Ron not only tracked down hard to find RV tires he did a great job dealing with my insurance company. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about turbo diesels I had his folks do a full servicing. He kept me in the loop at all times and was very quick on returning calls. When i picked up the vehicle, Kevin explained all that was done and answered all my questions. A very professional business and employees. Excellent, courtesy, prompt in and out. Answered questions about brake pads, even took time to check brake pads, after rotating tires and changing oil. Clean job done.

Brought in for alignment waited almost 3hrs. Was told bolts were seized and couldnt do camber but all was ok. Paid full price for job not done all the way. Youd think it was there job to get bokts loose bot just give up and say its good enough. Had to go elsewhere to have done correctly. Worst place Ive been to .Never again .Pay to not have job done all the way. 👎

Went in on 12/19/17 to get an estimate on tires. Was told price would be $662. Since tires are usually “out the door” prices, this was what I was expecting. Dropped car off on 12/20/17 and went to pick up after it was finished to learn the price was nearly $730. Called to ask why this was and was told that it states on their board that their estimates don’t include tax and other things. Basically was just told “sorry not my problem.” I think that this is an awful way of doing business by giving customers a price and not informing of additional prices on top of it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently bought a used car that was making noise in the front end. As I usually go to Tire tracks to get my oil changes I chose them to cheeck over my car. I brought it in telling them the previous owner said I would need ball joints but could they look it over to tell me what else it needs. After waiting a week for them to |squeeze me in| I dropped 450 bucks getting 2 ball joints just to get the car back without any diagnosis for why my check engine lite was on. It also was making the exact same sound from the front end that it made before I came there. 1 week after I had it in the brakes started squealing (thanx for finding that for me....) and all the noise in the front end is most likely bad struts says my neighbor. (front end specialists, eh?) I called them as soon as I got home the day they had it and they said bring it back. I already had it there twice for them to find something other than what they charged me for. I will not be returning. I am a senior citizen and I at this point I dont trust they did anything to the car. They did not communicate or give me good service. Typical Streator attitude. |If you don like it, go someplace else...| Well *I WILL*

Terrible place! Went there 2 years ago for tires and within month dry rotted. Took them forever to replace them. And the set they replaced them with dry rotted shortly after also.
