We are new to the Springfield area. We took our van in for some work on the lift. The front office people were very pleasant and knowledgable. The service area was so great. They would come see me every hour or so with pictures on the progress. A very good place.

It was a pleasure to purchase my scooter lift from United Access in Springfield, MO. I visited the store several times over a 6-month period while making my decision. Carrie, Chris and James were patient with me, and spent all the time I needed understanding which lift was best for me and explaining the installed equipment. Their office helped in getting the vehicle to and from their shop for its quick installation. I feel the lift is safely installed and have a renewed sense of freedom to go places.

I spoke with Brady this morning. He was so easy to work with! Brady was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. We only needed a rental for a few days, Brady and his manager went above and beyond to get one available to us. Thank you Brady for all of your hard work!!

Bought my van there and they have been very helpful if ever I have had an issue. Carrie the general manager went way above the call of duty to help me when my car over heated in Joplin and I could not get home. Being handicap thats not a good deal. She made sure I had a place to stay, and my car was taken care of. That kind of service is just awesome. Thank you United Access for being there for me and my car.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. They made sure I was comfortable will I waited for my lift to be installed. I would highly recommend them to others!

An Internet search for electric wheelchairs led me to United Access. Although United Access does not sell wheelchairs, Brady LaRose (mobility specialist) listen to the questions I had and took his time to share what he knew about electric wheelchairs and scooters. EXCELLENT customer service!!

We were very satisfied with our experience with United Access. They arrived as they said they would, handled all of our belongings with great care, both while loading and unloading. I would recommend them to everyone.

Every time I need a repair they squeeze me in within a day or two. I was angry about havin yo drive back as i live 90 miles away but they are understanding and listened then got my issues fixed and back on the road

I purchased my van from here for $26.000. It had rust above the rear wheel well. I told Alice I would buy it if the rusted area was cut out new metal was put in and repainted. Alice agreed to do so, Alice called the body shop and told them to just sand it down then paint it. I know this because 2 months later the rust was coming back.Took it back to the tanners that did the work. I was informed Alice told them to just sand it down then paint it. Talked to Alice and others at United Access to fix it and was refused or flat out ignored by some guy named John I believe.
