Unbelievable the shelves are empty…. Not clean… And they have many workers who are not doing their job. Cashiers are closed... In the self checkout area I swear there were more than 10 workers 6 of them were laughing and playing basketball. None of the 6 were doing anything but laughing and playing. I wonder what kind of manager allows workers to play instead of working. Supposed to fire them and hire a new people who loves to work hard.

Love Walmart. But the store is always so busy. You have to have time and patience to wait on lines to get cashed out. But the cashiers do there best to get the lines moving. And to get you cashed out quickly.

Ran down walmart. Unorganized n lots of empty shelfs,employees walkn around on cell phones n looking like everyone is on break.

Went to this walmart because it was close. I knew I was in the wrong area when the Evian water was in the exotic water section. When I was leaving someone was getting cuffed and arrested in the self check out. This place is a madhouse stay away if you like your sanity

They do have great prices but they need more much much more security in the parking lot as well as in the store. A friend of mine had gone in to do some shopping and when he was coming out he basically almost got hijacked but because he is a policeman that didn’t happen. But it shouldn’t of happened in the first place especially during broad daylight.If your a female and if you go by yourself you have to be extremely careful and watch your surroundings. It’s too bad that it has gotten to this point where you can’t even shop anymore.

Sunday afternoon busy busy busy, find a better time and be honest about things in stock

It gets pretty busy at times but employees do well in ensuring the line is moving, especially at the self check out line. Shelves are always stocked and the service is friendly.

Clean entrance. The shelves in the food aisles were well stocked. An employee asked me if I was finding everything I wanted. The self checkout area was easy to maneuver through.

Place was packed thought it was Christmas time but lines moved steady

I lost my Xbox cord and needed a new one quick and got there at 9:52 and was told I cannot come in because they close at 10pm but doors close at 9:50...now what sense does that make when I needed one thing and there was still massive people shopping with carts 🤦‍♂️ rediculous.

It tends to be super packed all the time and the lines are crazy. Sometimes things are not organized. Its hard to shop for stuff for my one year old son, every time I go his section is completely bare. But the whole section for girls is completely packed.

Love Walmart but the one in Chicopee is better

Difficult to find items looking for. Some sections are fully stocked, but the isles are a mess. Other sections are orderly but have little inventory. Also, people are leaving their trash on shelves; not employees fault but speaks to the general image of this store/location.

I like the self pay alot better than the old way of 12 Register lanes where only 1 person is working. All the usual Rats are Rude, and gibberish gabbing and waiting to move there cart so you can get by. Well not much more to say.. you All have been there and know the store.

Tonight shopping at Wal-Mart experience was great compared to last years shopping. Because when the store shelves are fully stock your able to find your essentials so you dont mind spending more of your $ there. Than happen to spend it elsewhere. If they can stay consistent at it everyday would be a pleasure shopping there. 2-24-20

The store is always out of stock on a lot of items. Shelves that do have items on them are always messy. I stood in line to check out for about 30 minutes. I had to much to go to self check out. Only 4 registers were open. Lines were very long. They need better management.

Rushed to the store to get there before they closed. I get there with 4 minutes to spare and they tell me the store is closed. I tell them its not even 10 yet. The woman at the door laughs and says it is now... I walk back to my car..and its still not 10pm. I literally needed 1 item. Thats some real class.

I cant stand the people at the door..smh..some are so rude..put anti theft stickers on ur stuff and leave me alone..

For once the staff was all in. They helped me find my stuff. Bonus points for hiring speech impaired staff who ALSO helped me find things!

Its a great store but I wish they put more merchandise on the shelves and keep it a lot cleaner like Chicopee but other than that its okay to grab one or two things that you need real fast and they need to open more cashier because the line was very long.

Nice Walmart but very busy

Most other customers are pretty snooty, or stuck up. They sure are quick to push you and your cart out of their way. Workers seem kind and helpful.

Two registers are open at the most so most people line up at the self-checkout. The registers that are open are always lined with carts that are completely full of stuff. Do not go if youre buying less than a dozen items, or meet someone youre avoiding lol Wal-Mart is like a town square.

They need help in the pick up area. They have no system for keeping track of who is next. We would have given 0 stars, but the associate was polite.

As far as Walmart supercenters go this was not different. It was nice to see everyone in face masks, and this place was not crowded. Everyone was super nice as well.

They need more toys in the toy section... my gson has everything they have already..

Always such a horrible experience at this location. The management seems to care very little about their customers. For instance customer service closes hours before the store closes itself and managers are not equipped to help afterwards. In addition they only staff 1 person at customer service. It appears that this Walmart only cares about sales and not its customer satisfaction.

A lot if the aisles were bare. They didnt have any shopping carts available. My husband had to walk the parking lot to obtain one. The stores overall appearance was poor.

This location is not a bad store. Yes its messy cause the customers are the demons making the mess in this store and not caring. The biggest Shame is the customers that have no Common sense to why they pick up an idem and drop it off to another spot cause they didnt want it anymore. Customers need to use there common sense and Stop trashing good stores.

I hate Walmart. Its gotten to the point where you have no choice but to go. WalMart swallowed up other department stores so theres not much to choose from besides Target. Its hard to find close parking. Its too crowded. People are rude. WalMart brings the best (worst) out of people lol the gets always stuff in the isles. The shelves are sometimes stocked. WalMart is a meh for me.

Picked up a online order, the staff were helpful and extremely quick with my order. Then I needed red velvet cupcakes.

I really didnt shop I went to money services ( waited 40mins to get service sat the 27th of March 21) I believe it was cynthia who served and even tho she was way overwhelmed, she gave high quality customer service to everyone! She was so sweet! This is an true MVP ! Give this woman a raise!!!
