For years they have been my go-to for service on my cars but I don’t think I can vouch for them any more. I got an oil change two days ago and just realized that the puddle forming under my car in my garage, which I thought was water, is actually oil. It’s been leaking oil since the oil change. Not to mention I was told the service would take one hour but I was there almost two. They say they close at 6 but don’t try calling even at 5:45, you won’t reach anyone. This is in addition to last fall, when I requested and paid for a custom alignment. The tech told me he could not print the results because the printer was broken. I didn’t think it felt quite right and a couple months later I took it somewhere else, and their “before” alignment measures confirmed that Reliable Mazda did not in fact perform an alignment.EDIT: Changing from 1 to 3 stars. They fixed my car with no complaint and were very apologetic. I understand errors happen but it could have resulted in damage to my car and I now have an oil puddle clean-up project in my garage. Still not thrilled but appreciate that they owned up to it.
I love my Mazda but salesman Casey Kelley likes to push people and will go as far as to tell you that hes bugging you with his emails just to get a response. I didnt like how he kept calling and emailing. My current Mazda still drives fine.
I had a great experience with Laura Greer while buying my Mazda. I would definately recommend buying from her. Brooke in finance was also amazing. Thank you ladies!
Sales person had two meltdowns in under thirty minutes and then just walked off. Came back from a test drive and had to search to find someone to return keys. That person didnt even ask if they could take over the sale or help us. We were prepared to buy that night but after getting the strong impression Reliable Mazda was not interested in selling we drove to Kansas City to buy a car. Ended up getting the CX-9 and we love it.
I know big companies want to save all the money in the world, but that only works if you have qualified staff, been trying to call parts and service for the last three days and have not been able to talk to anyone. My sister bought 3 vehicles from Mazda and from Hyundai. I know at the end it does not matter, but just want to make an statement, she was told one price and at the end it was almost double, they using that scare strategy to people to do unnecessary work. At the end it worked out better becouse she is doing both axles for less.
I recently moved from Charlotte, NC where I had my Mazda serviced at Mazda of south charlotte and their service was ALWAYS impeccable.Reliable has has my car since Thursday when our suspension broke unexpectedly and to this day not ONE person has reached out to update me with a quote/estimate of repairs. Not to mention they werent able to provide a loaner because Riley, one of their service repair guys told us they had, 60 cars on their lot with non functioning or NO engine?!The most traumatizing part of our experience just dropping our vehicle off was when one of the service reps (I dont recall his name so I wont guess) said - and I quote, do yall have insurance, cause your fender and bumper are gonna get yanked off. I have no further comments here.I have called daily, left a voicemail with the manager Rob and still not even one courtesy follow up.To call this place Reliable Mazda is misleading and my experience this far has only been disappointing.Even their online service rep Stanley was dismissive today when I was inquiring as to how I can get someone to reach out to me so I can get my car repaired ASAP.To see that there is no professionalism nor common courtesy at this dealership, Im surprised theyve managed to keep a clientele base at all.
Brooke is amazing! I went in with a price and a budget and they helped me stay within it. The detailing was on point The entire team was courteous, helpful and pleasant to work with.
We just bought our 5th Mazda here. Always a great experience and we love our cars! The sales staff is laid back and knowledgeable and we always feel comfortable. The finance guys are even great. We are always happy! Go get you a Mazda!!!
I mostly come here to get my car worked on and get services completed on it. I am always treated with respect. They take very good care of me and ensure my car is in good running shape.
I trust Reliable Mazda to work on my car, they know my car and can and have taken care of all its needs, and they do it with care, and pride! Never over charged for services, and with the attention to detail they leave me feeling confident in what they say! Nobody knows more about your Mazda than these guys do so why trust anyone else? Thanks guys for all you do, your #1 in my book!
Do not take your car to this service department. My son took his 2004 Mazda 6 here today because the sunroof would not close, he took it there to have them close it because there is no manual way to close this particular one. He returned about 2 hours later with the sunroof still open and said they told him they could not close it, it needed a new motor, and charged him $100. I pulled it in my garage, we removed the sunroof motor, I bench tested the motor and it works fine, there is no power making it to the sunroof motor. Took me 15 minutes to close the sunroof by unplugging the motor, and jumping power to the contacts. This is a POOR excuse for a so called service department where trained technicians cannot close a sunroof and charge a 19 year old kid $100 and a backyard DIYer can do it in 15 minutes. I have bought 4 new cars in the past 5 years, none from here but will never buy a car or deal with this lot or service if this is how they treat their customers.
