I had Oaks install the garage doors on my new garage almost 10 years ago and they did a perfect job then. I have had them service the doors as needed and recently had them come out to repair a garage door at my sons house. I had two 9x9, insulated doors installed in my shop. After waiting for them to arrive (thanks, COVID....) these guys showed up and had them installed within 3 hours. All the work was done well, agreed upon price was fair, I am a happy customer. Shop local when you can!

Called the company around 11am, they told me they could make it out this afternoon. By around 1pm Jamie had arrived, checked out the problem and replaced both door springs. My 83 year old mother in law unknowingly called a 24 hour garage door company...She made the $30 service call check out to Dayton Garage Service...The man quoted her $793 to repair her garage door. The man pressed her for a check on the spot...she called me, I told her to wait until I call Scotty at Oakes Door Service. They came right out...fixed her door for $107! Thank you Oakes Door Service for doing the right thing!

Bought a house that a garage door was recently installed. The cable had come off the drum and the door was sliding down at an angle after a week of moving in. I called the emergency line on a Saturday. They came right out tightened up the drop straightened out the rail. Took 10 min tops. Great service

I called in to purchase a 16x8 non insulated white Clopay door tracks, struts, weatherseal. The man over the phone quote $1295 for the whole kit. I then told the him I didnt need it installed. Just wanted to pick it up & hang it myself. He then quoted me $1100! I asked him if he was joking, to quickly cut me off & advise me this is their Contracting price. What a complete joke! I decided to call Dayton Door Sales for the same quote. Installed $1080 & for pick up $650. Of course i decided to go with the company with the most integrity Dayton Door Sales. Clearly Oaks Door Service will force & local customer to pay more regardless. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL AT ALL! Will. Never recommend Oaks for anyone in the Clark County area.
