I shop with BEC as much as I possibly can! They always have great options on their showroom floor, and the sales reps are the best. I love seeing their mascot Tux in the building when he comes to visit! Definitely one of my favorite small businesses in Springfield, OH!

Yesterday received a call that the toner was low on our copier that they had received an alert from our copier. I also mentioned that we needed a waste cartridge as well. They service personnel was in our office within an hour. Highly professional and service was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