Called earlier today and spoke with a sweet young lady name Bailey? I think was her name. She was very knowledgeable in the questions I asked and had the answers I needed. She had a pleasant customer service voice. Will definitely be coming to get my car serviced soon. Seems like everything you need is in one place.
Several days ago I had service appointment for my Mazda. I had a problem getting to Reliable Mazda since there was roadwork (65S was closed). I am from AR. and do not know how to get around in Springfield. I called Reliable Mazda and Elijah Webb-Duff answered and stayed on the phone with me for 15 min. and helped me get through local roads to Reliable. Elijah was so patient with me and brought me right to the dealership. He is an exceptional person!!! Thank you, Elijah!!! Also, the service Dept. is awesome!!
I love bringing my car to Reliable Mazda to get serviced! Adam is extremely helpful and lets me know how the service went as well as what is recommended that needs done next. Everyone is always smiling and as nice as can be. And they will all go out of their way to help you. Thank you Adam and Jeff!!! Forever a customer here as long as I have my Mazda!
No one will answer the phone. This will be my 3rd appointment to fix the recall on the air bags and they call me 4 days before to tell me they can’t do it because they won’t have a Mazda tech there that day. Then why make the appointment 3 weeks ago and why not have anyone there to answer the phone to be able to reschedule again. The first time I called and confirmed a loaner car 4 times before we went, just one hour before said scheduled time and reassured there would be one to drive, 45 min there and was told you will have to wait in the lobby for 9 hours to get it fixed and there is no loaner. No one there could figure out who we talked to or admit to talking to us. ( So always get a name) Only Mazda place in the area and I haven’t had anything done there and already not empresses at all. So frustrating.
*Manager fixed issue that night after seeing the review.Would not recommend this place to even service your vehicle. Was promised a oil change special over the phone when the appointment was made. When I arrived they would not honor the special and told me I would have to pay even though it was promised when the appointment was made. After leaving a 1 star review that night at 545 a manager called me from this location that was unaware of the issue but had seen the review. He agreed to fix the problem and refund me and honor the special. I was impressed with his concern to fix the issue and he was very polite and apologized!
I recently took my car in for an oil change. I waited in the lobby for an hour for the work to be completed, to then drive home and to find a dent located in driver side door. I have been calling the dealership several times since this has happen (last Friday) only to be put on hold, transferred, hung up on, or to be called back. I waited 4 hours for a call back before I even attempted to call again to get told the gentleman I needed was on lunch and would call me back. Yet, another 3 hours went by without a call back. In fact one of the females that answered I believe her name was Alex or Alexis hung up on me yet again today. I was even told by one receptionist to just file it on my insurance. This is getting ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone, with this display of customer service.
Buy your car here but never ever let them actually work on your vehicles. This place will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Expect ridiculous prices such as $10 for a bolt you can get from O Reillys for a dollar. Do not come here unless you have a specific reason such as a warranty, these mechanics arent any better the guys changing oil at Walmart.
Great service, always had a great experience anytime Ive called up there. Alonso was able to find me the car that worked best for me and regularly checks up on me! My 2018 Mazda6 has been amazing! Great service and attention to detail so far! Highly recommend this dealership!
We had been to the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a new vehicle. The deal did not work for our needs at the time. Then, a few days ago the General Manager called me and wanted to know if they could try to figure out a solution to make the deal work. I said sure. A salesman called the next day and said that the GM had asked him to contact us. After that it was crickets. We decided to call the dealership back and find out the status . We were told that neither the GM or the salesman were available but, they would return our call. Several hours later still no callback. We then called back again and I spoke with the GM. He stated that he thought that the salesman was handling the situation. We said that no one had returned our call or been in contact since the original call with the GM. We said that the lack of communication in the dealership is apparent. He apologized. Due to complete and total lack of communication from the dealership I will not be doing business with The Reliable dealership period.
I went there to have my car serviced and the oil changed. They seem to make an effort to address the issues I had with my car but I got brushed off when I mentioned that the steering now vibrated at highway speeds after I got my car back. Driving home, first thing I see is that my steering wheel leather had damage to it that was not there before. Pretty hard to miss! I dont even understand how it would happen other than they were completely careless while working on my car. I am extremely disappointed and now wish Id gone to my regular dealership for service. This wasnt worth it.
Went in for a an oil change and tire rotation. You must be MASKED. They do have masks for you. Car was done in less than one hour with a full lobby of people waiting for their vehicles.
