Sky Marble & Granite have a beautiful selection of granite, marble, and quartzite slabs. I have been to many stores and this one is top notch all around. The customer service and salesmanship is very comforting. Our particular salesperson (Dakota Humphries ) was the best of the best. Easy to talk to, very helpful in decision choices, courteous and professional. The installation team were magnificent, clean, flawless, respectful of property and super strong to lift the large slab to the second floor kitchen. Highly recommend this company for any kitchen project and I am especially looking forward to working with them again on my next bathroom renovation. Thank greatly TWO THUMBS UP and 5 GOLD Stars

Overall, my experience with Sky Marble and Granite was pretty bad. Moral of the story: if you are doing a project without a general contractor (or without a good one who knows counter installation), know how much of the responsibility will fall on you to ensure counters are installed properly if you go with Sky Granite & Marble.All the below feedback has been sent to Sky Granite & Marble.Positives:Responsive and efficient communication with staff, quick timeline for scheduling installation, helpful referrals to other contractors to work with, how quickly we were able to get someone out for an estimate, receiving what we felt was a fair estimate, and counter selections and options. Heather, for example, was helpful throughout our experience, including the day of installation with all the issues we were having, counters look nice.Errors:We received incorrect edging for the counter – we received pencil when we signed a contract for ogee. I recognize we were refunded for that, but it was still an alarming issue to deal with the day of install.Numerous scratches on the sides of our counters. Sky Marble & Granite since sent someone out to buff out the scratches, and the gentleman they sent was wonderful.We have a U-shaped kitchen and one side of the counters juts out more than the other by about 0.25 of an inch. This could be an issue with our cabinets, but it was never accounted for.Installers initially did not cut holes for the faucet properly. This was only noticed because our plumber was on site and able to show them the faucet would not have been able to fit in the hole. At first the installers said it would be fine and the faucet would fit, and it took our plumber actually trying to install the faucet to show them it would not. Then they fixed the size of the hole. This would have been a headache had our plumber not been on site.We asked to have anchors attached to the bottom of the counters so our dishwasher could be properly mounted. We were told by the installers that would be done, we double and triple checked it would be, and then it took coordinating with the office at Sky Marble & Granite during install in order to make it happen. Given these are brand new counters, we did not feel comfortable drilling holes ourselves. Additional frame of reference is that we were having wood floors installed and we wanted to ensure the dishwasher is secure so it does not fall over and get water on the new floors.Installers dinged and got paint thinner on our cabinets.We were told we werent charged a return fee to install the aforementioned anchors because the installers dinged and got paint thinner our cabinets. While we were happy we were not charged a return fee, given the numerous issues we already had that day, we believe this gesture came across as insensitive. Not charging a return fee was stated like it was a big favor to us, but at the end of the day, the job wasnt done and we already had many issues as it is.We asked in advance while selecting countertops if our cabinets needed to be reinforced to support the new weight, based on the measurements we received. We were told when selecting the counters that reinforcing our cabinets would have been noted if so. I also brought this up during installation and was told our cabinets would be fine. Sure enough, a cabinet started caving in and needed to be reinforced. We only noticed because our plumber noticed the sink started dropping.This issue was fixed, but it could have been avoided in the first place and it took a lot of consternation while communicating the urgency with Sky Marble & Granite. At the end of the day, it came across like everyone just wanted to be done with the job instead of the job being done correctly. Ultimately, the responsibility fell to us to get the issue fixed. Because the sink started dropping, someone then needed to come back in and secure it once more to the counters.There were dings on the counters that we had to catch in order to get them filled. That effort was not proactively made by the installers

We are thrilled with our new counter tops! Everything from the initial meeting at the shop to choose the material, to installation was a wonderful experience. We were also surprised at the cost. Sky Marble came in under our budget. Of all of the contractors we worked with to complete different aspects of our kitchen project, Sky Mable was the easiest to work with. Our kitchen went from 1987 to 2021. We would highly recommend them! We look forward to many years in our new kitchen.

I was redoing my bathroom and needed a new countertop. After doing some online research, I decided to use quartz and visited Sky Marble & Granite for help. I was greeted by a friendly rep and explained that eventhough I wanted something attractive and durable, I had a limited budget. With this in mind, she immediately suggested that I review remnants in the warehouse to save money. They had such a large selection to choose from that I felt coinfident I would find the right piece. It took me a couple of walk throughs to make a selection but I felt I was getting a good value and wasnt getting scalped. I am long time member of the Loudoun Chamber and felt comfortable dealing with another chamber member. They sent a technician out to take all the measurements to make sure that if anything went wrong, it would be on them. They assumed full responsibility for the project. After about a week, another crew came out for the installation and they were done in about 30 minutes. As a weekend DIYer, the new quartz countertop really transformed my dated bathroom and Im very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Sky Granite and Marble for your next bathroom or kitchen project. They were prompt, professional and sensitive to my needs.

Terrific ExperienceWe just completed a countertop replacement with Sky-Marble, and it was a terrific experience.The sales and design team took a lot of time to get the details and measurements right, visiting my home twice. We installed a large quartz L-shaped island and side counters, and added a section to the existing counter in the pantry. The quality of the quartz, edge-surface finishing and seams, and the skill of the entire team, especially the installers, was impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the results.5 stars for Sky-Marble!

