Fantastic experience! Most Hassle free buying experience to date. True professionals. Ron Jones (sales) 10 out of 10! Met every expectation of ours. Richard Broom (finance) 10 out of 10! Great to deal with! The only not 10/10 would be detail on the vehicle, would give that a 7 out of 10.This will be the first place I go when looking for our next new vehicle!
Purchased a 2021 VW ID.4 through them. Process was very smooth. With so few cars available right now, it was a pleasant surprise to get a text from them letting me know what was available. Thank you, JR, John, and Bill! Our family will be back whenever we need another new VW!
Great team made me feel very welcome and got me into the car I wanted. I’m so happy with my choice highly would recommend them
My car was at their shop for 6 weeks. I asked them to take care of two things: my ignition cylinder lock and my AC. They only looked at my ignition and didnt even touch my AC. Very disappointed. Communication is also very poor. I talked with 3 different people and none of them could give me any information regarding time frames. Only reason to come here is because no one else will touch VW engines where I live.
My car has been in the shop at Napleton VW Springfield for a month, I received a call that my car was ready and was so excited to be back in my car only to have it delivered absolutely disgusting with cracks in the windshield that weren’t there previously! Really!!!! This is what is paid $500 for!?!?!?I have ALWAYS wanted a Volkswagen but after this experience I don’t think I will EVER own another one
Sam was an amazing sales person at Napleton in Springfield. Highly professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares and wants to give the best service and help to his prospects and clients.Highly recommend speaking to Sam and let him help you with your next car purchase !You will love his service and recommendations.
Ron Jones and Bill Hall did Everything they could to get me in the car I wanted. It was amazing and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Volkswagen... thanks guys 10 stars wouldnt be enough. They made it Quick and easy, inside was clean and comfortable and I think I got an amazing deal... happy birthday to me!!!Edit 5 months on...I had a couple minor issues with cosmetic and radio things with my car and Ron took care of it with no hassle. Will continue to go back here... never had such professional and courteous service.
One of the better experiences Ive had purchasing a vehicle.
Had a really good experience buying a vehicle from them. John Bradley is an exceptional salesman. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car. He took his time and made sure to work out a deal that worked for me. Richard Broom handled the finance and put no pressure to finance through them but eventually he was able to get me a better rate than I already had from my credit union so I did end up financing through them.No extra/hidden charges were added either. He took his time to make sure we knew exactly what we were paying for and how much we were paying.I drove there from pretty far away and the week leading up to the visit, John did his best to help me get all the info I needed and offered to go out of his way to make it easier for me. Also, they both stayed almost 2 hours after closing time on a Saturday night to help close the deal. Thanks for making it so easy guys. 10/10 would recommend.
The team at Napleton are always top notch! Highly recommend them your next car purchase!
JR was awesome. JR was able to do a dealer trade quickly to ensure the model and color what we wanted was available quickly!
Bought our Toyota 4runner here about 2 weeks ago and couldnt be more happy with our purchase. We worked with Bradley and he was friendly and helpful to give us all he knew about the vehicle and anything he wasnt positive about he was willing to look up. Bradley could have had us in and out in an hour if it wasnt for our bank/financier holding things up.Will definitely be telling people about this dealership
What a fantastic organized efficient and pleasant experience purchasing my 2014 Honda Odyssey. The experience couldnt have been any better I want to thank Mr. Bill Hall and Mr. Claud Thomas, for a smooth efficient squared away process love my new van. Thanks again Napleton Volkswagen.- Semper Fidelis
This review is for the service department. I found the service representatives to be friendly and helpful. They were in no way pushy for extra service repairs. I brought my GTI in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I inquired about some warranty work in the interior of my vehicle. Cosmetic work only. They approved my request and fixed the issue that day. They also notified me that the dealer had thrown in a free 40,000 mile service when I bought the car. They could have charged me and I would not have known the difference. This is the most honest dealer I have encountered in town and highly recommend. My last car was a much more expensive brand and their service was horrible. Good job Napleton.
Sales team is pretty good, service department is pretty good. As with everything theres always room for improvement.
Sam is the man! Get that quality, luxury vehicle you want for a fair price from this guy. He’ll take great care of you.
Sam is an amazing salesman! I highly recommend you go see him! He will treat you right and get you in the best vehicle for you and your budget! I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have been extremely satisfied
I highly recommend asking for Sam if you are looking here! The professional courtesy and extra mile he goes to help his people is beyond next level! I love the relationship he builds even after you purchase from him!
