As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. The girl then walked me in the direction I needed to go and found another associate to help me further. I have never been here before, but I would come back in a heart beat. I appreciate that they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience or dumb for asking a question. In all I was helped by three associates, all of which were super nice!

Worst service and management ever. I called in advance to ask if I can do curbside pickup for propane; since I have a household of immunocompromised people (immunocompromised baby, and wife on chemo) so we have to take this pandemic extra seriously. I was told I could, and they’ve been offering that service for awhile. However, I got there and was met with an employee with awful, rude attitude that gave me attitude for having her even come out there, then told me I couldn’t pay outside (as I typically do). I asked to speak to the manager, turns out she is the manager. Frankly, she’s the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with. She didn’t care about the situation at hand, and that I’d already been told I could. She wouldn’t run my card inside even, as others have done before.

So I love shopping here. Alway find items that I like, need and want. That is a 5 star for me. Close to my house too. But I do hate coming in for the cashers to be rude, Unprofessional. I know they go through alot, deal with alot. My heart goes out for them and I thank them for being there . But if you dont like it or dont want to be there dont take it out on your customers.

I really like this little chain store. I bought some work boots there. Top quality, great fit. I buy dog supplies, kennels, etc. Prices are competitive with HD but the service is soooo much better. Ditch the Depot & shop here.

I love this place!!! I went in to purchase a1 7/8 trailer hitch. Nothing unusual about that, however the size is very odd. None of the other places in town had this particular size. In comes the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Tractor Supply to save the day. I found what I came for and it was no fuss, no muss. I will go there first for my trailer needs, plus they are owned locally. Thanks guys😀

So much you need, so much pretty stuff, even chicks and duckings. Laser light for kitty time. Clothing and so much more. The wind chimes are way cool. Stop in there just to see. Youll find you something!

It is where i buy most of my landscapping and welding suppies at the help is very nice and i enjoy going shopping 4 my dog zGUNGUN.

Most of my trips here are to fill propane tanks. They are quick and very helpful. My only tip is in the winter find out what day the truck normally comes and then plan your trip for the next day. There are a lot of RVers in this area and they can drain the propane supply on the weekends.

We, me and mom, came to get some chicken feed and a portable kennel. Once we checked out, we discovered that the tire was flat. Dave, the assistant manager, helped us out along with another customer replace the tire with a spare. Dave went above and beyond.

I called ahead at 7pm about a propane fill and was told that propane fills stopped at 8pm. I showed up at 7:30 and was turned away because only 2 people were working. Dave, the manager, was not helpful at all. Rather than uphold what I was told over the phone, he decided to make excuses about how they were short staffed and had to do their closing duties. It was 7:30pm; the store closes at 9pm. Dave then told me that if he fills up my propane tank then hell have other people coming to fill theirs up and hed be there for hours, which is a gross over exaggeration. Furthermore, I called my local Tractor Supply in Shawnee, and they informed me that they fill *until they close at 9pm,* further displaying Daves lack of customer service and ability to honor what was told to me just half an hour before I came in the store.

I was looking for dog food. Not s very good selection. Atwoods has a much better selection. Just thought I might find something grain free. I wont go back

I tried buy chickens and nobody would help me. I went to cashier twice and she paged someone. Still no help so I drove across town to Atwood.

Its very easy to find what you need, the store is always clean and organized and the employees are very friendly. You get the feeling of living in a small, close-knit town by the time youre done shopping and checking out.

This Tractor Supply has outstanding customer service! I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and went in to get hay for our goats on an emergency run so was making a stop on my way to work. I was not looking for help but David a TS employee insisted on helping me anyways and did not make me feel like I was a bother to him at all. He rang me up and helped me to my vehicle and was very personable. This isnt the first time this tractor supply has gone above and beyond for me and my significant other. We will continue to frequent this location often! :)

Tractor Supply has a pretty decent supply of goods for the working man. It is a great place to get your portable propane bottles and BBQ bottles refilled.

Im really happy we have this Tractor Supply in Stillwater. Its great to get propane tanks refilled and kitty litter, and anything else you need for the farm life (even clothes).

Its okay you change people to much down here like to see same faces more friendly like old days

I want to live in this store. You wouldnt believe some of the things you can get here when Lowes and Atwoods let you down. Im not saying they will have everything everyone needs but dont forget about this store if you are doing a project and need something.

I love how convenient it is for folks who live on the south side of town. Also I love the late hours in the summertime.

They often have the odd piece of equipment that Im looking for, from well pumps to mower ignition keys. One of my first stops when looking for hard to find items.

Closer to my house then Lowes or Atwoods makes it more convenient but higher prices alot of the time
