While the wait was rather long (factories are way behind), we understood that would be the case and once they received the doors they were out the same week to replace our old doors. This company is great. My door was an odd size that needed to be custom ordered. They installed my door in a timely manner. The let me know one panel was damaged in shipping. They set up the door to operate as normal until the new panel arrived. It was great communication all the way around. I strongly recommend this company.

Here we are in 2021 and the Motor that had been in the house since 2007 decided to go out I called the Sears stickerThat Jeremy left on the wall next to the button and Jeremy came out quickly and rebuilt it so now I can open and close my garage with no problem! Jeremy bailed us out in a tight spot. Someone (my wife) backed into our garage door and we thought wed need at least a new bottom panel or at most totally new doors. Literally locked in my garage when trying to leave for work. Should have known the sound I heard the night before from the spring breaking was going to be bad. Got Jeremys name from a friend. Best call I ever made. I made the first call before 8:00 am. His voicemail was accurate, he responded within 15 minutes just like it said. He arrived around 8:30 and immediately got to work. Im more of a texter and I was able to communicate with him via text to ask questions and schedule my appointment. On the day of my appointment, he called 15 minutes before he arrived to make sure I was home. He kept the area neat and was very fast. The price was exactly what I had expected it to be and he was super friendly. If I need repairs in the future I will definitely call Sears!!!