I brought my 2014 CX-5 in to get an oil change, wipers and to get a newly lit check engine light sorted out and wanted to share my experience. We were greeted by a friendly service staff near the Subaru service area- no Mazda specific service area exists, where we dropped the car off before closing time. The next morning the service manager called to tell us the oil change/wipers are done ($205) and to inform us on the check engine light scan. He said the small brake light switch malfunctioned and the part would be about $30 and some labor, pretty simple stuff. I agreed to the work and they called back about an hour later to say its ready to go. When we went to pick the vehicle up and pay I was shocked to see a $178 labor charge for the $30 switch which brought the quoted total from $205 to $375.Im overall disappointed by the lack of clear communication about project pricing. I understand that dealer servicing has a premium cost (Was $14 per wiper insert expensive? Yes.) but understanding that cost before committing to work being done is key to brand/dealer loyalty and customer service. The next servicing that needs to be done will happen at Don Wessel Honda with my Civic where up front pricing is provided before work is done.
You quoted me $1,100 on a repair for a part that cost me less than $1.00.I trusted you; I came back to you because I had great service in the past for recall repairs. I was even planning on trading this Mazda in to you. Normally, I would take this home to my dad to repair, but he just had a major surgery on his Achilles, making it very difficult for him to walk. I didn’t want to burden him with this. After receiving your quote, he insisted that I take it home to Kansas City.I came to you to repair my headlight since a bulb fix wouldn’t solve the problem. You called and told me it required an entire headlight assembly replacement due to parts “shorting” and “melting”. Even though I put in a new headlight assembly 14 months ago. I politely declined the repair, and my car was returned to me with the bulb thrown into the assembly (we had to remove the entire front bumper to fish it out because you didn’t put it back and you can imagine how painful this was for someone who just had surgery). After taking everything apart, you can imagine our frustration when we discovered it was the FUSE that was blown. Bought a whole package of them for $4 and I have 5 extra fuses now! Did you do this because I came to you as a single woman alone in your dealership? Tell me how anyone could trust you again after this.
Went to get a recall on my husbands truck fixed, made the appointment weeks ahead of time. Waited an hour After checking it in for the guy to come tell us they hadn’t even ordered the part despite knowing about it for weeks. Absolutely terrible service.
I was notified that a part for my car was due to be replaced because of a recall. When the part came in, I got a call from the service center to set up an appointment, which I did. When I came in for the appointment, they had no record of it. Adam, the service manager, was very gracious and was able to get me worked in despite their full schedule. They replaced the part and I was on my way in just over an hour. Thanks Reliable Mazda for your great customer service! Well definitely be back!
I did not buy my Mazda from Reliable however I have been using them for oil changes, service for about two years. Although I felt their prices were high, I always had good customer service from Adam and my service was timely. Today, it was a horrible experience. The oil change took 40 mins longer than previous ones, someone(not Adam) came out to confront me about items needing to be fixed and even accusing me of deferring critical items that needed to be fixed for close to a year (not true and keep all my paperwork). It was a very high pressure sales situation advising me I needed to spend over $2,000 on a car that only has 55,000 miles. (used words like fail and critical) Wont be back.
Travis and the guys in the Mazda service did a great job taking care of my Honda Odyssey! They replaced a headlight and taillight for me and I got to borrow a car all day so I could still run errands and go to lunch instead of sitting there waiting. Thanks you for making it easy to get service on my car!
All personnel were pleasant and easy to work with. Very disappointed in the interior appearance of car. The interior was not detailed like you would of thought for selling a used car. It was almost like they just got it in and here I come along wanting to buy it. The did take it back and vacuum and washed and wiped down the interior but it still needs to be detailed better!
Our salesman,Ben,was very knowledgeable about the Mazda products. He was very thorough and helpful in making sure we knew about all the features in our new vehicle. This wasnt our first experience with Reliable Mazda. They met all of our needs last time we dealt with them. Thats why we returned this time and they didnt disappoint. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!! Youll see us again soon!!
I had a great experience at Reliable Mazda. Daniel Holland was my salesperson. He didn’t push us. He let us take our time in looking. He was so helpful in answering all our questions and in helping us get a great deal on a new Mazda. If you’re looking for a great buying experience go to Reliable Mazda and go see Daniel.