Theyre are pretty good guys there
My wife and I purchased a new vehicle a month ago and have a question about the title. We have both called and emailed multiple times without a response from the financial representative or the representative responsible for the titling process. Very disappointed. Especially after my wife was promised by the receptionist she would personally take care of the situation. They didn’t seem to have any trouble calling us back before we decide to purchase the vehicle through them???
I don’t write reviews. I typically just go about my business and just live my life, but my goodness. This service department just does not communicate. Nobody called to schedule my service appointment when my parts came in..... I had to call. Estimated it would take 3-4 hours. Had my car there an hour before my 8:30 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. I hadn’t heard from anyone all day. Call at 2:45 to verify my car was done and they said it wouldn’t be done until 5. Absolutely unacceptable. A simple phone call with an update would have been great! I’m very confident my car didn’t get started until way after appointment time which is very upsetting. A coworker took time off work to take me there to pick it up and I felt horrible when my car wasn’t even done. People have to make plans and we do have lives to live. So a little more respect and communication for your customers would be a great thing for your service team to learn.
One star because I have no choice. This is the worst place Ive ever worked for. I made a mistake by associating myself with Napleton Volkswagen of Springfield. I wouldnt buy a car from them if it was the last place on earth. They spray paint used cars floor mats, wheel wells, if you only knew thats nothing compared to what Ive seen them do. Slapping bandages on new car problems, they dont follow Covid protocol at all. They discriminate against people with disabilities and race. Stay away from them they would do anything to screw the customer over that benefits them. Dont give your hard earned money to people like this they dont care about you.
Ron and Bill were great to work with! Highly recommend-no pressure, friendly, and excellent customer service.
Sam Corsolini is awesome! Buying a car is always a nerve wracking experience, and you never know what to expect. Sam makes you feel at ease and guided me thru the whole process! Beyond excited for my new car! Lifetime customer for sure!
Buying a car can be stressful, but Sam Corsolini takes the stress out of it. He’s fun, knowledgeable and not pushy. Napleton hit the jackpot when they got Sam!
When you’re dealing for a new car go see Sam at the dealership he does a great job I bought plenty of cars from Sam and I will continue buying cars from him.
People are nice. Toke them 4 months to fix my car i was told I couldnt get a loaner car for 2 months then out of nowhere I was told I could get one. Why? Im un sure. Wjat I do know is NO ONE WEARS A MASK. We are in a pandemic and this hole place dose not believe whats going on in the world at the moment

Sam Corsolini is amazing! Super down to earth, empathetic, and undrstanding.I would highly recommend visiting him about a new vehicle!
I absolutely love working with Sam for my auto purchase he is great looking for thw best auto to fit my needs. Thank you Sam for everything.
Brought my car in and the staff is abhorrent! Rude and not helpful. Knew I was waiting in the lobby and didn’t come to find me when car was finished or page. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend this service department ever.
I had an issue with a service advisor, but the service manager, Derek, was incredibly pleasant and did everything within his power to make sure that we left happy with our experience. Derek single-handedly changed a one-star experience into a five-star experience and he will be the reason I return to this Volkswagen dealership in the future.
Always excellent and friendly service!
Feels like the old bait and switch they are listing cars that they dont have or cant find but want o show you other cars, shameful and bs, they still havent taken down the the car that supposedly sold the night before. You only responded about one vehicle you are still advertising, what about the others
Scheduled warranty work and also a loaner vehicle. Brought the car in on scheduled day. Waited 2 hours for the loaner that was suppose to be there to find out they didn’t have one. Wasted half of a day sitting at the dealer to take my car with a clogged dpf filter back out of the shop not fixed.
I had a really technical question that has a hard to explain answer and Andrew from service was nothing short of extremely helpful. Got me all the answers I needed, took the time to explain them, and was very kind about it! Highly recommend seeing him in service for your car needs!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! My husband made an appt to take my car in for an oil change. The appointment was at 12:30 and my car wasnt finished until 3..This is simply unacceptable. I have never waited so long for a simple oil change. They had no excuses and wouldnt say what was taking so long. Just left him waiting. They did not even apologize or try to make it right. Why even bother with making an appt when it is still going to take all day?
Ran out of gas in front this business was a good date though
I love my dealer. Always answers my questions and gets me in and out as quickly as they can.
