Tosca Drive have done a phenomenal job on my car. Not only they have worked with my insurance on the back end, but also it they have fixed my car in one business day! I had a dent and a scratched fender, guys from Tosca Drive have made it look brand new. And the cherry on top was the fact that they returned my car spotless! Special shout-out to Steve who was very helpful and easy to work with!

It took 27 days to receive my car back for a minor scratch. Tosca had employees out due to sickness but didn’t notify me until 3 weeks later. Never received a call from them until the end when my car was finally finished. I had to call them multiple times. Nice folks there but very disappointed with their level of customer service. Will never return or recommend Tosca.

The group at tosca drive auto body is the best experience in the auto industry I have ever had! The picked up and dropped off my car, fixed a minor scratch and a major issue on my trunk I had, for a reasonable price and fast! They made the process seem less and my car looks as good as new! You can tell they know their stuff and know the ins and outs of how to handle accident damage with insurance as well for some quick tips and information. Highly recommend!

Just incredible service on all fronts, beginning to end. These guys went well above and beyond what I could’ve expected. Owner met up with me when the shop was closed to accommodate my schedule. Had water leaking in, did my own leak tests beforehand to no avail and went in worried that even a knowledgeable auto body shop would have trouble diagnosing the issue. Some shops turn this kind of job down. These guys did a bunch of diagnostics and figured out the source within a day — and they didn’t charge me a dime to identify the problem.Let’s face it — status quo in this industry is shops who take advantage, who over-diagnose and over-charge. After my experience with Tosca I wouldn’t place my trust anywhere else.

I brought my car here since it was an All-State recommendation. And boy was I glad I did. Everyone went out of their way to make the hassle of having your car in the shop as quick and painless as possible. Enterprise was arranged to drop off a rental and then you just bring it back there and they arrange to have the rental picked up. It was seamless. They even found an unrelated oil leak and reported it to me promptly. I highly recommend their work and service. Top notch!

Tried a few places for interior detailing on my car no dice. Ive driven by Tosca seen ads but thought they were just doing Body work. Gave it a shot best thing I ever did! I came to Tosca with a my bumper from a hit-and-run in my Honda Accord Sport 2017. I was extremely frustrated and upset. The team here took matters into their own hands and made my experience absurdly easy. They met me at whatever location I needed to get my car, and they had my rental to exchange. So I literally took no time off from work. When I got my car back, in an extremely for that matter, it looked amazing. They even took the time to detail everything. Could not have had a better experience. Fast, pleasant, clean, reliable. Literally everything other auto bodies are not.

The customer service at Tosca is second to none. Vitaly and his team provided white glove service throughout the claims process and even pick up/drop off the damaged car and brought the rental car with them so I wasnt inconvenienced. I got rear ended in a hit and run and needed a repair shop. I had never been to one before. Steve the manager there did a great job of explaining the process and how if all works. My car came out great but honestly what was almost as impressive is the detail they do after the repair. I’ve never seen my car so clean inside and out.

I recently had body work done at Tosca and I don’t know where to begin about my experience. They took care of EVERYTHING and was even honest & suggestive regarding the cost and how I can save some money. Another autobody shop quoted me significantly more and was obviously going to jack up the cost and try to rip me off! They also said the work would take ~2 weeks. Tosca was done after 5 days!! When I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than the day I bought it. The detailing was almost more exciting than the repairs!!!! I’ll always be taking my vehicles to Tosca and will recommend to all I know.

I came to Tosca Auto Body after a minor accident my daughter got into. In actuality someone hit my new Honda CRV while it was parked. Useless to say I was very upset and all I wanted is for my car to be fixed.Steven, the manager of Tosca Auto Body calmed me down from the first few words. I felt that the professional is at work. He scheduled drop-off of the car for Friday and, if you can believe it, pick up for following Tuesday. I could not believe it is even possible with ordering parts and painting and drying to have it done so fast. Well Tuesday end of business day I was presented with absolutely flawless car and a big friendly smile on Stevens face.If there were a chance to give them 50 stars, I would.This shop changed my mind of the auto body industry in general.