I just called yesterday and they got me in today for a warranty service. I was extra grateful on how quick they were to get me in as well as getting me a different time at the last second. Every person there was helpful getting me to where I needed to be. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They did a complete inspection of my car and told me what I needed replaced for my safety. They even washed inside and out of my Mazda as well without no extra charges. Very pleased with the crew at Reliable Mazda!
We got our Mazda this week! We had an awesome sales man Nathaniel. He was amazing, very specific of all the details of the car. He was just different then all the other sales men we have dealt with. We would definitely recommend to a friend and return in the future!!!!
The sales manager is possibly the most dishonorable and dishonest man Ive ever met. After presenting us with a ridiculous offer we spent hours negotiating the offer for the trade in and the sales price. Unbeknownst to the sales manager I had looked at the price they were advertising online prior to the negotiation. After their last final offer on day one it still wasnt to the online price. I gave them another day, they called and offered another price, still higher than they were advertising online. On day three when I went in and asked why we werent offered his dealerships online price for the exact same car, he straight up lied and said it had been changed that day, when I showed proof that it had been that price all along he straight up denied it, eventually claiming he must have read it wrong. Yet even after all that he still refused to apologize for lying about the lowest possible offer. In fact, he told us the higher price (not the lower price offered online) was forcing him to take a loss on the car. The salesman was great, but his manager who is in charge of the final price, cannot be trusted. If youre set on buying a Mazda then Id suggest doing it at a different dealership. Remember, youre not just buying a car, youre buying a relationship with the dealership for the life of the car. Do you want a relationship with someone that will lie to your face?
Last year I bought a 2018 CX-5, and I love it! However this review is not about the car, it’s about the service dept. I have always said service after the sale is more important than the sale! I have dealt with Adam on the last two visits and let me say the service is top shelf! For example today I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was paying for the oil change Adam said there was a recall about to be released so I just took care of it now so you don’t have to come back. Both visits the car has been thoroughly inspected as my daughter drives it mostly so I review the paperwork in detail! Also just so you know when I purchased the Mazda there was an issue with my purchase, but after seeing how the service dept treats me I don’t even think about the hiccup I experienced when I bought it. As a matter of fact I got my eye on the Mazda 3. Thanks Adam.
We just moved to Springfield, Missouri to be near our family. We stopped in for a visit at Reliable Imports, to say hello to our son Nathanael, who is a sales person there. After talking with him and listening to Nathanaels vast knowledge of Mazda, We are now the proud owners of a beautiful soul red Mazda 3.! My favorite color.! We LOVE IT.!!!
Ben Bowden was a fantastic sales associate! He allowed us the time to make a decision on our vehicle; was not pushy at all. He helped with deciding what our needs and wants were out of a vehicle. Very friendly and down to earth! Stayed in touch over a week while doing our own homework. I would definitely buy a vehicle from him again!
I purchased a vehicle from Reliable Mazda in 2013. When I purchased it, there were no floor mats, the CD player did not work, and it only came with one key. These were all things I noticed after I signed the contract and got the car home or shortly thereafter. They refused to make any of them right. I could purchase a new key from them, but it was going to be almost $490 after I got it programmed. Since then, I have put 40,000 miles on the vehicle and am on my 4th set of CV joints. The first two were replaced under warranty, but I now have to replace them again, and I am out of luck because I no longer am covered. I will add when they repaired them the last time, they assembled my brakes incorrectly leaving huge grooves in my rotors in just one day.The service is terrible. I have called multiple times trying to get a hold of someone in the service department, and each time leave a message only to have to call back hours later when Ive heard nothing back.I will never again purchase a vehicle from here and will certainly not have my vehicle serviced by Reliable anymore. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here against it as well.
Want to deal with shady managers who are out to get you? Call Reliable Mazda today! A place where the manager will call and blame you for their awful service.I walked in ready to sign on the dotted line...It wasnt going to be any easier....They couldnt close the deal.STAY AWAY
Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time and gave them the recall number/info on part that needed to be replaced. Day of appointment I waited an hour for them to tell me they hadnt ordered the part, wouldnt buy a car here if toy expect any type of service adc terwards.
Josh and Landon at Reliable Mazda made our car buying experience a pleasurable one. Josh helped us compare models and select the best fit for our growing family. We were able to get a great deal and it was a very efficient process. They made us feel like friends rather than customers simply out to buy a car. This is now our second Mazda and likely not our last.
I recently purchased a miata here, and the experience was nothing but positive! Alonso went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and was even willing to personally deliver the car to me in Branson at the end of the workday. Highly recommended!