The most horrible customer service I have ever received. I will never be bringing my car here again. Took the car in for a diagnosis on a broken gas cap cover that was a result of a Volkswagen issue, not related to anything I did to break it, and a broken taillight. Signed an estimate for $200 which I though was extremely high, and waited over two hours, with no one updating me on the problem. Had to go up to an associate at this point and he basically told me what I already knew, that it was broken and raised the estimate up $100. I walked out of the place paying the estimate price with my gas cap cover still being broken. You would think that they would respect their customers and not charge them all this money for something they didnt even fix. I wish I never brought my car in cause I would have saved myself $200 that was spent on two hours sitting in their lobby. Literally left the place feeling like I was robbed. Called customer service the next day and they did absolutely nothing to help, and it is horrible to think that I spent all this money on a part that doesnt even need to be fixed to make the car run. The customer service representative basically agreed with me that I was ripped off by them but refused to do anything to help me. Thanks Napleton!
I had difficulty finding the correct part for my 2004 vw Tdi. 1.9 liter engine. After several wrong parts, the parts girl went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at Napleton vw. Cudos to parts Dept.ThanksEdgar Gregg
Bought a car this past weekend from Jake and it was the easiest experience Ive ever had. From the moment I showed up at the dealership I said I had been looking at a certain one online and from there another car wasnt even mentioned.Jake was extremely polite and informed me almost none of the salesmen work off commission, which was a huge plus for me.I walked in not expecting to buy a car that day but after looking at all everything and discussing the warranties Volkswagen offered, it was a no brainer for me to buy one.Financing was another highlight of the process, which Rich helped me out with. From the moment I got there to when I walked out with keys was under 3 hours.Everyone was super friendly and I would not recommend looking anywhere else if you are wanting to buy a car!
I bought my lime gold 2014 981 Cayman S from here. Even though I’m from Florida, Mike and his team made the car buying process incredibly easy and hassle free. Mike even personally met me halfway between in Birmingham to deliver the vehicle. I’m loving everyday with my new Cayman and I’m looking forward to enjoying it for a very long time. Thank you so much for selling me my first Porsche. I can’t recommend them enough.
Went in to pick up a part they were really slow no one was at the counter people walked past me no one asked that I need help or had I been assisted the sign for the bill was kind of unless you were looking directly at the register you would have never seen it I didnt
Walked out from buying a car
Great customer service and easy buying experience. Good pricing and easy to work with staff.
Great service and was able to fit me in for an urgent service, even though they had no openings for a week. Great new building as well.
For the third time, my wife and I looked at other dealerships, and ALL of them, looking at you Corwin Dodge and Youngblood Kia, low-balled us on our trade, big time... By like 3k+. Ron Jones at Napleton made it happen. I dont know why we even step foot at another dealership anymore. Napleton is the only choice.
Ive only used them for a recall but it was totally straight forward. Team was really great to work with. Would recommend just on that. Would have been nice to have had the car ran through the carwash they have? But thats a small complaint.
Clean friendly shuttle to anywhere you need to go. Shuttle driver friendly as well
I had came here for years for oil changes, however, in the last year my experience with services were bad. First, last December I went in for just an oil change and basic inspections. When I went to pay for my oil change they mentioned that they could change my spark plugs for an extra hundred something dollars. When I asked if it was due time they said no, that it could wait and that it wasn’t critical. Less than a week later my car broke down out of state. I had a shop look at it and they said my spark plugs were completely destroyed and that they were to be changed a long time ago. It was an easy fix. Fast forward 6 months, my car started to shut off at random times while driving so I took it here to get it looked at because other mechanics couldn’t diagnose it. Apparently my engine harness went out and they charged me $1200 to fix it. I followed through because I trusted them and they said after that fix my car passed its other inspections. A month later my car started to malfunction again while driving so I took it in hoping it would be a related issue from the previous fix so I wouldn’t get charged. Apparently my oil separator broke and a bunch of other codes were failing and that my car wasn’t safe to drive. They were going to charge me another $1200 to fix this. I told them I couldn’t afford this due to paying for my last fix. It was clear I was stressed with the financial burden and not having a car to get to work or school, then had the nerve to say I should try to get financed through them for a new car since mine was causing so many issues in the last year. I looked at them like they were crazy. If I can’t afford a fix, how could I afford a new car payment and the only times I had issues was after I placed my car in their care! I took my car elsewhere for a quote. Turns out it was less than a $600 easy fix. You’re paying more for labor than the actual issue. I thought it was odd too that when I get fixes, something breaks shortly after a “good inspection” Don’t come here first, go elsewhere unless you have no other choice. I did some investigating and a friend of my mother’s use to work for this dealership and he said he left because they would screw over customers and that they took advantage of me because I’m a young college girl who has no clue on how cars work. I’m over it. This place sucks.
