I had four items to go to four individual locations. The Box&Go agents quickly boxed and processed all items and got them on their way. There was zero hassle. I go to this location before anywhere else.

Great service as far as packing and shipping my packages. But what they dont tell you, is that your name is on the package but their address. Some packages were sent to us but went to their business. Instead of being courteous and letting us know what happened all the packages were sent back but one. Thanks to them, the sender is out money.
