I was given prescription for a pain medication by a doctor due to an injury at work. I gave them almost 2 hours to fill the prescription. I get there and they told me due to my insurance not being active they chose not to fill it. I just switched insurance I told them it is covered by workmen’s comp. they told me it will be at least a half hour to an hour before they filled it. The medication literally costs $30-$40. I live out of town so now I have to wait till tomorrow to get my medication. This is the last time I am ever using Walgreens pharmacy. I have never in my life had so many issues getting meds filled. This was not the first time something like this has happened.

Their phone system is very inconvenient, you have to spend ten minutes trying to get around the robot to talk to an actual person. I was calling around looking for the most affordable place to refill my prescription. I had gotten a letter saying I could get it there for $15, but the goodrx app said 50. When I tried to get it, they wanted to charge me $115!!! Dont go to them, they dont want to hear from you or help you. I had muuuch better service from Walmart.

8/9/21 was inside at pharmacy window with granddaughter that just left the Stillwater ER. Granddaughter has been ill for last two years and was again placed on antibiotics. Granddaughter decided to get her first dose of COVID vaccine due to her continued illnesses. I inquired at the pharmacy window if she could get the vaccine because she was 19. I did check with her again if she wanted the vaccine, she said, can I wait. I know my granddaughter and I know how to communicate with her. And I do know that vaccine was her decision. Before I could discuss waiting, with my granddaughter, the Walgreens clerk, young girl with short brown hair, spoke up and said, youre 19 years old, you can do what you want and you dont have to take the vaccine. My granddaughter then left the pharmacy window. Your clerk was very happy about what she had just done. I think Walgreen employees should not offer any opinions unless asked and I did not ask her opinion.

The pharmacy is slow, the employees working in the pharmacy are rude, and consistently and constantly have an attitude. Might as well not even call in a prescription in advance, because you will still be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes, which really means at least an hour, regardless. Absolutely terrible in all regards.

Such an awful awful pharmacy. I have never been to a Walgreens with this slow of service. I waited an hour in the drive-through line (the pharmacy is drive-through only for some reason) and I get to the window and they say that my prescription isn’t even ready, even though the app said it would be ready by 10am that morning. I came back the next day and waited another hour. I will no longer be sending my prescriptions here.

Called to get my prescription filled. They call/txt me that my prescription is available. I go to pick it up and they are closed. I found out they close at 6 on Saturday, but they called/txt me my prescription was ready at 5:55. I got there a little after 6. I am currently having an asthma attack because I could not pick up my inhaler

The pharmacist Lisa is the absolute best!! I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy in town. Great staff, very caring people! They really do care for their customers unlike a lot of big business. I am very thankful for them!

I had several scripts to fill one being a pain medicine. They kept texting me telling me I couldn’t get the rx yet but could today…June 25 2021. I called 2 different days asking questions about getting them stating I don’t live in Stillwater and would be leaving today and they said no problem you can pick them up in the morning. I get there and they first said it would be 15 mins I go back in 30 and she says they don’t even stock that medication??? We talked about the pain medicine twice and you didn’t even ck to see if you can fill it??? RIDICULOUS!!!

One of the pharmacists is good. They don’t understand the difference between an authorized generic or bio equivalent though . Had to switch pharmacy afterOver 20 years because of the manufacturers and the lack of understanding between them and the difference. Also went to get another family members prescription today and the bathroom makes you not even want to get flu shots there . A layer of dust on the stalls. Rust on the trash can and grown thick on the faucet . Not sure how to post pictures on this or I would.

Awful place to try to work for the hiring manager will lie straight to your face and tell you that you have the job but then avoid you and wont outright tell you that you didnt actually get the job manager seemed to only care about himself kinda glad I went with a better job did I forgot to mention he also looks and sounds like Sheldon from the big bang theory 😂

This pharmacy is by far the worst in town. If you go in theyll tell you wait an hour and itll be ready. Come back and they say the exact same thing. Come back in an hour. The staff is rude. Like were an inconvenience. YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING US. God forbid you have to speak to a pharmacist. If you do they are short and rude to you. Especially the older man pharmacist that works there. In my opinion they should fire the whole staff and bring in an all new staff from other locations. This place is horrible. I have nothing good to say about this pharmacy.

