There have been two times where my prescription was out of refills and required authorization from my doctor. Both times this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy has been extremely lazy and failed to inform me that there were issues refilling it. Once was that they had trouble contacting my doctor and recently that they did reach my doctor but did not inform me that he denied the prescription. This might be suitable for a one-time prescription, but if you have a recurring prescription youd be better off going absolutely anywhere else. They do not deserve any business.

So after calling in my prescriptions the pharmacy only had two of five ready when I asked about them they said I have to contact the doctor for refills they no longer do that... Since when my refills are at the doctor all they had to do was call which my doctor says theyre supposed to do while I was being very polite asking about the situation so I knew what to do going forward the pharmacist actually asked if she needed to come deal with me and when I said I have no problem Im just trying to figure out whats happening she I rolled and turned away needless to say my prescriptions are going elsewhere I used to think they had great service not anymore this was the second time I have been treated extremely poorly at this Walmart pharmacy

The pharmacists and techs were simply amazing! Tanner Jessica and Becky really came through and gave me the attention that I needed! 5 stars! They were patient while I had to go back to my doctor, and answered all of my questions and concerns! Thanks guys! You really changed my life today!

My parents take a plethora of meds daily. It becomes very confusing for them to keep up with the appropriate doses. I asked Walmart to do bubble packs for them to eliminate mistakes and stress. Not only will they not do it, but they told me no pharmacy in Stillwater does. A quick search turned up three competitors that do multiple dose packaging, AND deliver right to the house. I like Walmart hours and pricing, but they will not be filling prescriptions for my parents anymore! The peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are taking their meds correctly far outweighs the pennies they used to save at Walmart. No regrets!

TERRIBLE! Worse than CVS and that is saying something! Go somewhere else you will regret using this pharmacy!
