My service with Gill Tires was wonderful. Not only were all the employees very friendly but got my oil change done in reasonable time. This place is very productive with getting their jobs done, very kind, and even have safe/clean environment unlike a few Auto Repairs I’ve went to before. I would definitely recommend you to come here and get your car(s) fixed as well!

Good service but not open on Sunday

They took our car in during an emergency after another shop flat out refused us. They charge accordingly with their quality work.Update:I took my car in for AC issues a couple months back and it is again not working. I called them back because it was supposed to be fixed but they told me they would charge me the diagnostic fee again. Why should I pay to have you fix the same problem you should have fixed the first time! Ridiculous.

I do not recommend drove off with a check engine light on. After going in for a suspension installation I domt know if it was because the new part being installed or the techs did not clear the code off after installation. Manager was no help at all. AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

Got my tires aligned about a year ago and found out it was either not done or done improperly and had to get all new tires and since it was an alignment issue I had to pay full price for all the tires.

Horrible Customer service I left in TEARS !!!! I purchased “2 New Tires” from this place recommended from my neighbor and NEVER again ... my tire flatted from a small nail, not even 2 weeks later.So of course I took it back for help and they offered NO help! Said I had rubber inside of my tire? That was $150 DOWN the drain and during Covid-19, I DO NOT have that type of money to waste. I wouldn’t everrrrr recommend NOBODY to come here my rim was NOT driven on what so ever so I didn’t and do not understand HOW this happen. The man in the front office was extremely RUDE the rudest I’ve EVER dealt with so I headed back to what I know American Tires and they was able to FIX their Mistake ! Smh I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this place especially my ladies I truly feel like they took advantage!

Not usually one to post these low ratings but this was simply unacceptable. Went in for an oil change and the mechanic broke the latch to open the hood of my car. Not only were they not cooperative in helping me fix it, they insisted they would NOT be paying for the repair! Let me say this again, my car (2011) was in fully working condition- the mechanic broke a piece to open the hood ($200 repair)- and they said I should be the one paying for it. Unbelievable.

5 minutes in and out! Topped off all 4 of my tires with proper amount of air pressure and didnt charge me a dime! So nice to find kind hearted people still left in this world. Highly recommended!

Today I had went into Gill Tires and I needed new tires, because my tires treads were wearing down. I had told Gill that I do a lot of driving for my job, and I need new tires for my Ford Focus. Immediately Gill Tires took care of me, and got me new tires. Gill Tires have been in business there for a very long time. I didnt have to wait long. The service was good, and everyone there was very courteous, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable of their job. If theres anyone you can trust with your car, you can trust in Gill Tire in servicing and maintenance on your cars. I Definitely will be a daily customer there.

My experience at Gill Tires was excellent. Firstly I went to a different auto shop since I had my car was pulling towards the left, so they workers over at that shop told me that Okay, well fix it. and so when they first did it. It was working, no pull or anything. After a day it started to pull once again, I took it back to the same shop. They did it again and It was still pulling. I was extremely furious because I payed twice and they didnt fix it. Then I got a card in my car for Gill Tires when I was out at the store and it was Gill Tires card. So I went over to the shop, and I discussed my cars problem with the boss, Sam. He himself went for a test drive and came back saying hell fix it. After that his tech. did my car and it was perfect. No more pull toward the left. I was very pleased with the quality and service. I have recomennded many of others to go to Gill Tires.

Im new to Stockton and Ive come across alot of mechanic shops that are very dishonest and untrustworthy.Came to gills to get new tires and man did he give me a great price.Came back 1week later to have some work done on my car and ill tell you this guy has some good prices.He will even work with you if money is tight on your end.Honest guy i bring my car here all the time now.

VERY SATISFIED WITH GILL TIRES PROFESSIONAL WORK AND HONESTY TOWARDS REPAIRS. I WAS TOTALLY CONVINCED WITH HIS WORK AND GILL TIRES EARNED MY TRUST, I WOULD NOT LIKE TO TAKE MY CARS ANY WHERE ELSE. I WAS FRUSTRATED WITH OTHERS SHOPS, THEY ARE ALWAYS TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND, TRY THIS SHOP AT ONCE AND YOU WILL FIND THE DIFFERENCE. CHEAPER THAN OTHER SHOPS AND VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I used them because they came recommended by a few of my customers. They quoted me a good price to fix my clutch issues on my truck. $750. Everyone else was quoting $800-$850. So after one day the office dude calls tells me they need to replace a few more parts was gonna be a lil more $779. Two more days pass calls me says they fixed the clutch, also I need a new clutch master cyclinder gonna be another $330. I said no, cant afford only budgeted $800 at most for repairs. I show up to tow it home, now the price is $1,140. And if its not paid I gotta pay $30 a day for storage. So after one embarrassing call to my parents to borrow money, was able to tow it home. Master cyclinder was fine, they got air in the line. Had a buddy come over and help me bleed the line...its magic the master cylinder works again. So no, I would not trust these worthless dudes ever again. If you do, make sure you have a few hundred bucks to spare.

I usually just stop here to fix a flat tire but they are quick and friendly, usially in and out of here 15 to 20 min

I went here to get a set of Tires installed and front brakes and tires balanced they purposely unballanced my front tires the mechanic placed all 4 tires around the vehicle as he did each tire then the boss fat guy that works inside I believe he is the owner came and wispered something in the guys ear and he took my 2 front tires back to the balance machine area then brought them back again and told me I needed new wheel bearings and that I would start to feel vibration at speeds above 50 mph I went to 3 friends and they all said my bearings are fine they each jacked my car up and looked and shook things to see so I went to Les Scwab on hammer lane and they told me both front tires were unbalanced on the front end and fixed my vibration problem for 20 bucks I called around several places and front wheel bearing replacement cost around 300 dollars to get fixed so this place tried to scam me out of 300 bucks beware of this shady place I am a medically retired veteran on a small fixed income god bless and beware of this shady place

Well my experience was CRAPPY!!!!. I brought in some used tires to be installed. They installed them, and the following day the tires where flat. Went back to find out if they test the tires before they are installed on vehicles, and was told no. What kind of tire shop doesnt check for leaks before you put them on a vehicle. Found out from another tire shop the tires had pin holes on the inside. So Im out 52.00. (32.00 for mounting and balancing from gills tire shop and 20.00 from other shop to test tires)BUT DID GILLS OFFER PARTIAL REFUND????? NO!!! Well wont be going to them ever again. I WILL GIVE A KUDDOS TO TIRE AND WHEEL ZONE ON CHARTER WAY ...

Got tires installed here one time and they put bigger sized tires on my passenger side. When I showed them not even a day later, the shady owner said that I couldnt prove it and would not fix it. Very shady owner and bad business overall. Do not go there!
