This store is awesome. The young men working here helped me send out 3 different packages at once and I was in and out in about 10 min max. I didn’t come in with boxes to ship, so in that 10 minutes they packaged up my shipments and sent them to 3 different states. Quick and easy! Highly recommend.

I drove 40 miles to your store to ship important documents. I asked for an envelope to put it in and he stated that you didnt have any. He was incredibly rude as was his friend just hanging out. He went to the office supply wall and grabbed a plain bubble mailer that was too small. I told him that and he said, well Ill just get a bigger one. With a smirk and said, now that will be $4.50 . Him and his buddy thought that was HYSTERICAL. I left and will never walk back in there again. I took my business elsewhere. I have 2 more tile companies to convince not to use them for overnight shipping anymore.

Worst customer service ever! My husband and I were the first people in line. My husband was holding a stack of packages, waiting for the guy to help him. Then awave of people came in. The guy at the counter ignored us and told the person behind us he could help him. Then the third person and the forth person, we were still the first in line and still being brushed off. Finally he takes my husband. My husband puts the packages down and ask if he could mail these off. The guy behind the counter was not helpful at all. Says yes but you need more stamps, then motions for the person behind us to come forward. Still getting brushed off, not getting the help we needed and was feeling pretty embarrassed just left. We will find a different place to mail our packages too, people who are more willing to help us.

Dropped of Cox equipment to be returned. Should have been sent out by Tuesday afternoon & the receipt said would be to Cox by Wednesday afternoon. Today is Thursday, Cox never received so hit me with $200 charge....call today, it is still sitting in UPS store, never packaged, only label made....so infuriating....surely since it is a UPS store items left on a Tuesday before noon should go out Tuesday....and just to OKC....ugh...

I have been negatively surprised that UPS workers serving people in the store do not wear masks. Very disrespectful and dangerous for customers. I am not even talking about how dangerous it may be for them. 05/20/2020

Waited 10 minutes to pick up a package, and still couldnt pick it up! They need more people working.Went in again, 1 person working. Im not going to wait 20 minutes for a return! This is pathetic!

UPS My Choice sends delayed text when item delivered. Have all packages require signiture, so theyre not left unattended in plain sight.

Please avoid. I had them wrap my monitor and they broke it during shipment. This building said they got my claim and would mail my check to me. Never did. The owner will decieve you

Do not go to this UPS. The manager stole 20Dollars out of a wallet I was trying to ship back to a friend. I had to walk out of the store for a couple of seconds, and she told me to leave the wallet with her giving me the impression that she was going to package it. She took complete advantage of me and thought I wasn’t smart enough to check what was inside of the wallet before walking into the store. I reported her, but didn’t want to press charges because I thought she would already be losing her job. Come to find out, it’s a family owned business so she most likely won’t be fired. Just a warning for future customers.

My wife visited this UPS Store to buy two prepaid Ground UPS Envelopes to send letter size paper sheets. It took her 45 minutes to accomplish the task. The agent could not understand she wanted to purchase prepaid envelopes. He also needed constant help spelling each word in the addresses. Such as Chicago, Grandview, and Philippines.I had to return to the store 10 days later on Saturday, Oct 6th, at 11:30 am. My wife was given legal size priority shipping envelopes. On the envelopes it clearly states not to be used for Ground shipments, plus the legal size was too large for our intended purpose with the Philippine Consulate. The female agent said they only use legal size and only stock the priority mailing envelopes, unless I wanted to purchase letter size stocked on the shelf. I questioned her several times about the folder stating not for Ground use. She said it was okay to use and they did it all the time. I walked over and looked at the letter size and opted not to purchase. Was crazy that I needed to pay extra for letter size shipping envelopes. I picked up my legal size envelopes but only had one not two. She had the other in her hand and was given it to another customer. I asked her for my second envelope and she stated I only brought in one envelope. That was not true. We went back and forth three times saying I did or not did. I went to my vehicle and no other envelope. I came back in and told her. She had an attitude and said, I will go ahead and give you another envelope. Like I was wrong. Lucky for me she didnt give the customer the other envelope. It had my two prepaid stickers in it.This store is poorly operated and I will NEVER purchase a single item or shipment from them. I will only use the main UPS shipping office in town. Always receive good service from them. I did call UPS 800 number and asked them about using the Priority envelopes for Ground. They said absolutely not to use. I had no choice because my appointment with the Philippine Consulate was the next day on Sunday. The staff member handling our case asked why we brought such large envelopes. She folded them in half to make it fit in her file box and lucky for us did not see the no ground statement. I had several hundred dollars invested in the meeting and might lose it all because this store does not carry Ground Shipping envelopes.

