Very disappointing and frustrating, have been there 3 times in the last week, first time they were already closed 7pm, second time got there an hour and a half before their posted closing time and they made an announcement that they were closing in 20 minutes, went back the next day, same thing, said they were closing an hour before the posted closing time. Really dont want to go back a fourth time and spend my money there!! Needs better Management!!

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Employees are extremely rude and respond with an attitude when needing help. They close an hour before the time posted on google. I mentioned it to one of the employees and she responds “I can’t remember the last time we closed at that time…” I will not be going back to this location, my shopping experience there is ruined.

Good afternoon,I wanted to reach out to acknowledge two extraordinary employees that went above and beyond. Maya & Deesha are absolutely wonderful employees. Both women helped me find a beautiful dress for a wedding last minute. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Both women made it their goal to find a dress I felt beautiful in before I left. I just want to thank them and give both employees the credit they deserve! Thank you so much ladies! I will definitely be back again. I recommend your store constantly because of my experience there.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My friends and I were looking for dresses for homecoming, which is this week, and the staff members wouldn’t let us try on dresses. They close at 7 and dressing rooms were closed at 5:45 because the incompetent staff were too lazy to clean.

No customer service! I ordered a few dresses because my daughters prom was scheduled with short notice. I saw a note that formal dresses must be returned through the mail on the dresses page, no problem. I went to print a return label and it said they must be returned in 14 days. So why not have that noted in on the dressed page too!! It was 16 days after I received them so I tried emailing customer service twice but they never responded. I called and it just hangs up after a recording. Terrible!

Worst customer service!! My daughters went to this store to find dresses for homecoming and the staff said to them, ” I don’t know who you think you are but you are not trying dresses on tonight. We close at 7:00.Can’t you read?” Are you serious? Who does she think she is talking to my kids like that?

Dressing rooms closed staff is rude, list a lot of sales.

Went to this location last week only to find them closed during normal mall hours while all other stores were open. Not sure if this is an issue with management or they are low on staff. Regardless, it was disappointing since I was looking forward to finding a nice dress for an upcoming photoshoot. Hopefully things can be resolved.

Very nice outfits but they open when they want. Either walk in late like hours of operation don’t matter or won’t open at all.
