Ordered windows and doors for our new build on December 2 2020. We were told they were all in mid April 2021. When they were delivered a 12 ft door we ordered never got ordered and they only ordered part of our windows. It amazes me that items were ordered but not checked in to know things were missing. Supposedly those items are now being ordered as we’ve already paid for them. When we questioned JJ in person we were treated poorly. In fact he refused to talk to us and left the lumber yard. Leaving us no option but to speak with Virgil who stumbled on his words more than anything. Horrible service and had we known this would be the service we would have made our entire order with OKC lumber company that has bent over backwards to make our orders on time and even made extra deliveries.

Best place to buy Lumber with out the Hassel of Lowes . Great limber great service

Much better options around town. Hughes has terrible customer service. Check out Stillwater Building Center or Douglas Building Center.

Do not buy from this place. They bill you wrong and have horrible customer service.
