Its a nice place. They have a lot of stuff I like. But they constantly move things around and some staff are really rude. I believe it was a new worker.

Good place to find special shirts of what is trendy and popular. They have some good quality clothing with some pop culture items being sold. They typically have a good deal or two going on at the time and the staff in there is very friendly. This place is good for older kids, teens, young adults, and the hard-core fans of pop culture. I would recommend this place to anyone. If there is nothing that fits your fancy in store, try looking online and they will have a more wide selection in stock.

Teens love this place. Everything from Harry Potter outfits to anime to chokers. Great variety of items that you wont find in department stores. Employees who work here always seem to kind!

Hot Topic has the most incredible variety of tee shirts in town. Even tho I dont go to the mall often, I will definitely go to shop at Hot Topic. Its a great place to find shirts with not only recent recording groups but also some of the ones that have been around forever. ANYBODY LOOKING FOR ROCK ARTIST TEE SHIRTS WOULD LOVE HOT TOPIC.

This is the best Hot Topic in the nation and possibly the planet itself. It felt as though I was in goth heaven in there. I swear I havent seen more probabilities of me going broke anywhere else. Great manager, too.

Went into this store while at the mall. I was on the lookout for a t-shirt as it was a warmer day than I had anticipated and we were travelling so I only had what I packed in the case. They had some cute tops but nothing that I thought I might want for myself.I did look through their Disney Loungefly bags, as I love those! They had an Aurora one I really wanted to get, but didnt see fitting into our current luggage situation. Ill check online and see if I cant get it shipped tho.They had a podium blocking entry so they could control the number of persons in the store at one time and offered hand sanitizer if you wanted it. All employees were wearing their masks properly and it felt safe.Overall: AGood location, recognizing social distancing guidelines and had fun products.

I didn’t even shop. I didn’t even enter the store. I was sitting outside on the bench by the kiosk that they have. It was Saturday at about 7:15PM. I believe I heard the workers name was Charlie. I heard how they interacted with customers. They were crazy polite. Their customer service was on point and I was thoroughly impressed.

This is one of my favorite stores in the mall next to Spencers. It is a great store with a lot of great people. They have everything to succeed my emo needs. It also has a lot of great anime merch and I myself am a weeb. A great store.

Normally I like hot topic because there is so much to offer, but right now to be honest its such a limited selection and not enough variation of items to entice me. It feels like its basically whats popular rn not lets give them what they want. I dont find my hero academia intetesting but half the store is that when I could find me at minimum a spongebob shirt .. maybe 3 which is hella more popular.I just feel that it doesnt have enough focus on what the customer wants but more of a numbers game.

Love this place!

Was able to find items for purchase with little issue. Staff offers to hold items at register was well received. Purchasing was made easy and no issues had by new staff being shown process. Will shop again.

I love this store but I never go in because it’s far too cluttered! The suffocating towers of merchandise make it extremely difficult to shop and navigate the store. Barely room to walk!! If it had half as much stock it would probably get twice the business. As a parent of a teen and a small child, it is nearly impossible to shop in this store without feeling anxious.

Do I have amnesia??? I dont remember going here since I was in my 20s! But I really liked it back then. Im sure its just as cool now.

Best experience Ive had here in a long time

I like to check in here regularly. They always have something new. I received an email about Outlander merchandise but it wasnt out yet. They said they had a bunch of new freight they hadnt gotten to yet. I will be back in a week or so to try again. I have quite a few of their dresses that I use as tunics with leggings until my daughter takes them. Its a fun store for a variety of geeks.

Everything is always so organized and the associates are friendly. I wish the could have a bigger building so you had more room to walk but I still love it

This place is incredible. My daughter is so picky and found a bathing suit she loved. Payday way a week away, the manager held it till payday!! My socially awkward, very anxious teen was smiling and so thankful.

I love this store and my daughter who’s a budding little nerdling who loves Sailor Moon, unicorns and Harry Potter likes going in the store from time to time. I love there buy 1 get 2 free tanks. I wish they carried more Rick & Morty stuff because it’s the boyfriends favorite show and it would be nice to find him something more unique than the same stuff that is also in Box Lunch and Spencer’s. But I know there has to be a demand for it and etc. Still a very good store with friendly staff.

Wide variety of product, a staff member followed me and my girlfriend around the store and made me uncomfortable though.

The kids love than any new show or movie will have supporting collectables and clothing for their interests. Prices are good and odd gifts and collectables can be found regularly.

This store and others are probably responsible for a considerable portion of absolutely pointless plastic waste poisoning our planet with Funko pops, Harry Potter, Rick n Morty, and other pop culture paraphernalia. That being said they have some nice, overpriced skinny jeans here at times.

Staff are always friendly and helpful! Can always find something I cant live without in this store. Unfortunately the layout is not wheelchair friendly. Aisles are too small for it.

The sales girl was very helpful and went off her way to get things for me. Like all Hot Topics, the isles are narrow and I had dinner trouble navigating with my walker. Prices are always too high, even on sales items, but I found a few t-shirts, nail polish, and keychains for my daughter.

They have a great selection of merchandise, snd the store is spacious enough that you dont have to rub elbows just to walk down an aisle.

Love the store, however, the last several times Ive been in there, the whole store has so many sales going, it gets very confusing. Ive walked out so frustrated several times without buying anything because of this. They need a bigger, less crowded store and for sales to not be so confusing.

Their guage selection has dwindled over the years. Nothing too interesting without tapers. Still an interesting store to look at though. Lots of little odds and ends.

The service was not that great, I been shopping at alot of hot topics! all over! I simply wanted to buy a size 8 gage and the worker wouldnt take the time to look behind the ones I chose to see if they carried my size. When she stated they only go down i wanted to see behind a 14 she claimed she new she didnt have it in a size 8 without looking. Left the store empty handed when I usally spend alot with each visit.
