Visited the show room at the direction of my fabricator to confirm our slab selection. The showroom was clean and presented the materials well. The staff was super helpful providing just the right amount of support. They allowed me the space to walk around and explore options available. When in need of assistance a sales rep was easy to find. Interacted with multiple staff members and all were very friendly and eager to assist.

The MSI team was very professional and helpful. The inhouse inventory was very impressive. The actual counter top we were looking for was not easily accessible, so the MSI team literally brought in a sky crane, picked up the slab we were looking for and put it in a location in the warehouse where we could get a good look at it.

MSI is The place to go for your stone needs, whether in the kitchen as backsplash or countertop, or any other slab you need. Patricia Bermudez is super responsive and friendly, guiding us through the selection and coordination with our installer. The showroom is gorgeous and the A-frame area where you wear a hard hat is amazing with slabs upon slabs to peruse. We love MSI and appreciate Patricia who helped us! Thank you! Clients that we are from the place, I think they should be more observant, to hiring people like her. Because I want to see the granite and Quartz for me and customers but really MSI sterling need to show you people how experience to customers service they hava . Im sorry but im not recommended this place for this people granite, Quartz people work.Not profesional.next time I was take video and bring to here to trust me if no body trust me.

A good selection of materials and samples and the woman who was assisting me was very nice and patient with me as I waffled between items trying to decide what I like most. Great customer service. We husband and I visited MSI Washington Metro and had a great experience. Everything was laid out nicely. Showroom was great with many options to choose from based on the budget of my project. There were people to provide assistance with any question I needed. There was a slab I wanted to see and they kindly pulled it from inventory. With so many options, it could have become overwhelming but it didnt. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for countertops, backsplashes, flooring,or other stone needs.

We recently visited MSI Baltimore to select a piece of granite for our new kitchen. From the moment we walked in the door, everybody was so customer service focused and friendly that even if there had been a limited supply to choose from, I still would’ve been satisfied with the visit. However, I was blown away by quantity and selection of quartz and granite in the warehouse and I am now considering other applications so we can have more granite in our home! In addition, the COVID-19 protocols they put in place to assure everyone’s safety made us completely comfortable shopping there.

Today we visited the MSI Warehouse in Sterling, Virginia. We were amazed at the variety of countertop choices that were available for review, and everything was laid out in a very logical and helpful manner. There is a display room with quartz countertop choices and a list showing price groupings. Once possible options are identified, it is then possible to view actual slabs of the product. We especially want to recognize the assistance provided by Maura, the delightful individual who was so helpful to us. She did not hover in the background (which I sometimes have found annoying elsewhere), but was right there when we needed questions answered and sage advice. When we have a follow-up visit later this week, we will be asking for her help again!

Great place to select natural stone and quartz products with the opportunity to get samples to check against cabinets, etc. Selection of tiles seems more limited, with no samples available. Organization of quartz selection is a mystery (not alphabetical, nor numeric).

Very clean, a lot of selection, and staff were helpful. The Covid survey was straightforward and only took a minute. They required distancing and masks, which is worth the effort.

The lady I dealt with was rude and did not have enough information. They did not have any samples for me to take so I wasted 35 minutes driving there and driving back. I had to do this whole sign-in process that was ridiculous just a walk into the showroom complete waste of time. I prefer to go to many other places.

Easy process for us. Just needed to login when we first arrived, pick your marble and wait a little while as they reserved our 2 slabs and finished the paperwork so our contractor could come to pick them up.

We had a miscommunication with our contractor, and we ended up at MSI only 10 minutes before closing. Not only did they allow us to back to the showroom, but they took us out to find the exact slabs we wanted. They never once made us feel rushed, even though we felt awful for keeping them open late. Our granite is now installed, and its phenomenal. Great service and selection!

Very organized, very clean, nice bathrooms; even have coffee, tea & hot cocoa [which my girls LOVED & youre allowed to walk around the showroom with!] Jodi was awesome to work with & bent over backwards to find different lots of the same granite. Four steps above your average granite distributor. Easy location & Saturday hours as well.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the entire operation is great. The facility is clean, bright and safe. We have been to several granite / marble stores / warehouses and MSI is the most advanced with the best system.

After going to several other stone or tile centers and being completely ignored or treated rudely by the men who work there, the man named Mariyan (he’s Bulgarian ) was extremely helpful! He found answers to my questions and searched online for information. He ordered samples for me as well. It was worth the hour and a half drive to get to MSI in Fairfax. We are purchasing our stone tile through him also. He is an excellent employee!

This store has the most variety of QUARTZ on display in big sizes of about 6 feet x 2 feet in their showroom.If youre looking to buy quartz you need to go to this store. The sales representatives are also very nice.

Great experience. MSI has a huge selection of stone for your counters and flooring needs. The service was great, but I just wish we could get pricing without going through our contractor. It cant be that hard to put the price per sq foot by the stone slabs so I dont have to bother checking on a stone that is way over my budget.

I have been working with MSI Dulles for many years.I always receive excellent service from Mariyan and Jodi.

I had a slight off hand experience which was rectified by the store manager after she saw my original review. Since then, we’ve used MSI products on our new patio and really like them. MSI only sells to distributors so you have to buy thru one of the many folks who have accounts. I used AAAPlusFloors to get what I needed and picked it up in Dulles. It worked out well. The staff, especially the inventory manager and Vaishali one of the other managers are excellent.

Jodie was friendly, very knowledgeable, went above & beyond to help us select our countertop granite. Shes a great representative of MSI.
