I honestly love going to this sephora the girls there are always helpful! I left with what i went for a few goodies i saw and wanted and an item they recommended for my skin routine. I love the rewards and samples.

I was very excited when I went into sephora at South Park mall when going through the stores. For over a year weve not been able to test anything and FINALLY WE CAN TEST PRODUCTS HERE! Also they offer brow and make up salon offers which is really cool! I have been looking for a foundation and I was able to test some!!! Only thing I did find was some foundation testers were dried out and empty or there were only 3 shades out of 20 ..odd? But everyone was very nice helpful it was very clean. I felt safe and they had many stations with testing materials for make up.

With little time to spare, I was helped from the moment I walked into the store and within 10 minutes, I was in the check out with 7 items that changed my life forever. I love this store and everyone who works here. Big Kudos!!

I prefer Sephora over Ulta for the simple fact that Sephoras employees know all about the lastest and greatest trends and the best products to use to achieve them. They also have a great waxing service salon which is more than what I can say for Ulta. Ulta had burnt me with wax before and their products can be a hit or a miss.

I had a great experience at this location! After coming in to find a good dewy foundation and a new skincare routine, Anna was extremely helpful and suggested what is literally miracles on my skin so far. I’m so happy with my purchases and plan on stopping at this Sephora when in need of new makeup. Thank you so much!

False advertising. Was told that a specific fragrance item was at the store and nothing related to it was there. Will not bother visiting again.

Employee I dealt with was very rude. Hovered the entire time I shopped and followed everywhere. I felt like I was being suspected of stealing. Looked and asked for swatches as you cannot use the testers (what’s the point of having them out at all?) and was not provided and instead scolded for touching testers at all. Would rather drive half an hour out of my way for much more polite service.

I was approved for the Sephora gift card and wanted to buy skin care products. Makenzie helped me and was super informative. She was attentive and extremely kind. I also spoke with Rachel..she helped me with the Bobbi Brown products. I was pleased with my experience and definitely returning! Everyone was nice and friendly.

The worker (Cynthia) was very helpful and kind. She really knew about her inventory and was very attentive.

Very pleasant. Loved that they have started eyebrow waxing. First place i have been to that my eyebrows did not blister after being waxed. Very knowledgeable. Also made sure i did not use retinol recently, which i have never been asked. She educated me on problems with retinol and waxing! She took her time and helped me in msking my eyebrows look great! It was an amazing experience, which i think i will continue to have this service done at this location. Affordable and very sanitary!!!

Be careful with expiration dates! I purchased the Sephora collection skin care and one of the moisturizers was over 2 years old. In fact, they told me all the products with that batch number are on the shelf. That’s disgusting that they try and sell you a product that is that old. It smelled like a dirty kitchen sponge. Not only that, they made me feel ridiculous for returning it. This is why I shop at ulta!

Love everything about this place, I wish I could remember everyones names that have helped me. I know Jessica was one that helped me and she was great. Their manager is the best and she always is there when I come in, shes super nice and welcoming and absolutely deserves a raise asap. You can tell all the ladies here enjoy their jobs and theyre great at what they do. You wont hear a complaint from my mouth about this location.

Anything you need or want in cosmetics or skin care is here. So many great brands and they are bringing in more clean lines. Everyone there is so helpful and nice.

I did have one bad experience here but that was 2 years ago. I had bought an eyeshadow and came in a few hours later to purchase setting spray and they all stared at me like a dog on hind legs for coming in a second time. An employee told me “I didn’t need it” but I am a customer I can buy what I want. That employee is gone now and my customer service since then has been great. They always have the best advice for me when it comes to makeup. Pleasant shopping here. Only complaint is seasonal employees they hire are always rude.

The store itself has more to offer than the jc penny sephora stores do but the employees that work here are rude, stuck up and judgmental. The employees of the parma jc penny sephora are all so nice, sweet, helpful and caring. South park sephora needs new employees or a new hiring manager

This store has terrible customer service. I went in looking for a particular eyeliner, the girl who helped me took me to where it should be and was insisting they dont have it anymore since she picked up the first one on top and it said something different than what it said on the display. I pointed out that the display says this is the product maybe theyre mixed. She said oh no, we just must not have it any more and walked away, turns out it was mixed. This is why I always go to ulta. They do everything they can to find you what you need, they will suggest different brands or go back in the stock room, anything. Meanwhile at sephora they ignore you and complain loudly about having to work or how they dont like things their managers did.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. They are the reason I switched to Ulta and avoid most Sephoras. But it has been a couple years so I thought maybe they got some better people but man was I wrong. These employees are rude and condescending. I never receive help and if I dare to ask for it you would think I asked them for their kidney. They are so unhelpful and rude. I always leave empty handed because I would never support these people. Sephora needs to get it together and hire better people. You guys should be ashamed.

If I could give a zero, I would have. Customer service doesnt deserve a star. I called yesterday to make an appointment to put on the false eyelashes I bought from Sephora. They told me that I did not need to make an appointment, just to show up with the receipt. I arrived today at 10:02am. There were four people working in there and no customers in the store. The make-up specialist placed the eyelashes and I said, I have a wedding to go to today can you put some make-up, please. And, she said, I could do a mini makeover which is just eye shadow as you needed to make an appointment. I kept quiet and at the same time thinking theres no one here. Then, after she finished with the eye shadow, she said, I am doing more than I am supposed to do because you dont have an appointment and needed to spend $50. I spent more than that as I bought a Lipstick costing $30 and Bb hair powder costing $36. So, the situation was caused by the fact that I did not make an appointment. I ended up roaming the store and got myself foundation and concealer samples while the manager and the make-up specialist were talking about the color of their hair. As I was placing the foundation with my finger, the cashier came and gave me a sponge. And, I told her I cannot believe that she couldnt complete the make-up. And, she did not say a word. I understand they have to follow the rules but if there is no appointment or a crowd in line waiting for make-up, then, I dont see why not to bend the rules to give a service to the only customer in the store. No wonder why this store has a bad customer relationship reputation.

Staff very nice and helpful

Where do I start. Seriously my experience here was horrible due to employees being rude. It was uncomfortable and I just felt like I was being hovered over and asked a million times if I needed help. I’m a freelance makeup artist (for 8 years) and also use to work at Ulta. No I do not need help I know what I’m doing. It’s just ridiculous. I dread coming here. In fact I wouldn’t come here at all but, there’s things I need at this store that they don’t have anywhere else. I just wish they would treat us like human beings instead of treating us like someone is always gonna take something. Get it together Sephora.

The best sephora and the ONLY sephora Ill willingly go to. Wilda helped me pick out two shades of lipstick for my grandmother about 6 or 7 weeks ago, and the cashier gave me a belated birthday gift after ringing me up immediately after realizing that i didnt receive one. I went there today and i didnt catch the guys name, but he helped me pick out and try new shades and brands that i normally wouldnt. All the employees are attentive. This is handsdown the BEST sephora.
