Why dont they make pizza on Wednesday evening anymore they said they are out or ovens were broke been like that over a month or more

15 minutes ago, I came in to purchase a few items and decided to grab a few alcoholic beverages for the night. My girlfriend and I just wanted to have a goodnight. I walk up to the counter where a gentleman with long hair was standing there being very unwelcoming. When asked for my ID I realized I didn’t have my drivers license with me. However I did have my military ID with me. My Military ID has my birthdate on the back and is a legal form of ID, however because it was not a drivers license he refused to sell me what I was there to purchase. He was very rude about it and told me to get out and said that I can do service elsewhere so I obliged and left the store very unsatisfied.

We got home late, 1:50 am. We stopped by Kum & Go that is less than 2 minutes from our house to get some beer. We were at the counter by 1:58 am, the sales associate verbally clarified that it was 1:58 am. He then proceeded to tell us that we could not buy alcohol because it was too close to 2 am. We could have easily drove to another gas station but went for Kum & Go limited our window of opportunity so we could not. Both me and the person that was trying to purchase the alcohol used to work for you guys and know that this is completely ridiculous.I expect better of Kum & Go as my favorite gas station,Jack Smith

Was part of the water in the gas situation on 7-12-2020. Had to have my car towed to the Ford Dealership. The Company went above and beyond and reimbursed my entire Bill including my tune-up. $795.00. I dont blame the store for their underground tank situation, it could happen to anyplace that sells fuel.

Great people and clean store!! The workers here are very good, and do a great job keeping the trash removed and cleaning the window cleaning solution containers. Also if you are a regular they will comp and drink or a slushy every now and again, which literally makes my day when they do. My only negative, is the fact that the fountain machine is over carbonated (though to be fair all Kum and Go locations I have been to do the same thing) which makes me unlikely to purchase soft drinks. Though the icees are usually great!! and what I normally get.

Seriously though I know how it feels to work in a convenience store, I did it for 2 years of my life, I know the frustration of working this sort of job day to day. But the people this particular Kum&go employ are top notch, the best of the best. Literally the friendliest staff as well as keeping a very clean and organized store. My only complaint is that they dont offer E-85 If they did I would be a regular for sure! The working conditions at Kum&Go must be great because the staff are very well trained and very friendly and helpful.

The over night staff are very rude one cashier you have in your store thinks hes humorous when a customer asks for a certain item and he will say eh thats kinda far away and walk super slow to get the product and if you ask for anything he will continually make jokes about the item being to far or kinda hard to reach very unprofessional and cashiers have no personality or sense of customer service

Awesome employees. And good pizza and food .very friendly staff .our daughter loves the for reals there .just need more sales and specials there .but awesome manager. And he will help you and staff is awesome too .we like this store one of our family favorite for a gas station / convenience store

I am severely disappointed with the two staff members who were working the cash register on 07/08/2016 at 6:28 pm. Although I usually get off the phone to check out, at this point my phone was nearly out of batteries and I was discussing my grandmother who had just gone in the hospital back home (4.5 hours away for me) with my boyfriend to give him an update on how he can help out the family.The young BOY working behind the counter as I checked out thought it would be FUNNY to yell HI! HELLLLOOO!! HOW ARE YOU???? while bending down a bit to look under my hat right into my eye. So I told my boyfriend to hang on a second. I set my phone down on the counter, he looked at the name on the phone and started yelling HI SHAWN, my boyfriends name, HOW ARE YOU?! IM OK JUST UP HERE WORKING LISTENING TO LED ZEPPELIN While this is going on I am clearly getting upset by it and he just chuckles as the DITZY GIRL clerk behind him just stupidly twirls her hair and giggles like a complete airhead. The boys eyes were dilated. He was clearly on drugs.THIS BOY SHOULD BE FIRED.

Im sure this is a great place and all, but why arent people talking about how disturbing the name Kum & Go is?!?

This is one of the best gas stations/convenient store.

This evening I made a call to this particular location.The Reason I called was to ask if someone would be so kind to mail me a few frontier city coupons. My husband and I live in Amarillo and were looking to save some sort of money on the gate admission; However i was expecting the worst, but when I called and spilled the beans this warm heartfelt gentleman answered listen to me and quickly responded yes he will. Keep in mind this nicely man was taking out of his own income and time to mail me these coupons. All I could think of was God this is a loving individual. He took my information before the other worker told him they had sold them all. He mentioned there were other location in Tulsa, so I called a few before I just quit calling because from there the customer service went straight down the hill. I was expecting a No but when I called the second store and asked if they could and he said no, anyways i mentioned to him how this other kind gentleman at another location was willing to do it but they ran out. Anyways he said why dont you see if he can drive over here and pick you up some tickets and mail them to you. I wasnt upset because i expected a no but he didnt have to say that. Anyways unfortunately we are going to go without the tickets next Thursday, but I would like to say to the kind person at Stillwater location. Thank you sooooooo much Glen you have a heart of Gold. I give this location 5 plus stars.