I went to return a broken TV with a prepaid shipping label from Amazon, and was told that Id have to pay $65 to put the TV into one of the stores shipping boxes. I reasoned that the TV was delivered in the same box as I was trying to ship and was protected will all the same packing materials. This did not persuade the two employees.Fortunately, I called the other UPS store accross town (9th and Perkins), and they were more than happy to take the package. I feel like this store was just trying to find a way to charge me.

I have had a box here for over a year now. I get multiple packages a month and had never had a problem until today. I picked up 3 Amazon packages but when I got home I noticed that all the items I expected were not there. I looked at my Amazon account and it showed that a package with 6 items was delivered yesterday and signed for. I called the store and asked them to check again. I was told there was no package. I called Amazon who tracked the package and contacted UPS corporate for me then conferenced corporate into our conversation. She said that she could see that my package was indeed delivered to the store and they had a signature of someone named Knight. The problem was the package was not scanned into the system as a customer package but as a store package and is showing in “store inventory”. I called the store back with this info and was told there is no package and there is no one employed there named Knight. Which is curious because I just read a review that said Makayla Knight had answered the phone at this store yesterday. Yesterday as in when my package arrived and was signed for by KNIGHT. The gentleman who answered today was not overly helpful and basically told me it was not the stores responsibility. He told me to call Amazon He was snippy but to be fair I was very frustrated and snippy too since he didn’t seem to want to aknowlege that I had already called Amazon and I had been told for a fact from corporate that my package is sitting in their store right now. I also obviouslydon’t appreciate being lied to about the signature.

Worst experience ever!!! Package mailed on 12/17/18 was lost, went through claim process, emailed needed claim info on 1/9/19. Never heard from manager, even after repeated phone calls and messages! Now corporate is saying they never received the paperwork for claim and still no insurance refund for lost package! Have been dealing with this for 2 months to get insurance refund.

I dropped off three packages that were sent to my address by mistake, almost two weeks ago. The lady contacted me today to ask where they were she had still not received them. So I called the store Makayla Knight answered and said she had no knowledge of the packages could not track the packages with ANY of the addresses and tell me where they are, then she said there was NO supervisor or manager to contact about the lack of visibility with these packages or complain about her. WHICH IS ILLEGAL! and then she said the owner was the only one above her, Alan Payne, and surprise surprise she couldnt reach him or give me his number. DO NOT USE OR GO TI THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PACKAGES. This was a brand new 17-piece farberware cooking set, a professional butcher block of knives and I guess the store employees just could have stolen them and now the lady that was supposed to get them, the one I took great care to find so that she would receive her packages (I actually looked her up on FB it wasnt that hard) is messaging me and I wonder what was the point I should have just used USPS and sent them COD so she would have got them and there would be a little accountability.

If zero or minus star can be rate, I will do it. I just went to the store today asking for shipping my staff in a box size 24”x12”x12” I understand that 20boxes of this size are too many but as a worldwide company I think UPS can do it for sure. However, the women at the counter said she did not have the space to keep my staff and her attitude was not good while talking with me. I used this store 3years ago to ship my staff around the same amount of boxes but bigger size without no problem and friendly customer service. But this time, it like a different story. Bad customer service and attitude. In the end I think about ship my bic(all disassembleed and packed in the box) and ask her if it possible to at least ship my bic because I already rent Uhal truck. She answered me that it is going to be expensive. I have no idea about why UPS hire this kind of person to work for them. In the end I ask another guy in that store about any suggest and he told me to go to FedEx. ha ha! What’s a joke. My friend just told me that she had a problem with this store when she want to ship something international they told her they run out off the international shipping form. In the end they told her to go to Fedex. The owner! of this shop! You should ask Fedex to pay their salary instead of you. She works really great for another company. To be honest! I think I am done with UPS. Who ever the owner of this shop. Please consider to hire a new employee if you still care about your customer. If not! trust me! I’m not going to be the last one that complain about this store.
