Im not from here, I actually live in Florida but drive for a trucking company thats based here. I needed a nice outfit cuz Im taking a plane home and the Dillards had a real nice selection of mens clothes. The food court was pretty full and it could have used a little more staff to catch up on the cleaning but other than that its a really nice mall I enjoyed myself.
It has a decent variety of stores. It wasnt very crowded this evening which was nice, and it was easy to find what we were looking for. I would only change the restroom situation as there isnt a big bathroom and I feel like there is only one public restroom location as Ive only ever found one. Its a good place to stop and walk if you like to mall walk. Also, the only other thing I find odd is that there are a couple of stores that are split up, for example Dillards women section is one store front and the rest of Dillards sections are at the other end of the mall in a different store front.
I used to love this mall! My mistake was going on the weekend before school started. Dillards, although different, still has new merchandise. The other dept. stores seem bleak. Lots of boutique stores and some of them cheapen the look. The mall itself was very dirty throughout the main areas. Some stores have occupancy limits, some didnt...a tad confusing. If you want a pleasant shopping experience go during the week when there is less traffic-hopefully it looks nicer. I did go back but it was still very dirty and I heard another guest saying the same thing.
Mall needs more action with Sears gone. Hobby Lobby moving there needs to be a Theater there to help
It had a lot of great opportunities to share with friends and family to have fun.
Clean, restrooms are clean too. Food Court nice, tables clean and neat. Too bad there are a lot of empty spaces.

This is a great place to go filled with wonders. I havent the faintest of clue as to why there are so many stores in this establishment. The food is quite preposterous except for a Japanese place that I love to go to. There was a fountain filled with tossed away coins, how rude! My grandfather told me to never waste money, so I did the most rational thing I could, and prevented deflation of the U.S. economy by taking all of the coins and finding their respective owners (Im jesting, I did not return them). Other than the fiendish attempt at obvious communism this is a whole-heartedly amazing enterprise.
This is the only mall in Springfield so we don’t have many options but it’s super nice with a large selection of stores. We always find what we need when we go there. The mall is clean. The parking is ample. Easy in, easy out. Happy with this mall.
Very good mall with a wide variety of stores. Very few empty locations as tenants fill them. The food court is excellent.
Love this place! Theres so many different department stores here and some of them have really great prices on name brand items. I do recommend visiting this mall for anything specific youre looking for. Theres a shop for just about everything!
Not many Malls left to visit. Seems as if on-line shopping has become extremely popular. But its mall has so much to offer its shoppers. Very big with many stores. Give it a try if you are around. Great to see what you will purchase before you actually buy it.
I try to take my girls there at least once a month. We love Spencers, Hot Topic and Earthbound. Food court has a nice selection as well.

A very nice mall, very busy. Lots of stores, something really for everyone here. This mall is clean and lots of cameras and security people, and traffic flows well inside and outside. A few blind spots in parking lot that should be one way really, just drive very slow, if you cant see, they cant either! Have fun here, smile at others, and just enjoy the mall again!!
Always enjoy walking around. Great environment. Delicious food court. Can never go wrong here.

A decent mall with good stores, but it seems every time I go, theres a new store in place of one I went to previously.
I gave this a 3 star because I really didnt get to go into any of the shops because they close at 8pm and I got to the mall at 7:55pm. We moved here a couple months ago from Phoenix and havent gotten used to everything closing early and being closed on Sunday. It looks clean and well kept and they had a security guard patrolling it which was very nice.
Great Mall fun place to stretch your legs lots of stores to look at great place for kids and teenagers lots to keep them busy
Oriental Max in the food court is the best Chinese food ever and only found in the mall.The convenience of all the stores in the mall is awesome and love to walk around.Love the mall!
Really sad that for the amount of decent store their rules and regulations that started years ago have made it a less inviting scene. Pushy businesses that hang in the middle try too hard to pull you in to buy and you cant avoid them theyre in the center of where you walk. Lots have closed down.
Had a very nice time....were back, the American way.....kinda, but I am thankful for our liberty! Shopping was a little hectic, but very understandable, considering we are survivors of COVID, i mean we all want our lives back. The mall is a great place just to enjoy the human experience!
Not a fun or clean vibe. Typical of everything Springfield, the mall lacks diversity. It was extremely dirty all throughout. Maybe the janitors are on strike? No sales. No music.
I went specifically to get a certain calendar and could not find the store that usually has these. Maybe its too early. Otherwise, the mall is fine.
Several new businesses since last fall. Nice variety and prices for summer clothes or items. Food court has couple of new vendors and regularly cleaned as people leave. Greek restaurant had a great Greek salad.
Extremely clean and well maintained. One of the only “true” malls that I will still go to.
I’m not a big mall shopper, but this one isn’t too bad. It’s clean, well-maintained, ample parking. The mall has several anchors: Two Dillard’s, a Macy’s and Sears.They have a typical food court, which they are expanding currently. Many of the standard mall stores can be found here. The next closest mall is Branson Landing, or Joplin’s mall. I enjoy the sales at after Christmas most stores have.
Offer a good selection of stores for adults, teens and children. Wheelchair accessible. Had several stores doing great sales.
Mall was clean with good shops, food court had a good variety of places to eat.
This place needs an overhaul....the parking lanes are not bright enough to find.in my opinion I find the color yellow not bright enough for important parking areas....the color white seems to be bright enough for me ...lets vote on it!!

