Advise caution in trusting any experience with staff here. Quality of Mechanical work remains to be seen however, if Ford is pursuing a helpful and efficient maintenance of their vechicles to benefit their customers this staff fails in communicating that. Expect better because one chooses to bring their business here.

Highly recommend Dave Oshea in this time of very low inventory due to the global computer chip shortage he was able to track down just the vehicle I was looking for and get it to me in just a couple of days.Awesome dealership, the best Ive ever dealt with...very accommodating and easy to work with. Hardly any wait. I came through Quick lane around 830am, with my kids. They were patient with me, very patient while I unloaded from the car seats.Just to fix a brake ight. Id say i was in/out about 25 minutes. Was great, and most importantly, the kids were entertained by the tire stuff on the wall and model cars. so win/win.Thanks Stoneham Ford!

I just visited this dealership and was shocked that they were not interested in selling me a vehicle. I went into look at the new bronco, I understood that they are not available and I would need to order but I was looking to buy their higher tier model and was willing to spend $65,000. They had one model on the floor that was already sold and they told me I could not open the door to look at it. Then the four sales people that were sitting at their desk didnt even bother to ask if I was interested in ordering and getting more information. They ignored me and just let me walk out without even approaching me. I was shocked that they would be that lazy and uninterested in making a sale and will plan on going elsewhere and will not return to this dealership ever again! Was shocked! Just wanted to warn future perspective buyers that this is not a good dealership to do business with.

So I never actually bought a car from Stoneham Ford. What I did do was payoff a Ford lease and for that, they were extremely helpful. I had called other dealerships and all they wanted to do was get me and my car onto their lot so that they could sell me something. I didnt want or need that. Stoneham Ford staff moved into the 21st century and were able to do the purchase essentially remote. I had to pay a documentation fee, but that would have happened at any dealership. At least they were helpful, communicated to me throughout the process and I was able to buy my leased vehicle without hassle. I had never considered a lease before, but seeing how easy it was, I might just do it. Cant thank them enough.

Took my Explorer in for a steering problem. Took two full days to diagnose. Was told to drop off on Sunday and I would have it back on Monday. No calls on Monday, I call Tuesday and was told that because my service advisor wasnt in my vehicle wasnt touched. And the mechanic was working on another vehicle and had to leave early for a personal reason. Long story short it was ready Thursday. A week later Im driving and suddenly I cant throttle up or steer properly had it towed to a mechanic who said that one of my motor mounts wasnt put back properly. Totally unacceptable.

I went into Stoneham Ford knowing they had a great reputation, but didnt think Id buy my first fleet vehicle from Ford, or from them.I tried Nissan & Dodge RAM, but the Ford was the only vehicle that really had all the features I wanted in a truck in which youd want to spend your day.The very helpful rep Dave found the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. No one else seems to have the depth of inventory they have.I know these vehicles are in high demand and expected they would gouge me. I asked Dave one favor, Dont screw me around on price or commercial finance rate. Imagine my surprise when they didnt.After we were all agreed on everything, the finance manager George showed me how I could get another $1200 out of Ford.I am 100% impressed. Ive been in sales my whole life. These guys are aces. Guess that reputation is well deserved.

I brought a brand new vehicle here for electrical issues. They told me 2 parts were damaged and would be fixed under warranty. They had my car for a week to change a fuse and a battery terminal cover. I got the vehicle home and find the battery terminal cover hadnt been replaced. No one has any idea why a brand new van is catching fire. There are no notes in the file and everyone that worked on it is on vacation now. I called and spoke to Steve, the service manager. His response was Sometimes sh*t happens. If you had a bad experience, youre free to take your car somewhere else for repairs. Attached is a photo of the part Steves team didnt feel the need to replace. I strongly suggests you all take Steves advice and find some place that offers better service.

Stoneham Ford service is great and convenient for my 2014 Ford Edge, now with 44,000 miles. I bought the SUV from Kelly Ford in Beverly who participates in CARFAX. Stoneham Ford does not participate with CARFAX so the service provided in Stoneham does not add to the value of my Ford when I go to trade it in. My records for my Ford are over two and a half years old, which is when Kelly last serviced the SUV.

