I trust bringing my vehicle to Ohana because they are honest, and when they fix something it stays fixed. They also suggest additional work needed without being pushy, or giving you an attitude if you decide to postpone. RJ is always very friendly and helpful. Always courteous. Get my oil changes done here. There is a bathroom, coffee, and water in the waiting area. There may be a slight wait to get your work done but they give good estimates of time and let me know the cost before the work is done.

Brought my car in for diagnostic. They said normal diagnostics is $90 but due to my issues on my vehicle it could take a week which was going to be $225 and I was ok paying that. I have family that works for another shop and they said they could take a look at it so decided to pull it from this shop the next day (24 hours). They still charged me the full $225 and all they did was look at my factory security system. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!!!

My wife’s mom took her car her because of a check engine light there told her the ECM was bad told her they had to order it from Germany because it’s a vw made her put a 500 deposit and after telling her week after week that the part was delayed in shipping I decided to scan it with my friend scanner needed up being the 02 sensor and the valve cover gasket the whole job was quoted at over 2k +another 2k over extra repair to fix the issue this is not the shop to go at all I would get a second opinion if you go here! Finally today ther gave her a refund of 375 out tge 500$

I was referred to the buisness by two different familys. Was very happy with them and their service.

This shop is ok. Took my car there for brake services, and although it was a lil pricey (about $1,000), the work is holding up pretty well. RJ (the front desk guy) is pretty kool, friendly and professional. Took a day to get done, but so far it has been worth it.

So I called for an estimate on a repair to my ac on my suv. Service tech takes down my number to call me back with a quote. I gave them one star cuz they answered the phone & only way I can do this review. 4 days later still no quote. I called A Care Auto Repair, got my quote & scheduled my appointment. My SUV is fixed blowing out cold air. Give A Care Auto Repair a try, apparently ohana is too busy.

My husband and I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and well never go to anyone else. RJ always greets us and is so friendly and professional. We appreciate how hes always very upfront about work that needs to be done but he doesnt pressure you into doing it right then. We’ve had oil changes done, motor mounts replaced and a few days ago had our AC compressor and condenser replaced in less than a full days shift. The entire staff is just as professional as RJ and their work is always efficient and beyond satisfactory. They cover so much & weve definitely found our car care home! Lets start with RJ and what a great guy he is, so fun to talk to and more importantly straight forward and honest. Even my lyft driver was raving about his reputation in Stockton. He quoted me a price and it stayed that price, he promised the repairs to be done by a certain time and it was. If you dont know Ohana means family in Hawaiian, more so extended family and that is how we felt we were treated, like family.Next there is Paul the shop was closed early due to the air quality outside right now. Paul on the other hand stayed behind to make sure we were able to get our vehicle back. Something he definitely didnt have to do, but sure was appreciated.These guys do quality work in the fastest possible time. You need a mechanic this is the place to bring your vehicle.Im just a haole lol, so I hope I say this right, you guys are Ka oi ae Mahalo nui loa!!

Stand up guys and great service. I brought my car to Ohana yesterday because my car was stating that there it was time for service. When I arrived to the shop I told them that I think I needed a diagnostic because my car is reading that it is time for service. I told the mechanic and he asked if my check engine light was on and I told him “no it is not.” He then told me that I do not need a diagnostic and that he would check the car for me and call me when he’s done. He said “I’m not going to charge you for a diagnostic if you don’t need one.” First time I’ve ever heard that from a mechanic. When he called me back he told me that my sensors just needed to be reset. He saved me a ton of money. These guys are stand up guys and know what they are doing. Extremely trustworthy. Highly recommended!

This is Grace and I went to Ohana Car Care Center today and let me tell you, its been the best experience ever. Its like God is blessing me to be there right before Christmas for a personal transformation and getting me ready for the beginning of a new year and not only they provided the best experience but also you would find some of the most beautiful and rare cute fish and turtles and a lot of cool Hawaiian decorations while waiting. People there are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I feel so blessed being there.

I went to get my rotors & brakes replaced. Parts weren’t available but they managed to find a pair, Job was done with 2 1/2hrs. Manager is real down to earth, seems like a pretty honest mechanic, & they got some funny turtles.

Went there a few months back and had some work done on my car. Just recently I returned looking to get a tune up and oil change and the lady behind the counter informed me that I just had a tune up and that it wouldnt be necessary to get another one. I think that was really honest of her she could have not said anything took the money and pretended to do it. I can respect an honest business and honest employees. I would definitely recommend OHANA CAR CARE to anyone needing work done on their automobile. Ive already referred my mother to them because they are honest and they do quality work thats something that I can definitely appreciate.

Horrible Service. Over Charge for parts and Service. The part for which they were charging $158.95 was bought for merely $39 online, and part was in better condition and quality than theirs. Will never go to them again. They are simply ripping innocent people who dont have knowledge about pricing of parts. Extremely sad. And their customer service was also not friendly. First i had to wait for somebody to get to the counter/ cashiers desk to serve me, and after 15-20 minutes i was served with a guy who was showing attitude which i completely disliked. I will not recommend this place under any circumstances. Sorry, but i had to go through all this. Better be careful than regretful.

