I ordered 13 shirts with names and numbers for our baseball team and the font used to print these shirts was very different from the example on the website. You can see by the pictures that the numbers are oddly too wide and not at all like the website picture (even though the seller claimed they were very close). There were also issues with the online order, which confirmed a delivery date of May 23, only to find out later (when they were not delivered on time) that a glitch in the ordering system did not give correct delivery dates. The seller initially offered to re-make the shirts with another 2 week delay, but our baseball season had already started and we didnt have the extra time. Now I am trying to contact the seller and they are not answering my calls.

It was easy to contact them with any questions or concerns. Shirts came with good quality. Will order again in the future from them.

I worked for cheaptees on two occasions and they didnt pay me either time. The first time I left because the owner is a flighty micro-manager. The second time I worked for him it was contingent upon the demand he pay me for the first time I worked for him. He only made a partial payment, and it had to be dragged out of him. The second time, just weeks ago, I know he wont pay. Hes is disreputable and to trust in him is foolish. I have to accept the fact I was his slave labor. Ill never see another red cent, because thats how he rolls.

They do not provide clear instructions for proofing artwork, which can significantly delay your order. They kept quoting a ship date after art approval, and it did not ship on the date quoted by Lois. Her exact words were. They will ship on Monday, Tuesday (day 9 post art approval) at the latest. However, they shipped Wednesday (10 days post art approval not 5-7 as quoted on the website). So delivery was delayed by another weekend. All in all, it took over a month to receive the order. Lois was helpful and courteous, but others were not very helpful or polite. Quality of the majority of the product was fair to good. However, when it was requested for a reprint of a few shirts due to the logo not being centered on the shirt or a logo that appeared crooked, we were offered a discount on future orders. The parents who purchased the shirts would prefer to wear one that is not off center or tilted, regardless if it is a flawed shirt or misprint.

This company stole my money and never sent tees. Allen Warren the owner was rude and advoided me and was very rude. Don’t get ripped off, don’t buy from them
