Yall let a customer use my card without my person stole it from my purse withiut me noticing. That is theft and fraud obviously should ask for an ID with credit or debit cards to make sure the names match. I have never been to this store before and they spent $140.

Purchased a car on a Saturday. Had a problem with that strut or tire. Took it back on Tuesday to get repaired no problem. We take care of our customers..lies. Picked up car on sameday at it had been WRECKED! No one new what happened. Dont worry about it . Ill get it fixed, detailed and fill it up. lies of life. The car they put me in was a 1990 Chevy Blazer, dirty, stinky and had an ignition that I had to just wiggle to start. Well car appears to fixed but all the extra offered for inconvenience never happened. Gordon doesnt tell the truth and isnt a man of his word. So sad, my companys director will be be car shopping in July but I suggested her like Im suggesting to you. Pass this dealer up and go where your money and time are valued. Peace

I came up here looking to buy a car and Anthony lost my certified legal document during the application and sexually harassed me when going on a test drive, I definitely will not be going through with my application. He took off without saying anything to basically go drop off another person who bought a car from the dealership and then was forced to give it back to the dealership and was stuck up there without a ride home and three children and her husband so he just left without ever saying anything after knowing my paperwork was missing. I was stuck up here until he came back to find it. He got back to the dealership a little after 8 and he basically told me I could sleep there that he was going home. I wouldnt trust Anthony with any paperwork I wouldnt buy from this dealership. Be careful because Anthony does work in the office and even if he put his hands on your paperwork even if you had a different salesman your paperwork can still come up missing I spoke to a woman earlier on the phone whose higher up and she said she would try and take care of it for me. Im just wasting my life and my time and my money, 26 something for an Uber just to get there from my house and this is after being referred here by someone else that I trusted. I will be letting the person who referred me know about what happened and proceed to go wherever else I must. I will also do whatever I can to ensure that he does not do the same thing to someone else. I just got home and its about 9 p.m. and Im hungry and tired and frustrated thats how this dealership left me. However I was very lucky another salesman did give me a ride home and everyone else is surprised by this Behavior maybe Im just the first one to report it who knows. I came here looking for a Honda Civic that was at a specific price range and nothing that he had had anything close to what I wanted. Check online before you go in dont just go in there listening to what they say they have and then end up like me. Theyre salesmen their job is to talk you into getting their and then selling you something once youre there whether it be what you want or dont want

If it was possible to put negative stars, I would. My sister got a car from this family business and her family is the one that got screwed. They sold her a car that was flood damaged after having the nerve to ask for more money down. Then after all this to have Forrest Gump aka (Ken) call me and ask if I was in the market for a car. Yes I am just not from you. I was at work so he got a very kind version of what I really wanted to say. I see with all the negative reviews, this family business comes back and accuse the reviewer of questionable behavior. Well, I have none and neither does my sister. This company is a fraud and will be reported to the better business bureau for unethical behavior and agreeing to falsify documents and government documents to a bank! These people are a bunch of scammers and they will bait you in and take your money and tell you that the bank backed out of the deal, The Lady Tracy that works there was in the process of refusing my girlfriend her security deposit back until she provided receipts. The couple that owns the place were very out going and used the phrase We just want to help our black people and the next day when we came in they demanded the key to the car back and acted like they wanted nothing to do with my girlfriend. When we asked to get the things out the glove box she basically threw the documents at us and refused to give us a ride to our other car and we had to stand at the end of the lot in the freezing cold and catch a cab! Very horrible service! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This place is horrible. How you sell a flooded with dealer warranty and fake car fax? My cousin bought a car from them about a month ago took it to the Kia dealership because it was shutting off when she was driving and come to find out they did engine work on the car and the engine is hyrdolock because it was a flooded car because they opened up the engine they voided warranty and they used silicon on the oil pan.