Definitely would recommend Ron if anyone needs a car he will definitely help you out and would go above and beyond to get you the car you want! Ron was great with helping us going through paper work and getting the price and the car we wanted, would say 5 out of 5 for him. If you need a car definitely stop by and ask for Ron!
Crazy place, won’t ever go again. Super expensive diagnostics rate. Schedules an appointment but don’t have the parts. Avoid this place…
First off, I proud of myself for writing over 30 Google reviews, because I think it is important to share my experiences with other customers. I believe my reviews are fair and generally positive. For the business I reviewed as negative, some of them already out of business.Anyway, let me start by saying it is difficult to have a complete satisfaction with car dealers. But I would give John, the internet sales person a five star out of five. John works hard, he is always there with me for my car shopping, but without making me feel that he is pushing me. He gave me important information, but ultimately respect my decision making power. I have wonderful experiences with John.Folks, if you shop for a Volkswagen, you need to give John a call, he will take care of you, one way or another. At the very least, you would go away with lots of information and a feeling of being respected.
Absolutely awful to deal with i was sold a car with wheel locks on it. Now that I need to change a tire the dealer has no idea where the key to unlock the lugs are and was told that its not their problem. Id avoid at all costs, out to make a sale and nothing more. Jake Riess the sales rep, was all about selling the car and as soon as I had an issue with not having the key he had an attitude and a not his problem mentality
Never will I ever buy another car from this dealership. New ownership is horrible. I bought a 100,000 warranty, I have 20,000 left. To get my AC looked at I will have pay $300 for the hook up. Getting it fixed is free. I must pay $300 for it to be free. NEVER again. Robert Reeves once a customer.
I went in to have a look at the 718 GTS, unfortunately nothing in a 6-speed manual at the time (personal preference). Drew McClelland and I sat down and talked for a bit and I decided to try out the one they had in stock. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, a true Porsche enthusiast. We took a short drive and the car was absolutely excellent, certainly different than my 80s model I have in storage. I may have bought the car on the spot if it were a manual and black. Overall excellent experience and friendly staff. Ill be returning soon when they get some different stock in, and am very much looking forward to it. Dont hesitate to stop by if you want a real sports car.
Was able to find a vehicle in my price range and that was acceptable in meeting my needs. Salesman has stayed in contact as to make sure any issue that appeared before purchase are properly handled. Financing was made available from a bigger loan company, with others available.
I scheduled an oil change for 10:30am and ended up being here for 2 ½ hours. A regular oil change by a PROFESSIONAL should take 15-45 minutes—which is why my wait time makes absolutely no sense. Do you guys actually know what you’re doing or are you working on my car blindly?
Jake is an excellent sales guy! This was my first car shopping experience in which I didnt feel pressured into buying a car. He was very attentive to my needs, allowed me to view what I wanted to see first and - upon my not wanting that car after all - had some great suggestions for me. I love the car I ended up in and cant wait to do business with him again (if the opportunity presents itself again).
I bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra in June and traded in my 2010 Kia. I took the Hyundai to my mechanic to do a once over before buying. Said I should have them replace the tie rod. They were willing to replace as part of my purchase. At the time I felt like I was getting a good deal, and everything was fair. After my purchase it took them 3 months to get my title. Kept saying it was the lean holder (State Farm) backing them up. It wasnt until I wanted to be done and get my car back that they were able to do it that day. (Weird that they got what I needed same day after wanting to walk away. Drew (GM) made the fix happen). So I left being done with thinking about them and moving on with my life.Fast forward to October, needing an oil change. Go to my mechanic as always. I felt and looked at the tires because the tire pressure light kept coming on. Saw I definitely needed new tires. Normal cost to a used vehicle, I get it. I then find out the supposed tie rod they replaced back in June, already needs replacing. Dont know if they put in a used part, or what, but now its going to cost me $250 just for that. I have never in my 8car life had such a horrible experience with a vehicle. To sum things up, dont buy/service anything at Napleton, they are poop!
