Employees get right to the point on price and very efficient with what needed to be done. I left car for 3 hours and the work I needed was done. I ended up leaving my car over night for another job to be done and it was done by morning time. Energetic team and respectable attitude. Discover these guys accidentally searching for a smog place that opens on Saturday. I have been going to them for work since.Just got a set of tires on my 2nd car in a year (2012 Pilot and now 2015 Prius). Beats prices at Costco, Les Schwalbe AOne etc...I am going to stop comparison shop because I just realize after this set of tires that it is a waste of my time. All Pro Smog has beaten everyone Ive been using for the past number of years.Quoted price from competitor $521/set of tires complete and $89 for 4 wheel alignment. All Pro Smog was $389/set of tires and $40 for 4 wheel alignment (with set of new tires otherwise $80). Their prices cant be beat.They are super busy so plan to drop off your vehicle in the morning and pick up in the afternoon so get help from family/friend or Uber/Lyft instead of waiting in their lounge.

Came here on July 24th to get a set of tires put on four painted rims. The paint on the rims had fully cured and hardened thoroughly. I had spent roughly two hours waiting for the tires to be mounted on the rims. I was warned that scratches may appear because of their method of putting the tires onto the rims but ultimately gave them the OK to put them on. My regrettable mistake. Once I was shown the finished product, two of the four wheels had massive, deep gouges all along the spokes and edges of the wheels where quite clearly, severe damage occurred that would not otherwise happen on a normal tire installation. (Ive included before and after pictures below for you to see the extent of the damage.) The other two rims had scratches but nowhere near the level of damage that the others have suffered. This puzzled me and I had raised my concerns to the manager. During the call, I was given multiple excuses, none of which could even remotely explain the level of damage on the wheels, and I was gaslighted about how the damage was my fault. This demonstrates that whoever the manager is at this shop is immature, childish, and escalatory. Nowhere in our phone conversation was there any semblance of empathy or understanding towards the situation. Finally, he repeatedly asked Well, what do you want me to do about it? This manager did not apologize or do anything to deescalate the situation at all and managed to demonstrate poor temperament. Obviously, management has a problem when they result to such degenerative and deplorable behavior. Please take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache and added work that I have to bear.

Good place to go to for everything needed, a lot of the time they are busy, if its something simple they tend to get in and out. They do not over sell you on anything, they offer coupons as well. The only negative I have is that you have to make sure to check work, sometimes since it so busy it seems like some workers rush the job and don’t do it complete 100%, but if you find there is an issue they will resolve for you no questions asked

The parking lot is only on a small strip off of the sidewalk, and there isnt a lot of parking spaces for as busy as they were on a Saturday morning. I went in for a Smog check and their machine was down. They asked me to come back on a Tuesday when they expected it to be available. I never went back though. Im glad I didnt buy that Groupon for them, or I would have had to go back.

First of all you can’t get into the place, parking is horrible the inside looks like a warehouse tires and wheels everywhere, nobody greets you have to wave to get there attention. Everybody that comes in is told it’ll be about 30 minutes which actually turns into an over an hour. If you’re honest upfront it would be a good thing.

I’m very happy and pleased with this shop! I called all pro smog this morning for a tire quote and gave me a price I couldn’t pass up...remind you I drove from San Francisco all the way to Stockton and was very satisfied... They even gave me a great deal on a alignment! Thanks to a great team w/ excellent customer service I will be back for sure... PS: they have a really nice waiting room 🙌🏼

I’m pretty irritated with how my situation was handled. I came in for a smog and since my car is older I knew it would take longer. It was an hour and a half estimate time wait so I decided to get picked up and it did take an hour and a half. I get dropped back off and then they tell me I didn’t pass and mention I’ll have to get the issue fixed and then come back and get it rechecked for another $15 when most places do another smog check For free since the car didn’t pass. Then I ask “do you guys not do the services here?” He said they do and I could do it if I wanted to now.....now here is where I got incredibly angry. Why wouldn’t you tell me on the phone it didn’t pass and if I wanted to fix it before I came in??? Instead they tell me to get it fixed and come back. During this pandemic I don’t necessarily want to come to a place then go to a separate place to fix it and then come back to spend more time and money than I need to. It would’ve been smarter and more time efficient to tell me over the phone so I could’ve authorized the fix and paid for it all at once not having to spend more time in the future. Called and complained and the supervisor was professional. It’s just highly inconsiderate especially during this time and that’s why I’m unhappy.

These guys are awesome. Very informative and helpful with all work and options available. I coordinated repairs with nick and he informed me the last shop i went to did virtually no repairs and may have even caused more damage to my vehicle because of their work. I was impressed to say the least. Definitely give them a call if your looking for affordable repairs and replacements.

