We had a great experience today at jcpennys. We went to the kids shoes in hopes we could find a good cheaper pair shoes specifically under 20 was the goal, which of course I know is hard but the girl that needed the shoes that was her budget! I grabbed this sweet girl Cheyenne for what I thought was a quick interaction. This sweet girl helped me for at least 15 minutes my fault BUT we ended up finding a shoe thanks to her! I was distracted by us finding a shoe finally I was unable to say thank you! But she was the sweetest and very patient girl I’m very glad I got her help today!

Very run down. The same led light that has been strobing for almost a year. Bathrooms were nasty and all hardware should of been replace a very long time ago.

Im glad I was able to order online and my order was available in the estimated time. When I went to pick up the item that I ordered online the woman at the desk didnt seem like she wanted to talk to anyone, much less answer questions. The moment she handed over the item she turned her back and stood away from the counter as if to suggest she was done with me That was unpleasant.

Well stocked big store in Battlefield Mall. Wife has been at one other retailer before shopping here. She found what she was looking for and at a mark down price

Really nice JCPenney. It was seriously crowded today (back to school shopping), but they still have some great deals. The employees were friendly and ready to help customers.

They have a lot of great deals! I found the cutest Buzz Lightyear outfit for 50% off AND a 3 piece suit for 30% off for a family wedding! It was amazing!

Rude staff. Tried to get my nephew sized for sone dress clothes and he was wildly condescending and rude. We went somewhere else and spent $400. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of another lady who was very helpful to other customers. I wont be back.

We (my wife, my children, and I) generally enjoy our visit to JCPenney. This one have a lot of floor space and great selection. I have almost always been pleased with the deals I find and sales I find. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful.

Picked up an order. Service was prompt and polite. Walked around looking for the petite department, which I never found. There was no one to ask as all the clerks were overwhelmed at the two open checkouts I saw. Penneys needs to take a lesson from the now defunct Sears and hire more customer service clerks. They probably lost a sale.

The bathrooms are beyond gross. The shoe sections are trashed too... But otherwise pretty good deals.

The hair salon was extremely understaffed today. Both the ladies working today had their hands full with servicing customers, answering the phone, assisting walk-ins, as well as keeping up with on-line appointments being booked. They did this all remaining pleasant, kind, and professional.

This is my favorite place to buy Levi’s and Nike goods. There are hardly ever any people in the men’s section upstairs. The store is kept clean and organized. The cashiers are always friendly.I generally hate clothes shopping. Going here is stress free. The dressing rooms never have a line. J.C. Penney always runs good sales on their in store brands as well. A good time to go is the end of season for great deals.

Very disappointed. Not the Pennys I loved and was loyal to. Last two visits I could not find hardly any clothes in my size (2x -3x, 20 - 24). If I want to shop on line and guess what size will fit, I have a lot more options than Pennys. Also prices seem to have increased astronomically.

Employees were friendly. Some good sales. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms arent open yet. Im the kind of person that I have to try it on and see it before Ill buy it. Would of really loved to have gotten a new swimsuit. I guess they think people can just buy everything they wanna try on and take it home only to return it later. Who has the time or money for that.

I like JCPENNEYS. I dont like Sedalias, different hrs, and some longer term employees arent to friendly. I love Springfields Pennys, always has plenty of stuff in the store. Good sales & the staff is so nice, friendly & helpful.

This is where we go for shoes. Every few years I need new shoes. Just like always I got 2 pairs of name brand shoes for Less than what I would pay for 1 pair somewhere else. We like JC Pennies. We Shop there alot. Watch for their next sale. Happy Shopping!

Dress apparel selection is getting very.... select. A relatively small collection of mens dress attire. Had to spend twice as much elsewhere because of lack of selection

My fiance and I bought out wedding bands at JCPennys today. After looking through several different stores and trying on several rings, we find ourselves here. The price range is great, we found rings within our budget that we love. I, personally, love the one I found a lot. The guy that helped us today was friendly and funny, we appreciated his service. I look forward to shopping at Pennys more often now.

Got my hair cut in the salon had a good visit got what I asked for and friendly staff!

Swimsuits 50% off...... ONLY if you can convince the cashier its true...All 3 different pcs rang up full price... When I went right back in the store I got refund. Tried another register, full price ... I finally got 2 cashiers to look over there and see RED 50% OFF signs..Im not from Springfield MO.. . It was at the Battlefield Mall...

I really want to shop here. I do. They have decent prices and quality products. But I cant ever get checked out. They have 10+ people in line at each register. I have put my clothes back on multiple occasions because of the lengthy checkout. It seems that theyre too interested in pushing their credit cards that they arent really concerned with real customer service.

Always a good place to shop for any bed, bath, home, or apparel. Always have good prices and lots of variety.

I give five stars for good service! Cleanliness is a wayyyyyy different story! The dressing rooms are very dirty dust balls and dirt all over and there were liners from swim suits just lying around on the floor.

My wife likes to shop here for clothes because sometimes they are the only one to have what she wants. On Sunday JC Penny is open one hour longer than the mall.

JCPenney always has what Iam looking for. The prices are not too bad. Just which a lot of the brands were made in the USA.

Went late in the day, wasnt cramped for shopping space by any means, only things I could bring myself to buy were the deeply discounted clearance items. Staff was scarce and there was zero interaction, even at the register.

Staff is great. helped me find a dress shirt that fit and good selection.

Went on Saturday afternoon. VERY hot upstairs! Only 1cashier for entire floor. I used to buy my whole family’s clothes there& it has always been the only place I find clothes for me. But last several times shopping has been very disappointing in selection & very long slow lines to check out. Going to have to go elsewhere.

Very poor experience, went in there with other clothes from a different store we already paid for and was on our way out when this lady came up and accused us of stealing! We are kids and shouldn’t be approached by people accusing us of stealing. I would understand if she was polite about it but very disrespectful too.

Unable to try on clothes this evening was aggravating. Should be able to try clothes on when spending that much money I spent most my time walking around trying to find a dressing room but they were all closed. Laid my jeans down and left went and spent my money somewhere else.

It was very obvious they did not have the proper amount of employees. The lines were stupid like standing for almost 45 minutes they knew that it was the last weekend to get things for school and they are totally not not prepared.

Good! Really should put cloths on the clearance rack then say there not on clearance. There were about 20 pairs of jeans so it wasnt a mistake

We came to purchase a particular item.We found this item which had several of which NONE had a price.We waited 11 minutes thinking a sales associate would show(good luck for that -didnt happen) so we took it (heavy box of and made the purchase, Anchor Hocking) to a register with one clerk,waited in line to Make a purchase for 12 minutes, unpacked it and found a broken item,took it back for a refund.we have purchased from JCP for too many years to remember and will continue to shop there but Cisco opens soon!!!

Went by the jewelry department and no one ask me if I needed help and they were to be having a big sale today.

Their stores inside the battlefield mall... Springfield Missouri.. Where is mandatory to wear a mask when out in public... People would walk around with their mask down and nobody was enforcing this rule.... Theyre not responsible deftly wont be going back till this is all gone....

I love Penneys- they had an amazing mystery coupon sale- I got a cute pair of sandals and my hubs got me a 500 dollar ring for super cheap- Jonathan at the counter was amazing - so helpful - cant wait to come back

We buy here mostly because of Delbert in the menswear section. He always helps us find really great outfits within our budget. Very knowledgeable and kind. And we often find really great deals, the other reason we like to shop here. But mostly Delbert.

Terrible cumer service, had an online order that mistakingly had the wrong shipping address and only 1 hour after the order was placed couldnt cancel the order or change the address. Completely unacceptable wont shop here again