Went there to go to a restaurant inside the mall the experience was well it was good actually it was fantastic.

Food was decent but their idea of mild seasoning is not very mild. If I go back I will order crab legs with no seasoning.

I absolutely love Old Navy. I pay $10 each for 100 percent cotton Tees. I go at least once a month and get 4 Tees

Wife works here, some great shops and God place to hang out. A lot of people so keep an extra eye on your kids. Ive heard through the grapevine there that people have found things tied to their car, thats a way that human traffickers target people so watch your surroundings and try to park near the front and beat to go out in groups.
Went in to eat actually to pass some time, food was good. I’d recommend.
No bookstore. No theater. Nothing terribly interesting.
This mall has a variety of style mixed with a mash up of what can only be described as a one of a kind shopping experience!! Love it!

This place is gross. No one is cleaning this mall. The bathrooms were disgusting. Smelly, dirty, gross. Family bathrooms as well.The stores are keeping it clean. The rest of the mall needs a cleaning crew. I would say try to avoid unless you know exactly what you need here and you can get out quickly.Also why is it so dang hot in there!!
Good place to shop. No toy store anymore. And you can tell the newer generations are taking over because most of the clothing stores have horrible style.....the clothes are ridiculousy stupid and ugly.
There is so much to do at battlefield, the shopping is fun and a lot of times I find EXACTLY what I need. If you dont mind a crowd its a good place to go for gifts, self care, and miscellaneous!

Recall that we are just coming out of a pandemic that had had an effect on the entire world.Malls and large brick and mortar establishments are having a rough time as attendance remains low.The mall here is trying to open new and interesting stores. Because the retail spaces can be relatively small, the number of people in the space is limited.It wasnt a bad trip, and it certainly wasnt crowded.We will see if the mall pulls through.
A well sized mall with lots of the usual stores youd expect to see. They have large walkways and its easy to get around. Its a bit broken up from one aisle to the next, but its easy to see all the stores and find what you want.There are directories in several locations and they have signage on all entryways that masks are required inside. There are also dedicated entries and exits from the outside. There are some shops on the outside that are not accessible from the inside so be sure to check those out as well.Plenty of parking and it was simple to get in and out of the lot.Overall: AMedium / Large mall with all the usual stores youd expect to see inside a mall. They are clean and following guidelines.

Getting better with the covid restrictions somewhat lifted from last time I was here, at least half the stores werent closed! Parking can be a problem, tight turns and no so smart drivers...
Great mall...especially the Pepper Palace store..they have wonderful sauces both hot and mild sauces...and free samples
Battlefield mall is a great place to shop and the food court is great. I had Tacos El Champu and I can not brqg on them enough.
Fun plenty to see to much to buy and always plenty of walking exercise lol

It was a very nice, smallish mall. Dont eat at Max Orient though. It was the worst Chinese Ive ever had.

I have been here at Macys, didnt find what I was looking for, prices are high. But its very comfortable to come and spend time, very big store that occupies two floors. About Battelfild mall I can say it has a good food court, with different kinds whatever you your, and Im sure youll find a place to set down. A lot of stores, you can find everything here.
One of the busier malls weve been to in the past year. Still has a lot of shops. Love the new anime shop. Nice variety.
Its good, the stores are usually pretty good and its overall generally clean. Its the other mall goers you need to watch out for lol

Nice atmosphere. Relatively clean. Some of the furniture was a little dated. I sank down too much on one of the benches and had to sit on a ledge instead. It was our first time there and we very much enjoyed our visit.

What can you say about the battlefield Mall its definitely the best mall in Springfield Missouri. As with everything else and this new evolving society post covid pandemic the face of the mall is changing due to the way we all shop now and I say we very loosely. As I feel most people have eagerly adapted to new ways of shopping online and having goods delivered to the doorstep I personally take advantage of every opportunity to go to a brick and mortars location and engage with staff and other shoppers as I feel this is important part of maintaining a free and modern society. I can say that its kind of sad to see how many stores have shut down shrink their inventory but it is totally understandable as they have been forced to do to our government cramming a pandemic down our throats and anyone that has the least little bit of capability to think for themselves and to check genuine statistics could see a shortening hours of stores only crams more people in one spot at a time which is without a doubt absurd and counterintuitive to social distancing. That being said I still appreciate each and every store their staff and all of the citizens that continue to physically shop at brick and mortar locations. If youre one of these citizens and of course the battlefield Mall is a wise and smart choice of shopping options.
Ive been to better malls. Theres really not much here that my kids and I like.
This mall had some people in it. Its nice to see that, it made me happy that people are out and about enjoying life with friends and family or by themselves, whatever just get out the house and do something for your mind and soul. This place did that for me.