I took my vehicle into Ohana Car Care for my routine service (oil change etc), as always the front is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional, the took my vehicle in and after performing their inspection the guy at the front counter told me that the had a few recommendations at that he wanted to show me on the vehicle while it was in the air. he showed me that my axle boot was torn and leaking grease, and also that there was a leak in my rack and pinion, he also showed me that my air filter was dirty, but only a little dirty and that I could replace on my next service, I was very impressed by the lengths they went to show my the issues on my vehicle rather than just telling me, due to time constraints I was not able to have the repairs done that day, but scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday, and had the work done, this place is awesome and I will not take my care anywhere else, they are very professional, honest and the quality of work is second to none. thank you Ohana car care.

These guys know how explain the complicated parts if you do a bit of research on your vehicle it can save you $60 to have them figure it out. They treat me like one of their own family, and thats what Ohana means, family.

Terrible service and over priced. I had a couple for an oil change for $19.99. My car takes a different filter than what was included but I didn’t expect a $20 up charge for a filter that costs $9 at Walmart. Then to top it off, on my next oil change I found out they over tightened my oil drain plug and stripped it. Don’t waste your time here.

I can only speak from my experience and ill tell you this place will tey to take your money any way they can.I took my car in for a star smog test.It did not pass he said i need to get my catylictic converter cleaned and it will pass smog the next time.2 days later i took it in and he said well i can do a diagnostic for 250i told him i thought you said all i needed was to get my catylictic converter cleaned?He said no i didnt say that how can i tell you that if i havent done a diagnostics i showed him the paper work that he gave me on things he recommended me to do and when he looked at it he said oh yea i remember.Man i looked at him and said your ads say your honest and trustworthy yea right and walked out never again bunch of thiefs

Horrible experience. After having to go through an issue, we decided to do some research on this business. What we found there were many others who had experienced the same issue. Over charging for parts. A part that is normally 19.99(@ the dealer), less from 3rd parties, would cost us $117.99. More research revealed that this was the same mechanic who tore apart my Toyota Tacoma 3 years ago without permission to try and get me to pay $5000 for a new engine. Now operating under a different name. Unfortunately, women are the ones who seriously get taken advantage of here. My mother was the one who dropped off the car here and was told the vehicle would be taken care of. The others, also women, were overcharged for parts and service. Definitely will not be patronizing this or any other business this owner operates.

F this place there a bunch of Thieves I took my car out for a AC check and told me it was my condenser they charged me $575 on my Acura MDX 03 one month later it stopped working and they said it was my compressor they wanted to charge me $789 and I said it was way too much I guess Ill do it myself. When they gave me my car back they messed with a lot of things in the engine I noticed because I had to look at under my hood when I took it cables were not connected and it looked like my battery was changed parts from the battery holder were dangling from bottom of the car I think I might Sue.

Great pace to go for honest quality work. the shop is clean and the employees are knowledgeable and very courteous. i have a 2012 bmw and my check engine light came on, the dealer wanted $175 just to look at it. i took it to ohana car care they quickly got it in and diagnosed it. found out it was bad fuel injectors and they informed me that there was a TSB on this problem and the dealer has extended coverage. they informed me that the repair would be covered under the factory warranty at no cost to me. they were right, i took the vehicle in to the dealer along with the supporting documents and the repair was covered at no cost. thank you RJ and Mike for your honesty.

I give Ohana zero star, this place is a nightmare waiting to happen. I found an add in the paper for a road trip special, came to this place a few months ago asked about the road trip service or transmission service to see what I might need, first the guy told me that I didnt need a transmission service, than after having my car for over an hour, they stated that I need transmission service. So Im like I thought you said I didnt need transmission service . He come up with some excuse and later they want to show me that my axle had a leak and oil was all over and under my car. I had just took my car to get a oil change like 3 months before this and nothing was wrong with my car. I have a 2011 Honda Accord and they messed up my car. I found out right after they supposed to have done the road trip service that my transmission fluid was low and that is what they should have done when they did the road trip service. This place is a joke and I will never go back or recommend anyone to come here. Matter of fact they need to give me back my $158

Went in for oil change and rotation, within 3 minutes they come back, they broke my oil stick. Next they want to dismantle my engine for $150 to get it out, i went home and took it out myself with a pair of pliers. I expected they would at least try to take it out without charge. 3 days after the service my car rumbles and hasnt stopped since then. Zero Stars!

I was driving by in my 1986 dodge ram charger with my kids, when my breaks started to fail... I seen the free breake inspection banner so i pulled in... They took me right in and found that a break line hed broke... They took me out in the shop and even showed me... Fast fix and i was back on the road... Been going there ever since... Great service each and every time...