I was looking at possibly needing a bigger vehicle and my dad has owned Mazda’s in the past so I headed up to the dealership. I was instantly greeted and got to talking to Daniel Holland about my options. He showed me the CX9, we went for a test drive and oh wow that thing is so much fun! Daniel was very knowledgeable, let me take my time and try out all the features. He listened to my request to not be forced for a purchase today and wasn’t too pushy, when I’m ready I already know where I’ll be going. Thank you everyone at Mazda!
We had a great experience at Reliable Mazda. No hard sales pitch but everyone was very knowledgeable! I called and they had a car warmed up when I got there for a demo drive. Negotiated a fair price which was hassle free and Ben Bowden, the sales specialist, and Dewey Cloud, the finance manager, were very helpful!Great Experience,Joe: A new Mazda M6 owner
Very good customer service. They get you a ride anywhere while you wait on your car
Called the service department about a plug in the back of my factory stereo because I wanted to plug something into it. He said he didnt know what the plug in the back of my Mazda factory stereo was for or how to activate that port. I kindly asked him if anyone else would know and he said he didnt have time to find out. So essentially he doesnt know his own product and I was not worth his time to find out. So, maybe when I am ready to buy another car, since Mazda service doesnt know their own product and doesnt feel I am worth the time to find out, I wont take any time considering Mazda as a viable option. A better response would have been, I appreciate your loyalty to the Mazda brand, but unfortunately I am not familiar with that port and its function. However, I have a staff member that might be more apt to help. Let me give him this information and when he is available, have him call you back.
Nate Richard and the rest of the staff we dealt with were the most knowledgeable and helpful sales personal weve had the pleasure of working with in a long time. The CX-5 we purchased is more and more enjoyable with each drive either local and highway. Only complaint is with Mazda Marketing and not Reliable Mazda, being Active Duty Military retired and a Veteran I feel their advertised military discount is very misleading to the point of being virtually non-existent.Mike & Sally W.
Alonso was great and very knowledgable and helpful! Looking forward to enjoying our new Mazda6. Thank you!!!
This place is amazing. Daniel holland for the new car side was very helpful. Hes awesome
I have not had a new car for many years and had major anxiety! Ben and his manager, Aaron, were wonderful to me! Ben took the time to work with me and was not pushy - he really understood my situation and did everything to get me what I wanted in my budget. I liked that he was available for all my questions and took my car buying anxiety away! I love my CX-5 and my salesman! Very satisfied with whole experience!
I’m happy with the work done on my car over the past 4 years. However, lately I’ve had many issues scheduling appointments online and messages to the parts department not being returned. I was told by multiple staff members (once I went in person to schedule service) to not use the online system to contact them because it did not work very well. I don’t know if I will be going back to Reliable Mazda for service because it is so difficult to get ahold of the staff there.
Very helpful and insightful on the cars. Willing to work with you. Daniel Holland helped in being able to find a car that was suited to what was looking for.
Drove 100 miles to look at a used truck yesterday, truck was close to the condition as described, but not exactly. Test, drove and liked the truck, had them appraise my truck, which I felt was a bit low, but which dealership isnt. I wanted a ballpark on payments, and told them my credit will be over a 750, they said they couldnt, just gave a general rate to base it off of 7.99%. So, I agree to fill out a credit app, because I know my credit and have a general idea what it is, score was over well over what I had estimated, so they come back with the exact same 7.99% as quoted before, I filled out the app. I ask whats the deal, why dont you have a better idea on what my rate will be, 7.99% is 5% higher than anything I have financed. He proceeded to tell me it usually goes down when you go to the back and fill out the finance paperwork. Im very confused as this point, Ive bought 3 trucks and 1 new SUV over the past 5 years, every time, you fill out the app, they get the rates and payments figured, before I go fill out finance paperwork, but apparently not here. At this point Ive almost spent 2 hrs here and I need to leave, they tell me theyll get the rates and payments figured and call me, this is at noon. I wait all day, hear nothing, wait another half a day. So, I check their inventory online, only to find out they sold the truck out from under me, without, so much as phone call or text messages, to give me a chance to purchase the truck. Im not mad about the 100 mile drive, that was my choice, but having my credit pulled for no reason, wasting 2hrs of my time at the dealership, and never being offered a chance to buy the truck, really makes my blood boil. I figured since I couldnt even get a courtesy phone call, I will post my review to any and every online review option, that is available. So, I can to try a keep a few more people away from this dealership. In the response to the dealer:Fact: At 0%, the payment would of been $15, dollars less than I currently, so thats a lie. Apparently, you need to check your facts. You say you want to stay within a person budget: You pulled my credit and never showed me what my payment could be, all I said was, my current payment is x, if you can get it there Ill be back tonight. Never did I say, if you cant get it down to my current payment, I wont buy it.Fact: I was prepared to increase my payment some, but you never offered me a chance to find out, on what it would be. You absolutely wasted my time, and lowered my score, you pulled it to do nothing with it!
