Patrick built a new system for me. I use it as my recording studio machine and as my gaming rig. He was very helpful in picking out the parts I might need since its been a long time since I was up to date on PC tech. It was a great help to be able to clone my old studio computer so I did not have to spend days reinstalling software. I had some initial trouble with the graphics card but he also helped figure out the proper settings to fix the issue.

As an amateur PC builder myself I can firmly say that Patrick is incredibly skilled, time efficient, and detailed. If you EVER have any PC related issues, I assure you theres nothing he cannot fix. On top of that, he has a wide variety of PC parts and accessories and as such he is instantly my go to for parts and supplies. Theres very few things you cant find at Gizmobyte, and whatever you cant find, he can easily order.

Patrick recently modified the PC he built for me two years ago. I use it for audio recording. I moved it from a closet outside my studio to a desk inside my studio. I had Patrick quietify it for me. Gizmobyte built me a DAW (digital audio workstation - for audio recording). His prices were much better than local competitors. He was also much easier to work with. The build was a bit tricky because of thunderbolt and other audio card requirements. My new machine is incredibly fast and well built. Patrick had the machine built in about 1 week even though he had to order special parts. His communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend Gizmobyte!!!

I had a really great experience. I brought a laptop in and the guy helped me troubleshoot it to the hard drive. I was impressed he was willing to take the time to work with me.When I had farther issues, I brought it back the next day and the guy, different from the day before, took the time to show me what I was doing wrong. And it was near closing time.Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help. I would go back and I would recommend it to others.

Brought in my laptop to get my screen repaired and they quoted me for a new screen.When i was called, the next day, they informed me it was just a connection issue. And it was no where near as expensive.Seem to be honest and hard workers.

I have a busy schedule and just barely missed their close by a minute or two, but the clerk was nice enough to reopen for a second to help me out! He was kind, professional, and patient.While it was my fault that I showed up late and normally would never ask anyone to reopen, Gizmobyte showed me that they care about making good experiences and made my day.Now, I dont have to wait and get to enjoy my new rig tonight!Edit: I am not advocating asking any business to reopen after close, I would have been just as happy if I had shown up on time or the next day.

I have bought 6 different computers from them over the years and have been satisfied with there products and service.

They fixed my computer in less time and for less money then originally quoted. They were also afraid they would have to wipe the entirety of my harddrive. When I received it, everything was saved like nothing had happend. They even fixed a computer tick that I didnt even mention.

I called them to see if they could help with removing a heathly partition that was taking up a huge amount of my drive that I couldnt get rid of from my hard drive. they said it would cost $95 dollars and I would have to leave my pc there for about 3 days. for that amount of money I could just buy a new drive!!! I looked up videos on how to do it on YouTube and it only took me 5 minutes to fix the problem. they dont care about their customers except the money in your pocket. the guy could of said yeah thats an easy fix and should only take about 10 to15 minutes. I really felt like he tried to screw me over and take advantage of me. look elsewhere or do some online research if you have a problem.
