I read another review that had a problem with the same person that I did. The bearded overweight guy was talking down to me and trying to talk to my girl. I let it go because I knew he had no shot, but he’s a creepy guy that should be let go. Also, I connected to that same person over the phone (I could tell by his voice) and he said I couldn’t get store credit even though the products are still sealed in air tight plastic bags. He said it’s “used” because it left the store. Is it really used if it’s air tight sealed? Really? Don’t go here.

The service person was very good, they had a beard and was over weight, and I heard them on the phone with a customer and said fine hang up then what kinda customer service is that? He spoke down to me and my wife, I do not appreciate that. I will not be going there again.

The place is SUPER overpriced. I almost bought a toy here and found it for half the price on Amazon. The staff treats everyone like they’re shady and about to steal stuff. The one thing I did buy from there was broken.

Marissa was helpful. Our 7 year anniversary is Tuesday the 17th. She helped us get ready. Well worth $537.13 ever. You guys should give her a raise or something because it really was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. Speaking from someone in customer service for 10 years. Thanks girl.

Theyve got a lot of stuff but its overpriced. The cashier made a mistake and put items in my bag that I said I didnt want and she took from me and I wasnt charged for. Her mistake not mine and I smiled on my good luck and kept the item. When I returned to the store she accused me of stealing it. They take all the items off the counter and put them behind the counter to ring them up and bag them. She had the item she gave me info on it that made me decide I didnt want it so how did I steal it? Accusing someone of stealing instead of admitting your mistake is just plain wrong. I didnt return it because it wasnt my mistake. It happens all the time items bagged in wrong bag or ring up a drastically reduced incorrect pricing and you know what happens? People do what I did and smile about their good luck and keep the free stuff cuz it wasnt my mistake it was yours. Ill shop Patricias if they dont got it Amazon it is. Someone should have taught you at some time in your life you gotta take responsibility for ur actions. Blaming me for your mistake just cost you a customer thats shopped there for 25 years since the days of the much better Paradise store

Ive been shopping here for the past 5 years they know me by first name basis and treat me like family! The prices are great for the quality of products! The staff is well trained in there line of work and most have a personal experience with products which helps on hearing reviews from them personally. Theyve got a great selection of BDSM products, lubes, toys for her and him! Great choice of lingerie, I love that they ask me for my I.D. every time I use my debit card even though they know who I am. It makes me feel safe With my money. Ive got nothing bad to say about this place.Ive read all of the reviews on this place and Im sorry you had a bad experience but they do have new staff in the past 9 months and are all pleasant to talk to about all the intimate questions or conversations that you will have in the store well give you more knowledge as to not hurt yourself or your partner.They want you to have the best experience in the store as well in your home with there products. They truly care!

Dont listen to the bad reviews this is a great place with friendly and very helpful service especially if you are lucky enough to get bree to help you!!! They also have plus sizes as well.

I truly enjoy perusing this place. The manager is a delight. Its always clean and well organized. Theres a lot of variety in the products they sell as well. DVDs, magazines, male & female toys, lingerie and recently adult film star Lisa Ann did a meet and greet! Highly recommended.

Went into the store and looked at heels and saw that I was being watch on the tv monitor HARD like insanely hard. Being like whatever I went back out to the car to get more money after I found the perfect heels. I walk back up and was greet by a man who asked if I was stealing. I looked at him sideways and was like excuse me. The place is already in a sketchy location and then the workers are just rude and hostile. They do have cute stuff in there if you don’t mind being watched by multiple staff members the whole time that you shop. Not worth all that to me.

I cant remember the girl at the front desks name, but she was BEYOND helpful!!! Answered all my questions, made very helpful suggestions. Which included a new Rabbit style toy called the Pretty Love in Antoine Pink for $40. Very reasonably priced, and honestly the best $40 Ive spent in a Looong time! EXTREMELY happy with this product! I would recommend this shop and this product to anyone! ❤❤❤

I enjoyed this place. Been a while since Ive visited an adult store and yes I was overwhelmed with all the new and......unique products now available for....well pleasure. After a while I figured out the place and got what I wanted for a good price. Not too expensive, not cheep either, but for what your gonna use the merchandise for you really dont want cheaply made things. This place has nice hi quality items that work nicely. They even sell batteries to make sure what your buying works before you leave.

I used to love this place. However, I went in there tonight and my experience was completely ruined. The associate with the dirty blonde hair, bangs, and bad acne was a complete b**** to my friend and I. We both went I. With the intent to make several purchases. This associate did not even greet us. We entered and she abruptly shouted that we weren’t allowed to have purses. We said we didn’t realize and that we had been in two weeks before and no one had told us. She countered with its been in effect two months. She never offered assistance and ignored us the entire time. She followed us around the store acting like we were trying to steal. We were so uncomfortable with how rude she was we put back the things we were going to purchase and left. After three years of going to this store I will never return.. at least not until she is no longer employed. Good night turned horrible.

Went in here for the first time yesterday and these older reviews did NOT paint a pretty picture. Still would like to say that this is a GREAT store and things must’ve improved since the last review. The staff member was super helpful and friendly, the store was very well kept, and clean. You are spoiled for choice toys both the more adventurous and for the beginners galore. Everything was pretty easy to find.Staff made sure I could test both my toys before I bought and made sure they worked. Reminded me for batteries and the works. Also glad they had lube testers! Will be coming here again if I’m ever in need.

Been hear several times over the years purchased items . Staff really nice...dark whole in the wall . Feels kinda creeper from outside but comfortable setting inside

The store smells like a dirty house filled with cats, or maybe that was just who helped me today I couldnt tell. I called earlier in the day and explained a (5 piece) product I purchased had broken (3 of the 5 pieces) as soon as I attempted to use it. I was told to bring it in to exchange it. Once I drove across town to come Into the store I was told they couldnt help me and that he finds my story hard to believe...so I was called a liar. I will not return and encourage you to go somewhere else, or save yourself some money and order online.

Convenient location, Clean and Professional store. The staff were quite friendly and helpful on the day that I stopped in and shopped. So much of a variety of items- birthday gag gifts, A wide selection of dvds, outfits, (everythings there!) etc. I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends. Great place to buy adult products. The men and women who work there are very helpfull, they are knowledgeable of what they sell, and ive never been so comfortable in an adult store. I can honestly say i wont go to another store.