Got to roll out in the CX-9 on Saturday thanks to Daniel Holland! While the drivers cockpit (it really is) is a little cramped for larger folk like me, it rode smooth. The HUD was a pretty cool feature. Im not one to count fast as a feature on a car, but it has it if you want it.
I was late and they were cool about it. They got my car serviced quickly and explained everything they did. Overall I was happy with my experience.
This was the best time i ever had buying a new car!Very friendly people too deal with!Thank you.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in estimated time. All of my questions were answered. This has always been a good customer experience for me.
Stereotypical car salesmen: way too pushy, tried too hard to sell us something we didnt ask for. Also tried to convince us the overall price of the vehicle didnt matter, just the monthly payments. Nice try, but never coming back!
The people at Mazda were very helpful, working to get my car done quickly. I was here for a couple recalls, and I wasnt disappointed. Ill be coming back.
My husband and I were interested in a smaller suv and wanted to check out the Mazda CX3. We had a not so great experience at another dealership (diff brand) and when we got to Mazda, they were amazing! They knew the different car types inside and out, and you could tell that they believe in their brand. I would definitely recommend trying out Mazda, or at least test driving one from Reliable Mazda. They will help you in any way and treat you like family!
Bought my 3 here and always have it serviced here also. I am treated great every time!
Bought my first brand new car there in December and was a little nervous but product specialist Dalton Battles was easy to work with and answered any questions I had. I had a mazda for 12 years prior to getting my new car and have always been happy with mazda as a whole. He has called to check up several times since Ive brought my car home and even called to wish me a happy birthday. The service team is easy to talk to and the financial/loan officer was also friendly and willing to answer questions. I would recommend Reliable Mazda to anyone looking to be part of the Mazda family.
Great car buying experience, Elliot was extremely helpful.
I originally purchased my Mazda CX-7 from this dealership. However, I walked away feeling pushed into buying it there on the spot and just with a bad taste in my mouth. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car and it’s been over ten years and is still running great.Fast forward to today, a big black plate under my vehicle became disconnected on one side and was dragging on the ground. I couldn’t reach it and was close to the dealership so I stopped by ...and couldn’t be more pleased! One of their service men put my car up, replaced the screw or whatever, and told me I didn’t need a replacement because it wasn’t badly damaged. (Apparently when I got an inspection an a different shop they didn’t replace all the screws.)The guys didn’t charge me and were honest. There are good people in the world! 🙏I will be back to Mazda for future oil changes and inspections.
Awsome service so far
I had a number of poor experiences in the past when buying a car. Ben B and the staff made this experience far more enjoyable. I received a very good deal on a great car (CX-5). Thanks!
We just left another dealership in another town, because the first two salespeople dd not know their product. We went to Reliable Mazda (Springfield, MO) next and met Nathanael. He not only knew the answer to our Miata horsepower question correctly, but went into hp:weight ratio right away. Immediately we knew we found the right person. This is our 3rd Miata.Nathanael and the staff at Reliable know their business and they earned ours. This is our first car from them, but not our last.
Thanks to Reliable Mazda & Daniel Holland I was able to buy a Mazda 3 for the first time. Loving the car.
Went in and talked with Daniel he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Along with the manager Nate it made the shopping experience more enjoyable.
I use to be able to call and get an appointment. Now they have a call center that hangs up on you and transfers you to many different people. Unfortunately I dont have much time on my hands and make my appointments while drive. I cannot give them my vehicle vin number while driving. I dont understand when I bought the car there and they told me I needed new tires, why that information is not kept in my records and I would have to talk to parts department first and have my vin number in order to recieve service. I just made appointment else where. Dont think I will be going back to Reliable Mazda since it is to difficult to make an appointment now. Update: I did recieve a call from Adam this morning. He took care of everything, so I could get my tires replace without hassle. Thank you Adam!
I love my CX-9. TJ was super easy to work with. Really nice and professional young man
Hey these guys are great.
