Oh yes, I love Ocean State Job Lot! girl but the prices are even better, once I discovered this store Hello! here I come, I visit this store once or twice a week, check the chocolates bar 😋 you have to visit this store if you want to save money, products from A- Z you name it, if you dont want to save money keep on going, this store is not for you, your lost, too bad.

I do enjoy shopping here but the early closing time isnt great...I dont get out of work until 6-6³⁰ most days and with traffic I hardly ever have the chance to shop here.

Ocean State. Cant always find what youre looking for but they have a lot of things at way lower prices and I actually like trying the organic foods and snacks that you cant really find other places.

A great place to go for a lot of basic necessities. Also seasonal stuff there is great! Especially their summer collection of pool floaties and tubes. Would definitely recommend.

Was looking for an alarm clock. They did not have them. They did have some inexpensive gardening tools that I wish I had purchased there instead of from home depot for 3 times the price. I bought one, the quality is good. Also, they have hand sanitizer for relatively cheap (a bonus during this covid pandemic). May return for odds and ends.

For store layout, stock levels and general feel, this is my favorite area Joblot. Even the lighting is the best vs other local outlets. But man, every single time you get up front to check out it is a clusterf%ck. Now with social distancing there are signs and things on the floor but it is vague and confusing. No one knows where to go and god forbid the front end help. Last time I went in, there were 3 cashiers up front. 2 of them simultaneously stepped away from their registers and were looking through putbacks and talking. There were 2 of us waiting in line and they seemed to have no clue. Just as the remaining cashier was finishing up one of the others noticed us. Also, Ive never spent less than 5 minutes usually closer to 10 minutes waiting outside for a propane tank swap after paying. After 5 minutes I usually start trying to get cashiers attention through the window. Its embarassing for everyone. Anyway, thats my Joblot rant.

I like shopping here its just to bad that at checkout they had 2 register open but staff were at a 3rd closed register talking about there weekend plans, i could hear them and they didnt seem to care that people were waiting to check out.

They are forcing a 2% donation to their workers. They add 2% to the advertised price. Which us then taxed! I prefer deciding whom I donate my money. Does not seem legal.

I can shop for a good product and get a free Big Deal. In other words, I can get it for free.

Great store for all-purpose type of stuff you might need at a moments notice. From a Crock-Pot, hairdryer, sweater, soup, to coffee, flashlights, make-up, or even boots. They got a lot of stuff that can fill a need for the moment. Perfect place for gift shopping. And during certain sales they give a gift card especially around the holidays.

One of the greatest places to shop. Where can you donate $100 for a charity and get a gift card for $100 to shop! They make shopping fun. Always different and interesting items. Staff is great also!

A lot like Big Lot, Odd Lots, and similar stores. Fine for what it was, but we were looking for potential holiday gifts for various family, and left without buying anything after a quick walk around. Nothing about the place particularly invited us to look further or stay longer. And the person repeatedly cheering, Woo-hoo! on the PA system was just surreal.

We were only running into Ocean State Job Lot to get our dogs some Bully Sticks and other treats.LOL I think we were in the store for about an hour or more?My husband had his own shopping cart and I had mine because we really found some great deals!!I even bought a few things for Christmas!They are marking down all the summer items and the garden items because they are bringing in all the winter items... And like always alot of items are hit or miss..You basically never know what you will find when you shop there and when you do expect to pay low prices!!

Ocean State Job Lot, is a bargain store with quite the assortment of stuff. They carry clothing, food items including K-cups, electrical items such as power strips and light bulbs etc, seasonal decorations, seasonal stuff such as pool toys and chemicals, gloves and hats, handwarmers, and household items. Check it out!
