Had my daughters car in Stoughton Auto Body for damage from a minor accident. Mark is a honest and professional guy with a talented crew working for him. Amazing auto body! Mark is incredible; I took my car to get it fixed, he took his time to inspect the damages, explain what and how things to be fixed, he also educated me on the insurance claim process so I can get a fair quote from the insurance company since it was a total loss. Everyone I met was very professional and provided me with an amazing client experience. I am so lucky to have met Mark!

I had an excellent experience at this shop. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and Stoughton auto body happened to be the closest auto body shop to my home so I brought it to them for an opinion. Mark, the owner, stayed after hours with me discussing my options and looking up part prices and valuation data for my vehicle. He also showed me around his facility (which is much larger than it looks from the street) and offered insight on how to negotiate with my insurance company. Kathleen contacted my insurance company for me to get some needed information which kept me from being on hold with them. Communication was excellent to the point that Stoughton auto body informed me my vehicle was deemed a total loss several days before my insurance company bothered to let me know which gave me valuable time to get a counter offer ready.All in all a great experience and I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

Yesterday I stopped by this shop to get a quote for a painting scratch in my car. It was almost 5pm, getting dark out and cold. But Mark not only took my request in to give me a quote (most business will not even talk to you near their closing time), but he also went the extra mile and fixed my car problem in a minute complimentary!! It made my day!!!

Im a tough consumer and stand by the adage that one should get what they pay for. Since my mother taught me long ago that if I didnt have something nice to say, then say nothing, I very rarely write reviews. Unless I have something nice to say. As in the case of Stoughton Auto Body and its pillars: Mark and Kathleen.I only met Mark and Kathleen recently when our ten yr old car with over 100,000 miles was in a minor accident that seemed to us to just give some character to an old body. We were shocked that the insurance company considered it totaled. it was good reliable transportation.And for that reason we planned to loan it to our son to bring back to college after winter break. He needed transportation to get to an off campus internship. And for his parents, it had to be safe. But the amount the insurance company offered us to replace this totaled car wasnt enough to buy anything that we could be assured would be safe.Based on high customer reviews, I made a cold call to Mark at SAB to see if he would be willing to tell us if the car was worth fixing instead of totaling it. He and Kathleen walked me through my options, explained what I was entitled to from the insurer, and provided me with everything I needed to go back to the insurer as a well informed consumer who knew what my options were and now knew how to negotiate a fair price for those options.We just picked up the car, fully repaired and then some. It turns out that there was more damage underneath the bent metal than we realized, some related to the accident and scarily brakes in desperate need of upkeep.. But thats ok, because it was all made right by SAB. And we didnt recognize our old car. Shiny inside and out (cleaning ten yrs of food and sticky fingers of little people who are now grown.... no thank you is enough for that miracle). And a ride better than the parents car.I bet you think that we ended up with a much higher bill than we expected because of the extra, unexpected work and definitely much higher than the amount we got from insurance for a buyback of the car? ... Not the case at all. At all. A pleasant shock from these truly honest professionals. Thank you Mark and Kathleen!

I recently took my car to this shop because of the wonderful reviews it has, I did not regret it one bit. Mark was very helpful in the process, he went above and beyond to help me out. I strongly recommend this shop.