Had my car serviced today and they went above and beyond to get me in early and did a great job. Thank you Reliable Mazda
Spent 2 hours looking at 1 car and they still would not give me a price for my trade in. a huge waste of my day. do not try to trade in on a used car.also the car i was looking at had problems and instead of fixing it they just sold it to someone else...Had to call them to get a trade in value on my car only $500My new tires cost more than that. I even showed them the price of the tires.Look at the other reviews they never respond to the bad ones.Likely the employee family fill the good ones out..
Great salesmen great atmosphere would buy a few cars here if I could.
The sales team, and specifically the Sales Manager, at Reliable Mazda are perfect representatives of an outstanding product! They were personable and trustworthy. Ben Bowden knows his stuff and it was clear he knows his cars!! We really appreciated the transparency we found in negotiating for our new CX5. Anyone looking for a vehicle here should feel confident they will be treated kindly!
I left my non running cx7 with Adam. They fixed several recalls, very helpful. But I was called to pick up my running vehicle, it made it 2 blocks and had to be towed. Back at the dealership, awaiting diagnostics.
My wife and I came here yesterday and purchased a new CX-5. Prior to this we had stopped at several other dealers looking for a crossover style vehicle. The reason we had left those those other dealers is the same reason we stuck around at Mazda, the people. We worked with Ace and he admitted to us that he was new. Knowing that, I knew he wouldn’t have an answer for every question I had. I can respect anyone in sales that admits they don’t know everything but can go and get an answer. Between Ace and the team that supports him (Nathan, Christina and Mark) they were able to answer all of our questions and give us a great experience. In short: If you want to buy a car you can go anywhere, if you a no pressure buying experience take a hard look at the folks at Mazda.
T.J. Bayer and his business manager did a great job in helping us with our purchase of a Mazda MX-5 from Springfield Reliable Mazda. We are very pleased with their service!
I initially contacted Reliable Mazda via email and they promptly answered my questions unlike any other dealerships I had contacted. On arrival Ben Bowden promptly introduced himself to my wife and I. We wanted to see the Mazda CX-5 touring package and he had us on a test drive within minutes. He was very professional and allowed the vehicle to sell itself, without hassling us. Overall I found this dealership professional and flexible enough to meet our needs.
Reliable Mazda was prompt and their service on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. Im grateful for all their assistance.
Horrible customer service from Reliable Mazda and Mazda Corporate. My 2016 Mazda CX-5 has stranded us 3 times in 3 months. The first issue was engine issue and the other two times had to do with fuel line detaching. No one from Reliable Mazda ever reached out to us. We felt this issue needed to be escalated, so I tried calling Craig Reiserer and left 2 or 3 messages explaining issue...he never returned our calls. Every time we talked to Adam, service manager, I am pretty sure he was playing Candy Crush while on phone with us...Lots of hmms...yeahs....oks. They never took responsibility and stated Mazda Corporate sent bad seals when they fixed the fuel line issue the second time. In the end, Mazda Corporate offered us a 100k mile extended warranty and $1000 off a new Mazda....1) How does the extended warranty help me in the moment that I am stranded on side of road? 2) The $1000 off doesnt even cover sales tax. 3) If I am going to pay for a new car, why on earth would I buy from the same manufacturer that screwed us in first place?? Thanks, but no thanks, Reliable Mazda. If negative stars were option, I would choose it.
I got an oil change, the people are always nice and helpful.
Great service and great people to deal with! Love my new Hyundai purchased there and was a great experience dealing with Springfield Hyundai!
I purchased my Mazda 2014 at Joe Machens Mazda in Columbia, Mo. I live in the Springfield area and thought Reliable Mazda would be a great place to service my Mazda. I like to give people opportunities to make things right if a first time doesnt work out so good. Reliable Mazda is a very clean and seemingly friendly place to have my car serviced, of which Ive had them do 4 times now. When i purchased my car in Columbia i also purchased the 3rd party 100,000 mile or 48 month warranty. I have had my Mazda for 1 - 1/2 years and the door lock actuator has been whining when it locks or unlocks for a year now. I asked Adam at Reliable Mazda about it and gave him the number to call to check on the warranty. He said he would call me back when he found out something and did not. The next time i went in for service i asked him about it and he said he couldnt get a hold of anybody. A few months later i called Joe Machens Mazda to see how to get this fixed. They assured me i had the right number for the warranty information. I even called the company and talked to them personally - very friendly and helpful with less than a minute wait time. I called Reliable Mazda again just to verify they had the right number. Someone at the front desk left a message with Adam in the Service Center to call me back and i also left the number for the warranty information. I have still yet to get a call back from Reliable Mazda. The sad part to me is there is not another Mazda dealer close to have Mazda service done. I love my Mazda but very disappointed with Reliable Mazda at this time. They have given good service for regular service but i feel like im getting the run around on the warranty and not sure why.