Bought a fantastic F 150 here this month. Staff were super friendly and straight forward on negotiation. I really appreciated how easy they made this purchase and all the help they provided in finding the F150 that would meet my needs. As soon as they get a Bronco, I will buy that here too. I had an electrical problem with my Ford Flex, so I took it to a garage who then told me its electrical and because of where I live I took it to the closest dealership, York. They had my car for 9 weeks, I got a new rug (didnt need, a new a.c. system didnt need, oh and some filter didnt need) now up to 7000.00 The problem was not fixed, they now want 500 more for ignition thats when I said forget it. I PULLED MY CAR OUT AND HAD IT TOWED TO STONEHAM FORD, BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE. WORKED WITH MIKE THERE. YOU COULD TELL HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. 3 HOURS OF DIAGNOSIS HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, FIXED TWO DAYS LATER. THEY ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE THE CAR UNTIL I CAME BACK FRIM VACATION. The technicians at Stoneham Ford did a great job working on our 2003 Ford Ranger. They installed a new battery as well as a new terminal end. They also discovered a transmission seal leak and replaced the seal and gasket. Since the truck wouldnt start initially they arranged for a tow truck to pick it up and when the truck repair was complete they delivered it to our home. The final price was actually lower than we thought it would be. I gave a five star review because Stoneham Ford provided very professional service. We purchased the truck there and regularly get service checks, tune ups, inspection stickers and all repairs done there. Very satisfied with Stoneham Ford.

There was an amazing guy name Richie S that helped me through the process of fixing my car, his customer service skills were amazing and his sensitivity to me not knowing much about cars was very comforting. He explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it in ways I would understand. Do yourself a favor and do not show up on a Saturday even with an appointment for 2pm when they close at 3pm. Actually just dont go at all. No one deserves to be treated so rudely.Edit to add I reached out to the dealership as suggested by the owner and got no response. Bought a new 2019 Ford Ranger from Stoneham Ford back in December. I love the truck but the check engine light kept coming on intermittently. I knew it was not a major issue so I waited some time to have it looked at. Stoneham Ford offered to pick up the truck and drop it back off at my house because of the corona crisis. They came to the house and picked it up. Both men were prompt, polite, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Stoneham Ford for Service and sales.

I had gone in for an oil change and arrived early to the quick lane. I ended up being the second car in line and I was greeted and then they took my car in. I was not there more than 20-25 min and they called my name that my car was ready to go. I love going here and getting work done. They are always very quick and very polite. I had my truck serviced here about two weeks ago. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I called to bring my truck in on a Monday because it would not start. I got a call Tuesday from Rich saying they were going to take a look at my truck that day and asked for my permission to do so. That was fine. I never got a call back on Tuesday. I called back Wednesday around 1pm and he told me he gave me bad info and they did not look at my truck yet and proceeded to tell me they needed to take my axle and front end apart which was totally unnecessary. He asked if he could call me back after I questioned why they needed to take the front end off and when he called me back he got my truck totally confused with another truck. I called the manager to just let him know I wanted to know what was going on with my truck because it had still not been looked at and I was given the wrong information twice. He was very nice and told me they would look at it and call me back ASAP. I got a call back from Rich and he gave me an estimate and I told them to proceed with the work. I never got a call back Thursday or Friday so I finally called around noon. Rich told me that it just got finished and the cost was $500 over his estimate and I was furious. We’re all car owners and bad news like this nobody takes very well. I questioned why the price was so off from the estimate and he started to raise his voice back at me asking me why I’m upset with him. Instead of having good customer service and saying things like “I understand you’re upset” he proceeded to raise his voice and question my anger.When I picked up my truck, the sweet lady Linda at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I told her my frustrations and she apologized on his and Fords behalf. They need more people like Linda.All said and done I was told false info twice and yelled at for being upset.Not the best experience at all.

I had a great buying experience at Stoneham Ford—even though I live 425 miles away, north of Baltimore, Maryland. Kevin was helpful and honest in his evaluation of the F-350 pickup. He was very accommodating, helped me work through the details of buying a vehicle in Massachusetts. (It was more complicated because Massachusetts doesnt have a temp tag.). He even got up early in the morning to pick me up at the airport. The truck has been great. Its everything it was advertised to be with no surprise mechanical issues. Service Department at Stoneham Ford gets my Five Star Rating because Rich, service counter person to receive my key and check in for Recall Work, helped me understand the nature of my service need and never for a moment left me feeling stupid or less than deserving. He notified the driver for the courtesy car and I had my ride home in no time; he arranged for my ride back to Service. The work was completed in good time. I would not ever go anywhere else for my Service on my Ford Focus!

I brought my Ford Explorer into Stoneham Ford for an oil change, inspection sticker and a problem with one of my rear tires losing air. They diagnosed the tire issue and found the problem to be in the valve stem and they replaced it.I always bring my vehicle back to Stoneham Ford, where I bought it, for all my servicing needs. The work is always done correctly and highly recommend them.Bill

Service was excellent. I cam in off the road with a vehicle, Ford Explorer, that was losing power. They service representative wrote up my work ticket and asked all the right questions about what was happening with the vehicle when it started to lose power. He then called the rental agent and sent me right over to see them. The rental agent had me in a nice vehicle within minutes and at no charge, since I had purchased the vehicle less than 90 days ago. My vehicle is a previously own 2015. With in two hours I received a call to let me know.my car was ready. I was told what the problem was and the cost. I felt it was a very reasonable price for the part and service.I highly recommend Stoneham Ford
