Firstly, I only shop for comics here.Easily one of the best comic book stores in town. New additions very often and key issues found throughout. Price is very reasonable.

Great game store. It has just about everything. Comic books, board games, trade paperbacks, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the gathering, miniature models, everything. The store is very comfortable and inviting place to be. The owner is super friendly. He will chat you up if you’re interested in discussing your favorite Geekdom or he’ll leave you be and give you recommendations on what the best thing to buy is should you ask. Absolutely my favorite neighborhood gaming store.

Been going here for a few years now. Do most of my Pathfinder and Dungeons and Dragons supply shopping here. Great atmosphere and it is a calmer place to browse. My only gripe is that some wizkids miniatures are warped where they go on the base (It is a easier fix, just warning before someone sees and decides not to go thinking they are doing it on purpose) but besides that, great place, great prices, and great selection.

My Dad and I go to Nameless City any chance we get. Want Comics? They have that. Want figures? They have that. Looking to start a D&D campaign and need books for that? Yup they got that too. Wanna get a really good taco? Well they dont have tacos, but they do have options to hold onto things you want to purchase later and can order things in if they dont have what youre looking for. Overall, I love this place.

I traveled a little over an hour to sell a box of comics just for someone to give me $5 bucks for the whole thing, the people here were absolutely amazing and worth the drive. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and helped me with a few pointers about what to look for and care for. Wish I remembered her name but thank you so much

Ok place got some good back issues

The guy working at the store was a whole toolshed. Legit yelled at the other worker for a solid 20 minutes while I was in the store with my kids. Do not recommend and will not return.

I absolutely love this store. I get there every week or so for comics (and usually leave with stuff for my miniatures obsession) Everyone who works there is knowledgable and a blast to talk to! There arent many stores left with a sense of community, but nameless city has that feeling. If you like board games, D&D, Magic, comics, and/or fun in general, you should stop by.

This place has a very inviting atmosphere and the staff is welcoming and friendly to chat with. I could stay there for hours and not ever get bored. Plus they have enough to entertain comic readers and those looking for a new tabletop game to play.

Boyfriend sold his magic cards in here. Piano thats really nice and reasonable giving my boyfriend a good deal we have to sell more cards it will definitely be to this place.

Lots of selection! Found a not commonly known or sought comic book and tons of DND game minis.

I really like the atmosphere they did not have a use selection but I liked that you could go into their back room area and play games at thier community tables. I also overheard them say they could order games for people as well.

They had plenty of organization in the way the store is laid out. I looked around and found some very cool things, even a foiled alt art card in mtg. They had a wide array of board games and comic books. They even had plenty of figurines.

Stu was our guy when it came to all things comic related, so after his departure we still enjoyed Nameless City for its friendly atmosphere and big selection of games and comics. The owners wife has a new knowledge of comics but her customer care exceeds any hobby shop we’ve been to. She has suggested comics that surprised us by becoming favorites. Unfortunately on our recent visit she wasn’t working and the gentleman behind the counter remarked that he had no clue when she might work next and under his breath quipped that like every other annoying comic collector he knew she’d be asking him to order whatever garbage the comic industry spit out that month and all its alternate covers soon enough. As lifelong comic book readers we were personally insulted by his attitude plus the owner standing within earshot casually laughed and just kept on working.We will regretfully be purchasing our comics online from now on.

Had a great selection of games to choose from. A little on the pricey side though. But overall a great experience. Anyone looking die dungeons and dragons books? I recommend you check here first.

Great selection of comics and collectible figures! Employees have gone far and above when helping me find a few gems in comics, some were extremely well priced and they still even lowered the price some more! My go to shop at least once a month and always walk out very happy.

Recommended by a co-worker. They have a large selection of miniatures to paint and a good board game selection. We like the pleasant feel of the establishment and wonderful customer service. Our special needs young adult son was with us on Free Comics Day and a few times before. The owners wife has always taken extra time to help us figure out what he might enjoy in the dollar bins and is very patient and respectful when he tries to interact. Our only request is to have more games within the $15 - $25 range.

Not open when they say they are supposed to be.

Well I have to say this was my go to place for Certain comics but I have to give it no stars ... Went on a Sunday and the sign was on that said open as well as a schedule posted on the door saying they were open as well, we got out and walked up to the door only for them to come up and look at us and lock the door and walk off ... how extremely rude is that, lost my business and several friends that attend Frequently... time to fine another comic store .

