Set up an appointment to fix my car. Was very easy and they gave me a ride home. Price was reasonable and my car should be repaired in 3 to 5 days. They mentioned that if there was any hidden damage, they would call me and tell me what it is and how much the cost for adding on. Very good customer service.

My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions after I had a collision. The day I went to drop off my car the repair shop was easy to locate and clean so that was plus. The receptionist and my service advisor Luis were super friendly and polite. They got me in and out in a timely manner and the same goes for the day that I picked up my car. I took my 2004 Ford Expedition to Crash Champions in Stanton, Ca to have repairs done to my rear bumper, trailer hitch and wiring through Geico insurance because I was rear ended on the freeway.I had a great experience at Crash Champions. I was first greeted by Yoana Islas at their lobby desk. She answered some initial questions I had, and checked me into their system.I was then met by Jesus Gutierrez who was my service advisor and we conducted a walkaround of my vehicle. He noted all the damage the accident had caused to my vehicle and assured me he and his crew would repair my vehicle and get it back to me in a timely manner.Jonathan Luna contacted me over the phone and advised me they were having a problem finding a rear bumper for my Expedition because it was an older model and the bumper was no longer being manufactured and was obsolete. He told me he would keep on trying to look for one, and extend his search to other OEM  Ford dealerships with a parts departments outside of California. A day later,  Jonathan called me and told me he had found a brand new bumper out of state and was being shipped to his location.Upon picking up my vehicle, Yoana printed out the final paperwork and handed them, and my Expedition keys back to me.And to top it off, Juan Nunez Manny Cleaned up my vehicle so well that it shined inside and out.I just want to thank the team at the Stanton Crash Champions for their top notch exemplary service, and getting my vehicle repaired!! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have insurance work completed! Working with them through Geico was a breeze!!

Recently I had to take my 2016 in for minor body damage to my 2016 Nissan Altima. From day one the service was personable, kind, and present. The repairs were concluded within the 14 day span they estimated, and they were able to assist me in making sure it was covered by the comprehensive portion of my insurance, all I had to pay was my deductible. I would recommend this repair shop to any and all.

Stole all m tie downs. Broke the right bed top molding. Paint is poor quality and already flaked off clear coat a month later.

Dropped off my car for a bumper replacement picked it up needed a new battery which I understand maybe it was sitting too long. What I dont understand is why my tire pressure light came on after and both my headlight bulbs were fried. I work in the automotive industry and this is unacceptable vehicles should be checked prior to delivery to customer. They also threatened to charge me a storage fee since I was at work most of the week and they finished the vehicle sooner than original estimated date.

The process was super simple and easy. Went through Geico my insurance but Pacific Elite had great service and kept me updated through out the process through text messages and phone calls. They fixed my car very fast (took less than a week) and even washed my car.

I thought the service here was really good until I showed up today to pick up my car and they conveniently forgot to tell me that there was a last minute change and it was going to be an additional $60 charge! Absolutely unacceptable.

I must say they did wonderful work. They matched my paint color exactly. They were very nice and friendly. It was a very positive experience made positive by this place. My car was side swiped so my time started off on a negative note they turned it around.

So far I have had a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. I pick up my car tomorrow so well see how it goes.

I was in a 2 car fender bender yesterday, not my fault, and my insurance company, 21st Century insurance, sent me here for the damage appraisal. I was happy:1) My appointment started RIGHT ON TIME, exact like military time, they were SUPER prompt with the appraisal, very friendly, very nice and professional. It was an excellent experience. For my first impression, id say this guy Justin Pederson is an asset to the company.2) The place is very nice and clean considering the traffic (with free coffee).3) The girl at the front is pretty.4) There are some really nice cars here too, its not a janky place.THUMBS UP

I went in to get an estimate on painting my car. The guy at the counter didnt take me seriously at all. Tried to scare me away with prices 5-6k for paint and didnt want do the estimate. Then had me wait 25mins for the estimate and then told me they wouldnt do custom work. They only match the VIN paint which it thought was really odd. They might actually paint well, but dont go on Saturday mornings, especially if you are a woman.

Some people may have a negative experience, but my daughter and I are very pleased with the reception, and service provided for us.

I walked in to get an estimate on my 95 jeep wrangler and the guy walked up to the front door asked me to point out my vehicle as we still stood inside the office and said our work starts at 5k and who knows how much its going to be once we disassemble and assemble your jeep together again????? Maaco isnt any better yet I had a better customer experience.

*****BEWARE - DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!I was referred here from Geico, my insurance carrier and was told by the Geico rep they were the best ever.After arriving and not having the Enterprise agent on location like I was promised by Enterprise almost 2 weeks earlier. I was kind of shocked and said figures they wouldnt be here on time. The office manager, Liz fired back that they would be here soon and will arrive before I finish the paperwork. Her body language and demeanor were that of entitlement like I had to be there because of the Geico connection. I blew it off and went out with Jesse the representative and Dantae the Geico adjuster.Both Dantae and Jesse were very professional and we wrapped up what we had to wrap up. At this time the Enterprise rental lady arrived. Enterprise had scheduled the appt 2 weeks prior and asked me what kind of car I drove so they could put me in similar vehicle. I drive a Honda Accord EX V6 W/Leather.I asked the Enterprise representative what kind of car they had brought for us. She replied Jeep Compass. That is nowhere near similar to our vehicle. It is a SUV and not what we wanted at all. I asked her why your company calls me a week and a half for appt and asks me all these questions if they werent going to follow through on what they say. I also mentioned she was late as well. Liz, the office manager screams from behind the desk, they were here 10 mins ago. Whether that was true her interrupting my conversation with another individual was rude, UN-professional. I asked her if I was at anytime directing any conversation to her and please stay out of my conversation. She continued to argue with me that the rep was on-time.I asked her again to please refrain from entering a conversation she was not a party to and I asked to speak to her manager. She told me she was the office manger and the General manager was busy in a very condescending demeanor. I told her I was going to leave a review about the customer service or lack of and she nodded her head like she didnt care. I asked for her car and she said she didnt have one. I asked her name and she said, she didnt have to give it to me.To be treated like that as a customer doing business from a trusted referral from our insurance company. Wasnt going to happen to me. She is the first person customers engage with and a direct reflection of the company and the type of service they deliver.My honest assessment is go somewhere else and do not let them control you with saying if you dont go to a Geico shop there is no warranty. There is a warranty at every reputable state licensed shop.BEWARE - DONT BE TREATED AS YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS SHOP. Your business should be appreciated and valued. Not obligated!

BAD customer service. They dont give any discounts or price breaks. Way too expensive. The staff seemed unfriendly an unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. Had to ask for manager and even he was rude. DO NOT go here! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had a choice!