Absolutely the very best car purchase ever! Ron and Richard were the best easy peasy super professional guys in there... forever customer here.. such a relief to have it go that good tbh..
We love our Volkswagen dealership. You guys are the best. Thank you for always helping us with anything we need
They take to long and nevet have parts there cast to much
This place is horrible. I sent my son there to get a simple oil change. They told him he had to have a $70 dollar inspection. You should not trust this company. Dont buy from them and definitely dont ever use their service department.
We had a VW Tiguan in need of warranty work. Their time estimates were off by days and they had zero communication about any of it. When we picked the car up after hours the headlight didn’t work and turn signal so we assumed maybe it was a bulb. It wasn’t, upon calling them to say “hey, remember when you took the entire engine out and put it back in, maybe you clipped a cord or unplugged something” that they offered to look at it for $150. Use anyone else, these guys personify the absolute screwjob you get at dealerships.
Purchased a 2016 VW Tiguan. Great experience, very trustworthy and knowledgeable team, no sales pressure at all. JR Johnson (sales rep) was excellent. It was raining that day so they gave the car a good detail before I drove it home. Pretty awesome people.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS OUT THERE WITH KNIFE IN THEIR HANDSI WENT THERE LAST TUESDAY AFTER GOT A TIMING JOB DONE BY A LOCAL MECHANIC AND AS IT IS 2 TEETH OFF I WENT TO THEM TO GET IT FIXED AS LOCAL MECHANIC HAD NO VAGCOMI SAW THE MECHANIC WORKED ON THE CAR AND FIXED IT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND THEN I KEPT WATCHING NOBODY TOUCHED THE CAR FOR NEXT 3 HOURS TO JUSTIFY OHHHH IT WAS A VERY SERIOUS JOB AND CHARGE ME $349.00 LABOUR TO FIX THE RETARDED TIMING BELT.NEVER AGAIN I WILL EVER VISIT THEM FOR SERVICE......PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THIS PLEASE TAKE NOTE .. A BIG TIME RIPOFFTHOUGH I LIKE MY CAR
Josh is awesome to work with and everyone at the dealership is very nice and polite. Will definitely be buying another car from them in the future!
John Bradley and Bill Hall are the best Ive ever had the pleasure of buying a new car off of. They are great!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Their service dept was clean, comfortable and they answered ALL my questions.
Best dealership Ive ever been to. They were all amazing and Josh worked super hard to get me a vehicle that I love
We were on vacation in Branson and had a DEF pump malfunction which caused the Adblue light to come on and the mileage countdown to start. I called the dealership and they got us in the same day to get us on our way back to Nebraska. I really appreciate Steve and the crew at Napleton to help us out on such a short notice. Great team and customer service!
New awesome and huge location in NE springfield! Nice move!
We went in with a budget in terms of Our Own. The staff there worked for two days to get us into the car that we wanted there was no hassling and overall we were very pleased. Would definitely buy a car here again and cant say enough how polite they were.
Waited 4 hours for a two hour service (dropped vehicle off at 9:30, and I finally phoned them at 1:30 after not hearing from them), only to be told their computer needed to be updated before they could try and service my vehicle. Was told the update could not be done until that night, and would need to leave my vehicle or return the following day. I drove 180 round trip. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance. Will find another dealership to service vehicle.
Love this place and great staff
Andrew was so helpful and understanding with my car issue. 3 weeks prior to this review my car broke down near Springfield, MO and I am from Minnesota. They were able to figure out the correct problem after a different shop ordered the wrong part for my car having VW install it. We then had to drive 600+ miles to retrieve my car, ran into a horrible snow storm in Iowa and put us behind in arrival time. Andrew offered to stay late if he needed to so my husband and I could get my car. Thank you so much.
Great service. Great communication. A bit pricy for my blood however, but you get what you pay for here!
Came back a month later and the dealer I bought my car from didn’t even recognize or remember me. Parts department employees have a major attitude problem; rude and uppity the entire time when I just wanted wipers. I had to park 4 different places just buy a set of wiper blades because service department employees kept complaining about everywhere I parked. I purchased the unlimited optional warranty and when my broke down and wouldn’t start I was told to go to O’Reillys. This dealership sucks. I wish I never bought my car here and just went somewhere else...
