me and gave easy to understand explanations because I was nervous about what I should get done to my hair (I needed something to spruce me up and make me feel good). I learned a lot from her. Shes professional, friendly, easy-going, detailed, personable, and very conscientious! She knows her stuff! I love boisterous salon chat like everyone else, but due to my brain injury I greatly appreciated Jeannes calm demenour and soft voice. She gives great scalp massages over the rinse sink. I almost hesitate to post such praises about her because that means her schedule could become too booked for when I want to see her - LOL.The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars (has nothing to do with Jeanne) is because I thought the salon was a bit pricey. Consultation and examing my hairs ability to hold a perm vs. just getting it colored, applying 2 colors (foil, only partial head), and a style = $125. And my hairs relatively short (above the shoulders).

Dont get me wrong many of fhe stylist there seemed to know what they were doing and its a very nice salon. But its the Worst haircut Ive ever paid for! But honestly my complaint is more that the receptionist gave me a stylist that didnt know what she was doing. I was willing to pay for experience so that wasnt the issue I told her I needed someone with experience with thin spots an I get a newbie. This girl didnt even take my hair out from under the cape washed only part of my hair, cut it in random spots. One side is over an inch longer than the other an of course the nape never touched as it was still under the cape. It is so chopped up Im going to have to go real short now for my daughters wedding next month. I only wanted it shapped up.
