DO NOT Use these people! Find another company. They improperly installed a small roll up door on a shed. Then had to come back the next day. Still not working! Cant LOCK the door. A really simple task seems beyond them.Find someone else to install your door!

The installer, Christopher was just outstanding. He removed, replaced and adjusted both the door to be done and the other door. The new system is perfect, changed because he said the one originally planned was not right so he made a second trip the same day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND overhead door of SGF. Worth every penny for the expertise, professionalism and great personality and did I mention it works just great.

The gentleman that installed our new garage door opener and replaced our spring on the other door was very nice and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and he got all that done within a couple of hours. I contacted them that morning and he was at my house same day that evening. He show up with his work vehicle that has all the parts needed to fix after diagnose the problem. He even helped connecting the garage opener to button in my car. Great service and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

If you have other options, do not use this company. This has been an absolute nightmare. We had our doors installed in May of 2021, but the doors were installed with a small dent in them. The workers informed us that this would not be a problem and would simply order a new panel for us. We were then informed that we cannot pay on these doors until the work was complete. After not hearing from the company for several weeks, I called the office and was told by a manager that We were hoping your doors were on the last truck. Check back with us in a couple weeks and hopefully we will have them in. 2 or 3 weeks later I called again and was told by the receptionist that someone would call later that day. After not hearing back from them for the day, I called the next day and received the same statement. After 2 days or so of not hearing back, I called the company again and when the receptionist said that someone would call me back, I admit that I raised my voice. The receptionist was great and I apologized profusely to him specifically for my attitude. He put me on hold and actually got me a standard error from the District Manager that said We will call when the panel comes in. I have decided to hold off on calling to see what happens. So far, the only development that we have had is from our financing company, who had the charge pending for so long that they have removed it from our account.TLDR: They will not communicate with you. Worst customer service on the repair side I have ever seen.

My garage door spring at my business broke on a Friday evening which left my vehicle stuck inside. I called and they had a tech head my way right away. Jason had my spring replaced in no time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everything was working correctly. Always had great service from these guys and highly recommend.

Awful customer service and communication. We had a spring break. My wife made an appointment for Monday. The dispatcher set the appointment for 10-2 pm. I arrived home around 2:30, and my wife told me she had not heard anything. I made a phone call, and 15 minutes later we received a call from our technician. He showed up at 4 PM. As a result he did a partial fix. A band aid of sorts. He then made a follow up appointment for today, Wednesday, between 8 and noon. At 11:50 I called and spoke with a lady. She informed me that I was not on the schedule. I have a receipt showing a scheduled time. When I explained my frustration with their lack of communication she apologized and told me they were short staffed. It’s OK to be short staffed. It’s not OK to sacrifice customer service because phone calls are not being made. This is now two days we have waited on a company to not fulfill its promise. Very disappointed.

My technician was great. He was fast and efficient. He was also very friendly which is nice. My garage door works wonderfully now! The prices were also very affordable too!

I recently had a busted spring repaired on my garage door. Everything from when I called to when they came out to fix my problem was top notch. Keith and Logan did a great job repairing the door and made sure to walk me through each thing they were doing. They even took the time to grease up the door and made sure I was good with it before leaving! Prices were good too! Definitely will use again in the future.

This was a warranty call, replaced a garage door panel from install. Excellent service and replacement, service person very skilled and knowledgeable. I called and asked for a quote and within just a day or two the salesman was there. He measured up the door, and presented some color choices. He checked inventory with the warehouse, checked the installation scheduling which was available in less than a week. He wrote up the contract as we stood there and I signed it. The installer showed up a day earlier than we first agreed upon and did a great job installing the door. Joe called me that day to see how things were going and followed up a few days later to install an inside sliding door lock which we had overlooked on the initial order. Customer service parts manager was rude and hung up on me. I needed a single panel 21 x 16ft for a model 180 door and the parts manager copped an attitude when I said I would pickup from Springfield and install it. He quoted me $486 for the panel and when I said it was too high, he hung up on me.

I called on a Friday afternoon about a broken line on my garage door. A serviceman, Tristan, arrived the same evening and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Id also requested a quote to replace the door and opener. He gave me 2 quotes based on different horsepower openers. After discussing it with my oldest son over the weekend, I called Overhead Door first thing on Monday and accepted one of the quotes.

Very friendly and informative about all that was done. Even checked and lubed a second door that needed minor adjustments.

Excellent Service. I bungled up my garage door by trying to install some new rollers myself and ended up messing up the cables. I called Metro at 10:00 AM and a technician (Phil) was here within 45 minutes on a very cold Saturday morning. Phil assessed the situation and went to work answering my questions along the way and giving me some great tips. . He was done within an hour and our garage door has never worked better! The charge was very fair. I would strongly recommend Metro (and Phil) if you want a quality job done quickly.

We scheduled an appt. for repair of our garage doors 12-4, at 3:30 receive a call stating it would be after 5, a half an hour later receive a call it would be 7pm or later. Rescheduled for the next Monday and we would be the first appt 8:30am. At 830 we called they had changed our appt until 12-4pm but couldnt guarantee and wanted to change for another day. Enough is enough!

Serviceman was on time, polite, and even took the time to correct a prior issue that had been fixed but not to his satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier. If I need future repairs, will call again with zero hesitation.

The man did a good job installing everything. The door is insulated well and is quite when opening and closing. It is sealed good all the way around, so it keeps the weather out. It has a very good warranty. We are pleased with the service from this company. They are available for 24 hours a day if you have something that needs to be fixed. I would recommend this company.

Overhead door is great to work with. They work with your schedule, morning, noon, or night. The technicians are helpful and knowledgeable. They also explain everything to you. I had them out twice. The first timeto repair both doors, put in buttons, and give me new remotes. While he was here he lubed the doors. The second time was to put new gaskets on the bottom. Both times were excellent service and the pricing was reasonable. Thanks for the great service.

I had a wonderful experience; heard a loud noise and discovered that the single tension spring had broken, rendering the double wide garage door inoperable. I called Overhead Door and despite a fully booked day, they worked me in after dark. Keith dismantled and replaced the broken spring, checked the cables, and lubricated all moving parts. In less than an hour, I had a working (and silent) garage door again, at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend Overhead Door!

Absolutely terrible customer service! My wife and I have been trying to get a garage door fixed since November and its not almost april still have not had anyone come out except to give us a quote. I have called at least 10 times and speak to see what is going on and all the sales reps are always gone and never call back. Not to mention we bought a new car and due to how long its taken the last time it hailed her car got a lot of damage.
