I’ve been shopping at Stewart Williams for twelve years, and I highly recommend them. Our family buys ALL our mattresses here, and our guests rave about them. Their customer service is outstanding, their prices are great, and they have price points to fit a variety of budgets. They can order just about anything, so we haven’t been limited to what’s on the showroom floor - although what’s on her showroom floor is wonderful! Even if you aren’t local, it’s worth the drive to work with their friendly/knowledgeable staff. Five stars plus!

My wife and I recently moved to Springfield TN and abought a new home. We decided to furnish our new home with new furniture and wanted a company that was local and dependable. Words can begin to express the incredible service and down home feel we received from the entire staff at Stewart Williams. We really enjoyed the warm feeling and the great quality of furniture and bedding we purchased. In fact weve been back several times and have totally furnished our new home with outstanding furniture and even below our budget we had allocated for our purchases. They gave us the opportunity to compare others prices and quality and we kept going back. We highly recommend everyone to at least give them a try before you buy anywhere else. You are wont regret it and the family atmosphere is second to none.

I purchased a bedroom suite for my son. The bed had to be ordered because the style wasnt in stock. Upon delivery one of the storage drawers was broken in the corner. The installer tried to hide the fact he broke it by gluing the corner back in place and then staining/coloring over it. I only discovered it when the stain came off on my hand. Very underhanded thing to do. I called and requested a new drawer and for someone to come look at the other storage drawer because it was not installed correctly. It is not square and there are gaps between the drawer and casing. I spoke to Joe on MANY occasions and to make a long story short.....after 10 months of phone calls and waiting I now have a new drawer to replace the broken drawer. The other drawer is still not square and the casing was never reinforced like I was told it would be. Im still missing the middle support pieces that has predrilled holes to attach to the slats. Im very disappointed with the customer service I was given. I was the one that had to keep calling again and again. You would think that their customer service would at least know to pick up the phone and keep their customer updated on the progress or lack there of. Im thinking a good customer service management software package needs to be purchased.....or even an excel spreadsheet to keep up with your customers complaints. Im extremely disappointed with my purchase and the service I received. I will not be back for future purchases and I plan to let everyone I know how poorly I was treated.

A little disappointed that they didnt have very many floor models of sectional couches available to look at. They have a kiosk to look at, but I prefer to actually see the items in person.

They were wonderful. Very patient with me as I ran around measuring all the couches.

Theyre alright for a furniture store. The salesman got an attitude with my mom because she was looking for a while leather sectional and they didnt have one so we were going to leave and he said well, do you really see that many white leather sectionals? Not someone I would want to give the commission for sure.