Every time I drop it off, I say I will pick it up in 1 hour and they say no problem! Then an hour passes, then another, then 5 hours and nothing. Impossible to get them on the phone to check status. Then when you finally go in person to figure out what is going on they havent even started on it, and tell me to come back in an hour! HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME!! So done with this pharmacy.

This use to be my go to place. With these new hours you just lost my business.

Have to agree with the previous review. I switched to Walgreens and will be moving elsewhere. Ive been using them for about a year now and multiple problems. Can never get through on the phone. If it rings, I get the fax machine. Otherwise, its a busy signal. Cant get my RX right or the right quantities. Out of stock on some pretty common ones pretty often. Im supposed to get 90 pills for my co-pay. I usually get 20 or 40 instead. Ends up costing more and taking more trips to town. They still havent gotten one of my prescriptions right and its been a couple of months on that one. The line is always 5-15 people deep and usually one person at the counter working. No matter what time of day I go in, it takes forever!

The photo department is TERRIBLE. I just moved to Stillwater from Tulsa. I have printed photos through Walgreens for years. I placed online orders and picked them up at the store. My photos were always accurate and completed in a timely manner. I have printed photos 4 times now at the Stillwater location. Two times now I revived and order confirmation. Then an email that my order was ready to pick up. When I arrived they had no record of my order. Another time I picked up my photos and got home and several of my pictures were not in the package that I had ordered. The staff doesnt try to find a solution and are not even apologetic. I will never have photos printed at this location again! I will be taking my photo business elsewhere.

They should remember at the pharmacy that they are in customer service industry. There are people who help you who are nice and do a good job. There are others that are flat out rude.

Im hard of hearing and I went thru drive thru. There was a black lady employee was rude to me after I told her that Im hard of hearing, she still speak on phone. I told her to write down the price. I dont like her and hope I dont see her again. I love one lady w dark hair and she was so friendly to me and understood me. She put a smile on my face.

I really wished I could give it no stars. I ordered contacts from them online. The order was defective and the contacts tore when my son tried putting in his eye. I got a returned label to get my refund. According to the tracking number the contacts were delivered back to them on 10/02/17. I just called inquiring about my refund and was told I had to wait atleast 30 days for processing and if I hadnt heard anything by 11/13/17 to please reach out to them. At that point they would cut my refund! ARE YOU KIDDING?!?!?!? So basically my order is just sitting somewhere waiting for their timeline to pass. Will NEVER use them again!!

Pharmacy is understaffed and super slow. Can never speak to a pharmacist on the phone until your willing to wait 30+ mins on hold. Recently filled my RX with the WRONG DRUG.

The pharmacy is awful and wont actually help people. They wont look into things that THEY are wrong about. If possible, use anyone else. Other Walgreens have been fine, but this one is terrible.

There is a deal on laundry detergent, $6.49 bogo free. Somebody mustve put the sticker in the wrong spot cause it was put on the $9.99 detergent. Any other Walgreens wouldve matched it, but when the manager went to do the price check they took the sticker off and made it seem like someone else did it or it was never there.

I agree with other reviews. Very slow both inside pharmacy and drive up. Need to hire more help for this busy college town.

Went in to use bathroom nearly blew chunks by the nasy smell of it! The bathroom(WOMANS) was NOT CLEAN by any means what so ever. There was trash on the floor as well as toilet paper some used some not. This was by far the NASTIEST bathroom I have EVER seen in my 26 years!

Absolutely ridiculous. After 5 times of coming into the pharmacy for a prescription, they finally decide to tlwk us that they don’t take our insurance. They had already seen the insurance card on the previous visits. They then tried to transfer the prescription to CVS and LOST it. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.

Slow unorganized staff is nice. But overall Walgreens in stillwater is terrible.

Avoid the big box pharmacies. Theyre slow, rude, disorganized, busy, and nothings ever ready when they say it will be. Stick with your local mom and pop pharmacies. You wont regret it!

Terrible customer service. Woman took my information and left to get my prescription and left me hanging for 10 minutes. A new assistant came to the window to ask me if they could help me and didnt know that the woman left me hanging. She proceeded to have an attitude with me as well.

Pharmacy is always busy never can be in and out. And I wait 20 minutes for drive thru.

Horrible service! Daughter had to go 12 hours longer with Rocky Spotted Mountain Fever because they couldnt get her prescription filled in a timely matter. Furious! Will NEVER do business with again!