Good gaming store. They advertise as board game and comics and when I travel it is rare to see a store advertised as a board game in store first. You would think based on the pictures they have here their selection is pretty bad but it was actually pretty decent. Prices were about standard however they had some very nice used copies of games as well as discounted games here and there.I also came to look for bones Reaper Minis and found they had a decent selection. They were actually organized and most of the store is extremely organized which is very nice when youre trying to find something specific.The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is some of the staff seem to have kind of a vulgar mouth and it wouldnt be the kind of place I would take my kids. As a parent that would be something that I would find a bit heartbreaking because I love to take my kids to go look at board games. They also have a lot of not safe for work art here and there that is typical with some Comics stores.Keep gaming Springfield!

The best game shop in town. The staff genuinely care about their customers. Ive had the staff recommend several comic books and games that are now some of my favorite overall purchases.

The board game selection was much larger than I expected for a small store. There is a huge selection of comics including some from local artists. Tables were set up in the back for D&D. Reasonable prices, good selection, knowledgeable staff.

I would recomend.I went in because I heard that there were tables in a back room that were good for playing a few games of magic. I didnt have any issues with the environment, even though there were other people there.There was also the store itself. While I didnt go in for the store, and therefore didnt buy anything from here, it seemed nice; including competitive prices as well.The place is certainly worth a stop, if not a few games of your choice; just bring your own stuff.

Great store. The have a little bit of everything, from comics to d&d rule books to trading cards and miniatures. I bought some minis and paints. I feel like everything had a good price. I will definitely shop here again.

As some one that knows next to nothing about comics, me and my son were welcomed and comfortable here. We live close and my son wanted to go look at comics. We will def be returning.

This place is awesome! A lot of back issue comics and trade paper backs. While walls of new comic books and board games. Action figures, statues, card games. This place has a little bit of everything. It is setup very well also. Aestheticly pleasing. The entire back room is setup with gaming tables. Highly recommend you visit here.

Incredible comic shop! The selection of trade paperbacks and hardcover omnibus books is the best I have seen in all of Springfield. They even had a lot of Red Sonja and Vamperilla books which are hard to find in person.

These guys are amazing. Their paint selection for miniatures is one of, if not the, best in town. They also have an insane amount of Reaper Minis to choose from. Awesome customer service and everything.

Nice store. Has a good selection of games, and some hard to find historical and gmt games. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly. Had great music playing as well. The play area in the back of the store was a decent size, and was tidy as well. Prices are mostly MSRP, though they did have a selection of clearance and sale priced items.

Its a really cool place to get your DnD gear! I usually buy my dice here. Everyone is pretty friendly whenever I shop there.

I love this place. They are everything I want out of a board game and comic shop. But the people are really why I keep coming back. Its not just a job to them, they love this stuff. I started out quickly learning the employees, but after time I also started seeing familiar faces in the other customers.Their prices could probably be beat by buying online, but I chose to shop here because I want them to stay around.

They have a good selection and carry all the D&D supplements. They have the traditional grab tub of dice. Kid enjoyed putting together his own set. Everything from board games and Magic cards to large scale collectibles.

Nameless City is a pretty great little shop. Ive never experienced anything other than friendly staff, good selection, and fair prices. Ive been going there for years (since before it changed hands and locations), and the current setup is the best its ever been :)

Super good deal on magic cards, but they never have any of the comics I like, despite the high volume. They tend to favor more super hero comics, which is a little disappointing.Edit: Thank you to the owner for responding and offering this suggestion!

Probably the best gaming store in Springfield. Minis, rulebooks for table tops, a fantastic comic book selection, Magic the Gathering, and so much Pathfinder stuff. Im there at least once or twice a month now.

When you walk in you always get a hello, its an awesome hub. No matter if you need some comics or want to play something RPG they are very welcoming and extremely helpful. whatever you need they will take care of you!

Formerly Games, Comics, Etc, this is one of the few board game stores in town. Prices are all retail like normal, and they have a open play area in the back. Didnt stay too long my last visit because they were playing music a bit too loud for my tastes in the retail area, but Im planning on going back again in the future.

Decent selection on many DnD and Pathfinder items! Little pricey in my opinion, but I found the things I was looking for! Friend came with me and asked for a price check. When I checked out, the older lady there didnt clear the register from the price checked item, meaning I was charged for something I didnt receive. Make sure to check your receipts!!! They have offered to fix the problem but I dont have a way to get up there.

I cant believe I didnt know about this place until today! The guy behind the counter was super helpful and the selection of Magic cards was pretty good, the variety of foils available was excellent, the prices were very competitive, and they stocked just about everything that Meta Games was out of. They hold FNMs, and are starting a Sunday EDH group. Overall I really liked the store, will definitely be back!
