Awesome crew of people.
Stoneham Ford Quick Lane rocks! In particular Joe and Bill...They are knowledgeable, friendly and go over and above to provide great service 👍
The mechanics are very good
1st off Id like to say Ive been a patron of quick lane and Stoneham since they opened they were always quick just like their name stated. The staff was knowledgeable and the mechanics were courteous and extremely helpful on all matters. Over the past 6 months theres been a drastic change looks like they lost their main organizer she was wonderful and you can notice the difference. They took away the queue line and now you dont know where you stand as far as service you have to go in get a number come out wait and go back in that is ridiculous for a simple oil change. The staff seems irritated and sad and not happy anymore too much bickering this place was great not anymore.
Busy place so time it right or deal with the wait. Staff is courteous and they have 2 great waiting areas with free food items and tvs. I always get my oil changed here and Ive purchased 3 vehicles from them.
On the 2014 F-150 there is a drain pain under the oil filter that will catch and drain the oil when the filter is removed. I go in and have the oil changed, pay and leave. As i’m driving down the street I start to smell oil burning. Think it’s no big deal, a little oil must have come in contact with the exhaust when they were changing it. 2 days go by and it’s worse. I pop the hood and sure enough the “factory trained” mechanic never cleaned the drain pan, and the oil is now on the entire lower engine, steering rack and other parts of the truck. Along with 4 spots of oil on a new driveway. I go under the truck and start to clean. I call up the Quick Lane manager, tell him what’s going on, and he says that something must be leaking because the pan doesn’t hold that much oil. He asks if I could bring it in. What else would I’d rather do after working all night. Knowing all along that the cause is a sloppy mechanic. The put the truck on the lift, there is oil all over the underside of the engine and frame, and sure enough the cause, the “mechanic” never cleaned up the waste oil after changing the oil.To the credit of Quick Lane I was offered a free oil change or my money back. I declined, the service was performed, and I wasn’t looking for money. I was looking for a “we screwed up.” Instead The “manager’” decides to state there’s nothing that’s going to make him happy and walks into the building.A price of advice Stoneham Ford and Quick Lane. You need to learn how to change oil. That sometimes the people you deal with know as much or more then you do. And most importantly, the so called “manager” should learn to be a man. If you want to make flip comments, say it to the customer, who was CORRRCT in the diagnosis, and not make the comment and then run away.I’ll be contacting Ford.
Very unpleasant experience one of the tech was unhelpful and the service i had done i ended up going to another shop after i left to make sure it was fixed properly left. If at all possible do not come here just awful.
Excellent service
Slow and expensive.

I get there 40 minutes before they open and usually wait 2-3 hours.. place sucks.