Went in for an alignment on my VW GTI, they said it was a 3 hour wait but they could fit me in sooner so I signed the papers and gave them the keys. Come back and all they did was move the toe in the back a tiny amount. Camber was 2 degrees off in three corners and was the reason I took it in the first place. At no point did they tell me that I had to specifically say I wanted to adjust the camber. Even during the service the techs didn’t think about calling me and asking if I wanted to fix the camber which was obviously messed up. Terrible service and completely unprofessional

They accommodated my need for a smog check, having 40 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve. The technician was done within minutes but indicated all four tires tread was low with two having somewhat extensive ware. I asked if car can be driven to So Cal. He said yes but with weather looming to be careful hydroplaning. That was a serious concern for me as my Son was gifted car. I was in a spot.I asked if they had 4 tires in stock, reasonably priced, and could they do the job for me. He checked; they did; and, could do the job even if they stay longer. I was out the door 30 minutes later. Smog certificate and four new tires. Most importantly, my mind was at ease. So my experience was 5 stars, esp on a holiday. Thank those gentlemen who assisted me.

Im from Roseville inside Sacramento and I drove all the way out to this place and got my 37s put on my lifted truck. A few other shops around me wanted to charge more and some said they couldnt even do it. They are very busy a lot of the time from what I could see but thats because they have good service and low prices. When I was waiting outside for my truck I was told by at least 3 customers that they love this place and they drive from far away just to come here.

Waited way to long for a simple 1 tire change even when quoted at short wait, with multiple staff memebers available it would’ve been nice to been told that a staff meeting was more important than a customers tire when I told the sales person I need this done ASAP as I was running late for work, if I would’ve known it would take more than 45 minutes I would’ve left and went somewhere else .. even when they started to pull my car to the back a associate just stopped and chatted as if my service could wait, no sense of urgency and just a dull experience, if it was not for the awesome sales associate who took me in early was compassionate with my circumstances I wouldn’t recommend this place at all I would’ve rather drove on my rims than to deal with this place . Keep the gentleman up front give him a raise or you might lose the best person to ever work there

Said it was a 30 min wait for an alignment... took 1hr& 32 min.Got the truck back, start to drive off..It swings ALL the way to the right!Paid with a coupon for $49 thinking I was getting a deal...But if this is the service they give with their coupons, then theres no point? Been here 2 days in a row yesterday I came by at 430 and they told me they wouldnt have time to smog my vehicle. Today Mah 20th again came in waited for 10 min at the front desk in line. The customer before they fidnt return his keys so he had to get his keys. And when I got to the front desk I explained I needed my car smogged. and I was told the tech left. Two days in a row no service. Ill never come back to this place which saddens me cause I was also interested in buying some wheels n rims.

Did not honor yelp deal ($29.95 for $66 voucher). They tried to change the terms on a voucher I had bought and forced me to pay an extra $18.25 even though yelp explicitly says voucher terms are set in stone. To be honest, I think it was their first time running a yelp voucher and they just didnt know the logistics yet.Also took way too long for a smog test, so long that I had a friend pick me up instead of waiting. They said theyd call me when they were done, but they didnt. I finally called them 4 hours later and they pretended that they had called me. Good thing I did not need my car that day.I complained to yelp and got my momey back so all in all only paid $18.25 for a smog test and certificate. Cheapest and longest smog test Ive ever gotten.I once tried to get a job here (even though I was overqualified) and the manager Pat was real enthusiastic about hiring me, even said he would probably call me in later the same day after an interview. But did he? What do you think?

The worst services ever, as the ad on the website they supposed to charge 38 when I went In there. Without telling me the price, he took my keys started doing the job and I asked what about the price he said $60 and I was like on the website it said a whole different price. Guys there are courteous and very helpful and very reasonable. I took my Jeep liberty in for a new set of tires and an alignment, out the door $400. When everywhere else was way more by a $100. plus.

I was recommended this shop by a friend of mine to get my rims installed. Because of the supposive deals they have. Do I regret coming here. The employees seem to not know what they are doing. They told me itd take at least an hour instead it took 4 hours. I had to come the second time to get them rebalance because my vehicle was vibrating. So instead of it taking less than an hour it took another 3 hours. They had no customers. The guy came back saying if it still continues to shake that Itll need hub rings, which I provided them when I had the rims first installed. His answers was to bring the car again and hell personally install them. As if Ill ever come back. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

Went in for a transmission fluid change. Time estimate was 1 1/2 hours. Truck didnt go back to the bay for 1 hour. After the clock had been ticking 2 1/2 hrs I was shown that the replacement filter they had received was the wrong one. 4 hrs after I arrived (at close time) the job was finally completed. The promised price adjustment for the wait was not forthcoming. This would have been a one star except they checked and topped off oil and coolant.

Poor service I feel cheatedI got a coupon for $ 29 arriving at the site I was told the price was $ 50. I showed the coupon they kept the $ 29. Bad services: I took my Prius to do the smog and because of an oil meter ring that they themselves removed, the smog was disapproved, claiming it was leaking oil. I drove to AutoZone and I paid 98 cents and I fixed it and I got back, I was charged $ 23 for the return. I do not tell anyone. Beware of their services, I was deceived!

5 min job took one hour and fifteen mins. I was told 30 mins but my car just sat outside waiting. They had more concern of rearranging the store then serving the customer. I was passed up by another customer that came after me.