My wife and I worked with TJ and Nathanael on a CX-5. We worked out a number we agreed upon but didn’t buy that day so we could think about it at home. Not long after we left, Nathanael informed me they had made a mistake and sent me the corrected offer. In the confusion of paperwork on multiple vehicles, they accidentally applied a discount that wasn’t intended. The corrected offer was a fair amount more than we had agreed on; however, the people at Reliable Mazda honored their first offer on an already greatly discounted vehicle. They were apologetic for their mistake and friendly throughout the whole process. I’d highly suggest them.
We purchased a CX-5 from Daniel Ericsson last Saturday. He was easy to work with. We were able to purchase our vehicle with no hassles and he made negotiating as painless as possible. We had an excellent experience and will be considering the dealership for future needs.
Nate was great and showed me everything I needed to know, and will help me if I forget!
(Note)This is an edit of my first review which was alot more heated up.They called and apologized to me over what happened and my experience at the dealership. That took an awfull lot so thank you Anthony. Im still not happy with my experiance but it all turned out alright. They are not the worst dealer in springfield.Their used car lot is a bit on the high price of the books. I did not like their back and forth style with their negotiations. Oh let me go talk to my manager. I gotta check with the cowboy. No you dont. You know the max you will give me before i try to leave. Just be upfront and work the deal without cowboy.Over all i might give them another shot in the future. Probably on the new side though. *COUGH* MX5 *COUGH*
I took my car here to have the faulty air bag replaced and they told me the service was done. A few months later they call back and said they never replaced the airbag and we need to reschedule and bring the car back. Unbelievable! I would not recommend taking your car here, because they dont mind lying about services that werent done.
My salesperson Ben Bowden did a fantastic job explaining all the features of the vehicle I was interested in. Ultimately, I purchased a Mazda 3, which Reliable Mazda and Ben made sure that I received the best deal for my trade-in and the best deal on my Mazda 3!
Ive been using this dealership since 2000 and have had really good experiences with both servicing and sales. Dan Inz is the best mechanic Ive ever used, Jason Gaddy, my adviser of choice for years, was exceptional but he moved to RVs. Since replacing Jason, Cody Ballay has been outstanding. He gets it in as scheduled (or earlier), keeps me informed of the status, and gets out at the promised time. Mazda is a really great car (Ive owned them since 1983), and the servicing cant be beat.
Best priced new 2018 Mazda 3 on the market. Couldn’t be happier.
We had a great experience!! I love my new CX-5!!
Had to bring the car in for some recall work. Work was done as promised but I had to call to find out if the work was done. They were busy that day.
Never buy from these people when you have a problem you call and you always get unfortunately we cant help you. They are a bunch of low lifes!
Crappy service! 1/2 hr on the phone with 5 different people and still no answer to my question. 1st), 27-30 rings before my call was answered, 2nd) First lady to answer the phone was rude and hate full. First she wanted to play 20 questions with me and not transfer me to the person I knew I needed to talk to. She ended up dumping my call in someones mailbox. 3rd) Second lady transferred me to the wrong department and then my call was lost... 4th) On the 3rd phone call I finally got to talk to the person I needed to, but he really wasnt in charge of what was going on and he had to ask another person... 5th) Come to find out my part is still not even ordered after 3 months. I think anyways, because now am waiting on a return call from another person...
Our new Mazda CX5 is our fourth new Mazda purchased and eighth Mazda over all since 1988 and two kids. Absolutely great vehicles. Before we purchased our CX5 we went and drove the Honda CRV and Ford Escape. Pretty much from the start of driving the Maxda CX5 it was evident that the CX5 was the better choice. More room, especially for the front seat passenger, better seating and just an all around joy to drive and ride in.Ben Bowden was referred to us and was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable on the equipment and kept in touch before and after the sale. He will take good care of you!I currently have a 2000 model Mazda B3000 with 216000 plus miles that I purchased new. I hope Mazda will get back in the truck production by the time I need to replace mine.
One of the worst places to get serviced! If you are a new car owner and are looking for information go somewhere where they care about you and your car.
