The staff at this office is amazing, everyone is so friendly. The staff is well trained in their jobs to make my experience go smoothly. I never felt rushed, they took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Dr Shahs is amazing!!!

I called seeking information about what type of doctor I needed for a popped blood vessel in my eye. I spoke with Jessica and she was so helpful and nice. She is just the type of person every company needs answering their phones and the first voice potentially new customers need to hear.

I came here to purchase glasses for myself and my son. I am fairly easy, however, due to a sensory disorder, my son can be a bit more difficult. We were never rushed or felt to be an inconvenience for taking a longer time. The General Manager, Nikki, and the Optician, Spencer, made the entire process painless. They were able to help him find a pair of glasses that he both loved and felt comfortable in. We will continue to use this location for future exams and glasses purchases.

The person who made my appointment was friendly and kind. The person who did the diagnostics was delightful. Dr Shah literally scolded me for the length of time since my last visit, which was bizarre given COVID. Helpful staff, rude doctor.

I have seen Dr Shah 4 times for the same problem since last September. I had inflammation in my left eye that would not resolve. Each time I saw her, she gave me a different explanation of what it was. She prescribed an antibiotic/steroid drop that never completely resolved the inflammation. Last time I went, she said that I have pink eye/a viral infection and said to keep doing the drops (that didn’t work.)Even though it presented exactly the same as months before.... that diagnosis did not seem right. I had no typical symptoms of pink eye. .I finally went somewhere else for a second opinion. I was diagnosed during the first visit with episcleritis, given a proper prescription, and this issue has resolved completely for the first time in 6 months.I don’t recommend this office for anything other than a simple contact/glasses exam. My (not so) complex issue could not get resolved here.

I came here after not having an eye exam for over 20 years knowing I desperately needed new glasses. I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment as well as the exam itself. I was able to order my new glasses as well as sunglasses and had them very short order. If you are looking for vision care in Staunton / Augusta County I highly recommend these folks!

I take my grandkids there, since their mom passed away. Even though there’s a new doctor, they are still great. Last year one of my grandsons didn’t get his sunglasses, we’ll see how it goes when they go back!

Had my first eye appointment last week and was treated so well, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they helped me pick out my frames and lenses quickly and efficiently. Dr. Shah was friendly and patient. Really enjoyed my visit, cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

I am on vacation in staunton. My fathers glasses were hurting his nose. We noticed his nose pads were missing. We stopped by the office and they put new nose pads on for free in less than 5 minutes at no charge. Thanks for your Kindness..

From start to finish, I had a great experience. Receptionists were kind and helpful, Dr. Shah was extremely intelligent and listened to my concerns, and the optician was helpful and explained things clearly.

They tried to add extras onto my bill without authorization and then got offended when I called them on it. Very rude and insulted my wife. Never again! Office manager even tried to start with me when I picked my glasses up! Wow

Wow. Changing prices, sarcasm, rude, will definitely not return. Doctor was very good but treated poorly after.

I was greeted by a very rude lady who cut me off before I could even tell her why I was there. It wasn’t the receptionist it was another lady that was talking with a customer. I will never go back there.
