Theres a saying: You cannot buy loyalty; you earn it! This applies to my interactions with Armando and his technicians. As a customer of over 20+ years, I have ALWAYS walked (rather, driven) away from Change Oil Now feeling content and extremely satisfied with the service I get from this business. I have taken all of my vehicles over there for oil changes, battery service, air filter replacements, transmission/coolant/power steering flushes, and much more.Some reviews on here gripe about professionalism, pricing, and other matters that I find to be an insult to this business and loyal customers who have been treated EXCELLENT and have been given a fair price for different services. If Armando or his techs cannot service something, they will tell me, explain WHY they cannot do it, and recommend where to take something.Case in point, my newer Ford Escapes differential and transfer case/gear box can not be serviced there due to poor design. Getting to the differential drain plug is damn near impossible due to inadequate spacing to insert a socket wrench or other tool to access the plug while the gear box/transfer case is over the turbo charger hose, making it tricky to access without way more labor and whatnot involved. Come to find out that when I had the front skid plate removed to access the oil pan to drain it, instead of 9 screws in the skid plate, there were FOUR. Who do I suspect is responsible for screwing that up!? It was NOT Armando or his techs. It was the dealership. The oil drain plug had warping around the threads and was basically jammed into its respective area, and thankfully it was replaced by Armando! One of the holes around the cover for the cabin air filter was enlarged/warped due to power tools being used to undo it. Armando had spare screws to put in the front skid plate, Cyan, his tech, replaced the cabin air filter with no problem, and even though I was there for over 2+ hours, the wait was WELL-WORTH IT. Ive encountered other dealership screw-ups or unnecessary services (a rack and pinion replacement on an older Tacoma due to leaking power steering through the boots....1500 bucks....SERIOUSLY!?) that they tried to pass on to me, but after consulting with Armando and taking his advice, I AVOIDED unnecessary extra expenses. There was no evidence of power steering fluid leaking at all!The bottom line to my review is this: if you want to be treated like garbage or taken advantage of at a dealership or an oil change with ZERO reputation, do so at YOUR OWN RISK. If you want to go to a place where youll get advised of services, given a complete price breakdown, and be treated with decency and respect, then head over to CHANGE OIL NOW. Youll find out why loyalty is earned, and you wont look back.

Went in trying to get a simple coolant flush and transmissions fluid replaced and the techs were dodging me like a Honda civic is such a tough car to work on. Definitely seems like a waste of time IMO.

Poor customer service I called and asked how much they would charge me for a transmission fluid change and one of their workers couldn’t or refused to give me an answer and hung up on me I wasn’t rude, I don’t know how your business expects to make money. I’ll let everyone I know not to go there thanks a lot.

Fantastic, quick, friendly, clean, wait-in-your-car service! EXPLANATION: You are greeted by a knowledgeable employee that guides you in, above one of three oil change bays. You are immediately offered a choice of beverage: hot coffee, chilled cola, diet cola, or bottled water. They did have new replacement oil and air filters IN STOCK for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L. The over-polite employees show you all old parts, as well as new parts, which created FULL TRUST in their service. The premium Chevron synthetic motor oil, plus the exact match of my vehicles air filter, did bring my total up past $100. I then asked for and received their $5 off coupon, as well as paperwork for going online to earn another $10 off voucher towards my next service. Start to finish was only 27 minutes. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOW THAT IVE FOUND THEM! FIVE STAR RATING EARNED!!!

Went here for the first time this morning, they were great. The gentleman started helping me before they were even open. Didnt try to push to many extras, and I was in and out in 20 mins and it was cheaper than other similar places by about 15$

The mechanic there was very pushy with his offers saying how my specific car needs it. Then while doing the paperwork I realize he didnt even know what car I had.

I had a great experience taking my Dodge Dart here thanks to the great customer service and very friendly staff. They offered me a refreshment while I waited and even got a free pen when I was done! Not only was the customer experience top notch, they also beat out every place in town on the price of the oil change. Very professional close to home and work

This is one of the best oil change shops in the area. They are honest, fast and very informative about what your vehicle needs and usually just pull up and start on your vehicle, rarely any wait time. They top off everything and even gave me a pen. Def recommend.
