Beware of visiting this place. In picking up my prescription in the drive-thru Mary was very rude. In asking for her name she decided to spell it for me. Jacob who was working with her mocked me after an argument pursued between her and I. The pharmacist Jill never attempted to get her employees under control instead she refused to understand the fact that I am a customer and that her employees are unprofessional. Jill threatened to call the police on me all the while my 8 year old son watched the whole incident occur. This is how black people get railroad. I told my son to NEVER forget the disrespect and the unprofessionalism of them people at CVS. This particular store is in a small town in which I am sure that they are comfortable with treating customers any kind of way, but what they fail to understand is that I will go out of my way to do business with a professional reputable company before I am ever disrespected or threatened with law enforcement by rude employees. Again customer beware especially if you’re a minority.

Stefanie went above and beyond when helping me. She was calm and friendly when I was super stressed out. Her attention to detail and customer service confirms that the Stillwater CVS is the place to be. 5 stars because 6 was not an option.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is usually quick. You can also get the flu shots here as well.

They couldn’t do basic math. I told them I was over a certain age and provided Id to prove it yet they still said I was under the age I said I was.

I was visiting cvs today for a couple of items and i was greeted at the checkout by a very pleasant associate Maggie she was 5 star customer service smiling and making very good converstation she made sure i had all my items off my checklist i recommend this store and felt very comfortable.

CVS Hall of Fame location frequently offers customers a malfunctioning coupon kiosk. Coupons motivate customers to shop CVS versus other local competitors. However, this store’s coupon kiosk is out of service more often than not. In the last three visits we have made to the Hall of Fame store in the last 21 days, the machine has been out of service each time with no explanation of solution by service staff. So much for CVS offering coupons that cannot be printed and used!

Evidently UPS packages are delivered to CVS after attempted home deliveries. I called to arrange a pick up, and was on hold for 7.5 minutes. I asked if when I come to pick up the package, I could just go to the drive through window. She said no. I asked if someone could bring it out to me when I arrived. She said no. I told her I was a high risk person for the COVID, but that didn’t change a thing; she still said I’d have to come in. Not very accommodating and I’m not very happy.

I like the pharmacy staff they changed a while back friendly and professional. Nice to be treated so welk at a place thats always so very busy in our community. Try them, good peoples!

I went to the cvs today to print off a PDF file. 3 page letter that I needed 3 copies of. The website and Google said they had the capability to do this. The person who ran the printer said they couldnt do it. I showed him the website. The manager came and did the same. I even asked how is it they printed off documents for the store. Nooo couldnt do that either. They wanted me to pay for 8x10. Lol. Pitiful

Ive had good luck getting prescriptions here. They are always fast and you get a robocall when the prescription is ready to pick up. Other things in the store are kind of expensive but its nice to have the option to pick something up quick if you just need one or two items.

I received a recall letter from my doctor that stated Please contact your pharmacy and have THEM request a medication change from our office I gave it to the male pharmacy and he said we dont do that here, you will have to call the doctor yourself. I read the letter to him and he still refused. So, I called the doctors office and they said yes the pharmacy is supposed to do this. They have a form to fill out showing the lots of the medication recalled I have had trouble with the male pharmacist before. He is very rude and not helpful at all. The two lady pharmacists have always been friendly and helpful. I am just before calling the male pharmacists supervisor and reporting him.

If your trying to apply at this store location, pass on it seriously, its a terrible place to work between the seriously lack of training by training i mean none, and the last store manager that was running the place ran in to it the ground was basically fired for doing things that wasnt policy slush fund in place or doing training for associates the list can go on, tons of food items are expired especially vendor items like soda are expired by 2yrs i was basically told to put it back on the self and it was the vendor job to pull it which was a joke, pulling expired food by the baskets, the promise of full time hours as well is a joke meaning during the slow months basically you get 20-25hrs or less deepening on the budget as a full time manager and that is their full time even tho i was promise 35-40 transferring in. a hostile work environment and retaliation are things that go on in the store so watch your P.s Q,s

This place is great!!! In the Pharmacy department, they help, push, pull, and call whoever they need to you make sure I get the meds I need. Everyone is nice, kind, and patient!

I love this store, if you are a couponer this is the store for you, they will make sure you get your deals and help you save money. The store is nice and organize store and the staff is great.

I just left the Pharmacy and I must say Coleen and Allison both went above and beyond to help me. They called my insurance to help with coverage when I called them and when I went to pick up meds. Highly recommend coming here. Thanks girls!!

Today I went to get several things and the staff were I credibly polite and incredibly helpful. I only wish I had gotten their names. One was a woman in the pharmacy, and the other 2 was a man and woman in the general store.

Well never on time like they say for your prescription and usually close early for their own convenience.... some actually have to wait because of work but its just sad. And are absolutely stupid and dont even know what there doing most the time

I highly recommend never coming here for anything MoneyGram associated. Ive been sitting on this Red MoneyGram phone for the last 25 minutes. I felt like i was trying to call Batman buy nobody came to the rescue. Not one store rep was helpful. Asked for a manager, apparently the Manager named James was too good to talk to a customer in person. Horrible management. I see why this location gets so many complaints. Worst service in any type of establishment that I have ever personally experienced. Will never set foot in this place again for any reason.

The pharmacy here does not know what they are doing half the time. They short change you with your meds and are super rude, especially this pharmacist named Daniel. Just a warning, dont go to Daniel if you do go to the pharmacy.

I like the Pharmacist and the workers, but the department itself is short handed. I am new to CVS because of my insurance and I am mostly disappointed in the sales staff and pricing.I called to ask a question about money orders and the person I got said our machine is down I asked how much are money orders and she said I dont know we hardly ever do them sorry and hung up.Customer service is not there strongest point. The prices are a bit high so instead of one stop shopping here I go to Walgreens to buy Valentines stuff and ice tea. Sounds a bit petty but with my busy schedule I like one stop where I can do everything.Please CVS work on this store and get pharmacy some help they need it your busy back there. Also instead of the manager on duty standing around talking about nonsense maybe he could go back and help ring up people in the pharmacy or work the DT to help out.

I too had interactions with this Daniel in pharmacy and is in fact very rude. I do not recommend you go to this pharmacy because everyone there seems to have a stick up their a** and Dont try to help at all when you are having issues with something like insurance, for example.

My daughter goes to school at Oklahoma State and has been in this CVS twice to pick up a prescription and the girls are so rude! She has left crying twice. They are of no help and completely disheartening.

Horrible experience. The pharmacist and techs were so rude and had attitude for no reason.

Horrible.....just horrible! No sense of service to their customers, takes a long time to get prescriptions filled, left ER with a very sick child in need of his meds and waited over an hour for them wiyh my child suffering. If you voice your dissatisfaction it gets even worse. I used to spend an additional $100 a month or more there while picking up our rxs. But not anymore because we dont use them any longer.

I also am having a tough time getting my prescription filled here. They lied about when it would be ready. also, they were very rude when I confronted them about the lie.

I brought in a prescription for 90 days of medicine. When they couldnt figure out how to fill it properly, they filled it for 30 days instead (without contacting me). It meant I had to make an additional trip to the doctors office to get a new prescription the next day.