Unfortunately we did not have the same great customer service that others reported. We ordered several pieces for our kitchen and the long countertop for the breakfast bar showed up with a large variation in it in a prominent place. We do understand that its natural stone and would be prone to variations but this looked nothing like any other piece which had no other variation even remotely like it, so it stood out like a big flaw in the pattern at 6 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide. I dont understand why the production and quality control team would allow this piece to leave their warehouse but its obvious they didnt do any QC before sending it for installation. When we contacted the company immediately, they said too bad we were stuck with it or we could pay an additional $800 for them to cut another slab. Bottom line, they refused to make it right. So now we have a prominent, large variation that looks like a big stain or damage in the countertop that we will see every day and that diminishes the look and value of the kitchen. Were it in a corner and smaller, we could accept it, but this is large and in the middle where it cant be missed. VERY Disappointed in how they handled this situation and cannot recommend this business based on our experience.

Heather Lamboy was so patient with our slow-moving project, continuing to check in and roll with any changes. She helped me work out an issue with cabinet depth with a creative solution that helped us keep a waterfall edge. And then the workmanship was quick and excellent when the time came to install.

My experience with Sky Marble was fantastic. Everyone from Heather in sales to the fabrication and installation teams has been great. The bathroom countertops look perfect, the install was extremely fast and the experience excellent.

I have been wanting to update our kitchen, and I recently went into Sky Marble and Granite to look at options for our countertops. While I didnt have an appointment, Heather Lamboy was just finishing with a client. I told her what I wanted to accomplish, and she took hours walking me through the showroom and helping me match countertop options that would go with my existing cabinets.After finally deciding on what I wanted, she said she would have an estimate sent to my email by the next business day. By 9:00am that morning, I received the estimate and was very pleased with what she had presented.It is just worth the trip to go and visit their showroom. They have a large selection, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they turn what to me is a difficult task into a pleasant and manageable experience.I cannot recommend them highly enough...they are terrific!

Absolutely love the finished product of my counter tops! I live in a condo and wanted to update the countertops in the kitchen to have a more efficient space. Our experience could not have been better. We renovated our kitchen. Sky Marble was recommended by our contractor and several neighbors. They had a huge selection of granite to choose from and were very helpful in helping us make the right decision. The owner personally came to our house to measure. The install went just as they said it would. Everything was on time and just as planned. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

I found this place on google, after having a bad experience with another company. I can not say enough good things about this company. I had no idea what I was doing other than I knew wanted to extend my island. Robin and the entire staff worked with me on all of my questions and concerns. My new island is absolutely beautiful.

Although I am not a fan of leaving reviews, and try to leave more positive than negative, I have left with no choice but to Attempt to warn others that this company’s motto seems to be quantity over quality. I attempted to resolve the issue of the installation of my quartz countertops with many within the company, which led to my interactions with the owner. The gentleman who owns the company made an appointment with me and several others who assisted with the installation. The gentleman who owns the company proceeded to demean me and speak to me In condescending ways that honestly blew myself and my family away. I attempted several times to correct the way in which he was speaking to me and he proceeded to mock me even further. After receiving professional opinions within the industry who told me that the countertops were installed improperly, he was dismissive and rude, raising his voice repeatedly to the point I had to tell him how inappropriate he was behaving in front of my children and my grandfather. He then proceeded to be out right rude to my grandfather. I would stay away from this company in general not only for the quality of work but how they treat their customers as this was not my first negative experience with them.I honestly have never been spoken to so disgustingly by the owner of the company and I was actually embarrassed for him as well. He simply refused to admit that they cut the Quartz too short to be placed as my countertops and instead of redoing it they tried to fill the seam with so much epoxy that it looked ridiculous.With several other professionals in the industry pinpointing the problem and me trying to explain this to him, he down right refused to admit it and fix it and on top of that had to throw a little tantrum in front of everybody. Honestly the most unprofessional owner of a company that I’ve ever had to deal with. It seems like his ego just got the best of him.Update as of 2/4/2020. Now they have responded to my review since it was made public however I have been attempting to resolve the issue since October 1, 2019. Is it the review is embarrassing enough or is it just a generic response given, because if I call AGAIN, nothing will be done. Can you make a public promise my counters will be fixed????

Sky Marble and Granite was so easy to work with and had such a great selection/price for granite countertops. We had our layout ready before going in, they sent someone to measure and we had our product within 1.5 - 2 weeks. It was amazing and so easy to schedule, etc.

They worked with us to get our order done for a good price, just how we wanted the work done. Service was nice, polite, and positive, which makes doing business so much easier. Will work with them again in our next home and definitely recommend to others.

Eylem was SO friendly, helpful, courteous and patient with our selection process! Answered every question specifically for our kitchen and explained everything. I checked around 3 or 4 other granite showrooms and NO ONE came close to the personable service and helpful attitude of Eylem at Sky. Dont go anywhere else!!

Excellent selection and great service

Nightmware with vendor. He is unprofessional and bullying customer when he didnt agree what item we select for edge. We have an option to chose and he even wrote down what we select and he constantly deny it for what we select. At first, he seemed like a decent guy but he will threathen customer yells in a nasty way. I would not deal with Vendor Hakan You will regret later. He is a nightmare to deal with. We really mean it.

Sharon Inetas is one of the best professionals Ive ever worked with in my real estate career spanning almost 20 years. She was thorough from start to finish and my client couldnt be happier. At install we had issues with the management of the condo and she stepped up to resolve it immediately. The granite looks amazing! Thanks and kudos to Sharon!