I called today to make an appointment to have the broken lever that controls the tilt in the steering wheel replaced. Imagine my shock when I was informed that the steering column had to be replaced to the tune of $1100 for parts and $400 for labor. An eight inch lever with about a square 1/4 inch of plastic on the business end. The design and inability to repair at a reasonable cost is negligent.I have been told that Volkswagen repairs are high but I was SHOCKED.If you are considering a Volkswagen do some comparison shopping with similar vehicles. The regular maintenance costs are very high.
Had a horrible experience with salesman Jeff Taylor from the moment we met till he demanded an extra 3k just to try to work the deal. All the finance people were great though.
Dissatisfied customer due to a $4 light bulb. I went in for a State inspection, Oil Change, New Fuel Filter and a recall on my headlights. When I picked up my car the front light bulb was out, it was not out when I dropped off my car. I was running late to get back to work so I called the next day. I took it in and they said, the light bulb had nothing to do with the recall and it would be $69.00 to replace. Ummmm, thats funny my car passed inspection by them that day. Everytime I go their I have to go back the same week because some light in my dash is on again. My husband and I were just talking about getting a new vehicle at this location but probably not now. The Service manager needs to tone it down a bit.M.Stieb
Recently my wife and I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Napleton with the help of Phillip Osburn. This was one of the greatest purchasing experiences I have ever had. This was the first time we had purchased a slightly used vehicle and going into this process we were very nervous. From the time Phillip met us at the door of the dealership our nerves were calmed and we never felt pressure to buy or speed up our thinking process. Phillip was amazing and even though we PCSd to the east coast we have decided that our next vehicle we purchase will be through Napleton even if we have to travel back to Springfield to do it. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is purchasing a new or used car!!! Thanks so much!
Super nice and friendly staff! I had a new for me used GTI. I got a check engine light at 51,000, They fixed the intake manifold under a transferred warranty. They also took care of a recall issue while it was there. It was a hassle-free experience, that was way easier than expected. Thank you!
Phenomenal customer service! Noah and Bill were an amazing team, who ensured I got exactly what I wanted.
Will never buy a car from them again very dishonest people
Service department was great! Got me right in and serviced my car in record time. Cleaned beautifully before I picked it up. Definitely will only take my Jetta there for service!
I have bought 2 Volkswagen Golf TDIs here and they have been very helpful. After we bought our second one the battery went bad and they were prepared to put another one in for free without hesitation.
I had my car in for servicing on Wednesday and it took them 3 hours. Then one guy went to lunch and just left my paperwork on his desk no one cared when I saw my car in bay I ask if it was finished he said oh he was supposed to take car of you before he left. Extremely poor service and probably short of help in service.
Parts and Service Counter was prompt and professional.Mr. Woody was knowledgeable and professional when answering my 20 questions at the counter.Thank You, will return again.
Joshua is a great Salesman. He is very knowledgeable
These guys are good at selling cars but after you buy it they stop replying to emails regarding service. Probably wont be buying any cars here in the future.
On road trip to see my mother and my check engine light came on and the add blue light came on and my husband said to take it to dealership In Springfield for them to check car over and they gave me attitude in the service center that they were on lunch and busy. I had my 3yr old in the car with me I said I needed them to check it to make sure I was safe traveling with her. They took it back said it would be 2 hours or more . they came out and said they couldnt clear the codes on the car and it may just be a sensor and they couldnt do anything till Tuesday but I could drive it and it may or may not start when I turned it off. I left and went on my way and got standeded 100 miles down the road till my husband could travel 3 hours to get us. We hauled the car back to Columbia mo to our dealership and they checked the car and reset the code and the car worked perfectly. Thanks for nothing Springfield Volkswagen. You should be ashamed of your staff for not taking the time to do a 10 min fix. I will tell everyone I know how horribly I was treated
Save yourself the stress & go somewhere else!! We broke down on vacation & used this dealership because it was the closest. They took 2 business days before they even looked at the car. They were unbelievably RUDE!!! So much so, I had to ask Andrew (the GM) if he wanted our business? After a week of being treated horribly, I called VW Care & reported them. After everything was done & we went to pick up our car it had 2 DENTS in it! They put it on the lift wrong! After talking with Derek, he offered to fix the dents. Today we picked up our car & WOW! Here we go again. The windows were smudged, the inside of the doors were smeared with body shop dust, there was trash inside our car, the sunroof shade was open, there is a door ding, seat & mirrors were messed with too. These people just dont seem to care about how they treat their customers or their customers vehicles.
