Lincoln welcomed me & asked me how he can help me with the up most respect when I entered the front door.I explained that I wanted 2 pay my bill & that I have a few concerns about my account & he quickly looked into my account, took my payment, gave me the receipt, answered every one of my questions & told me what my bill payment is & how much I have 2 pay 2 restore my service.Very pleased 2 know that if Lincoln is not there or available that another associate named, Alex is just as great as Lincoln & that he could take care of me.Thank you 4 hiring great respectful, professional young gentleman that know how 2 go above & beyond of excellent service with their xfinity customers.I will always b an xfinity customer 4 life!
The store is fineWhen call xfinity direct they say they wiil call back and they usually do not.Their cables are installed without any careGoing to look into sling etc.

The guy who saw me was mazjng very professional but the store was packed in the other workers instead of trying to hurr uh up and get the other client they started talking between each other.

Went in there to switch a remote controller, they gave me a broken one instead. Smelled like weed and it was not workable whatsoever. Hate to go back there but I have to because the area is so sketchy. And if you call Comcast to tell them to send you a remote controller they charge you $6.95 plus tax. Not very helpful from them at all.
Not helpful and rude. I asked for a printed receipt and the man who I spoke to pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about, as an employee laughed on his phone. As I walked out the employee that found a customer asking for help humorous said to call a 1-800 number. I will never return to this location.
This was the worst service ever. I tried getting my phone refunded and the when I went to the store it was this long process and still didnt get the refund. The code they sent me didnt work. It then they were like go back home and you can print it out and come back and give us the phone. I hate Xfinity so much. There customer service on the phone is the worst and takes forever to get a hold of someone. Then finally why is it there is only one person who processes the refunds. They need a whole new system. Probably going back to give them cable and everything else. Just disgusted with the round arounds I have to go to in order to get the refund
This place closes at 6, not 7 as posted on line even though there is still someone behind the counter. I can find better ways to waste my time.... Unfortunately they wont let me give less than one star so lets pretend it means one finger instead.
This young man was definitely a professional. His ability to settle our concerns was amazing. Just the day prior we went to Holyoke Mall xfinity store for the same concerns and we were left there for two hours. Employee had no interest in helping us out. Today we went to Boston Road and we got the best customer service one can ask for. Jonathan great job and thank you for helping my son have a better day.
Went in at 10am to exchange my modem. Out in 15 min...even with social distancing in place. No complaints.

Stopping at this store was a poor choice. After downgrading my DVR / cable box (they referred to it as an upgrade but it wasn’t) I needed to return the old unit which I could have just mailed back but I unfortunately decided to bring it to them since I also wanted to upgrade my iPhone. Big mistake! I walked into Land of Confusion. I’ll leave out the boring details but wound up waiting well over half an hour just for them to give me a receipt for the equipment. I was eventually serviced by miss attitude who clearly doesn’t like her job. What bothered me most is their poorly thought out process. The guy at the door who takes your equipment or your request hands you a bar code and only asks your first name, tells you to have a seat anywhere and someone will call you. So I find a seat like the other dozen customers waiting and wondering what happens if there are 2 or more customers with the same first name waiting? Then I watch customers who get their bar code and go directly to an employee and are.immediately helped essentially cutting the line. I never proceeded with the phone upgrade as I was already there much longer than anticipated and I can upgrade my phone anywhere online without the extra Covid risk and bad attitude.
I went to the Boston road location in Springfield mass. My wait wasnt bad just a few mintues to be called to come up to the service window.. I met a young, very knowledeable, polite, young man, i asked him many questions I had on my list and others came to mind, he answered all my questions, which i was able to understand what he was saying to me, not high tech words and I was able to understand the things and process more, this young name was Alex..and as we were finishing up thingsand purchase, we were talking about there phones, informed me about there programs and phones, come to find out that there mobile phones service is better then mine and less expensive and I get two new phones, so guess what ? Already told Alex I be back next week to purchase thier phone and plan....so if you arent to technical like I am, Alex Is a great associate who will walk you through the process which you will understand and make the better choice for yourself..

Great service when I switched over from Verizon to Xfinity. But I wanted to call back and speak to the same person to upgrade and there is no phone number or contact with anybody there. I think that sucks! That was a thing I loved about Verizon I had one person I dealt with for years. I like the one on one. Xfinity really lacks that

Internet is great. Billing? Not so much. Every bill some new fee is added, slowly increasing it until the end of the introductory promotional period. The price of the same package you sign up for nearly doubles in price. If a child makes a charge without you knowing the company will not credit that back. Making an already ridiculously high bill even more. Also, I only need internet. They force you to include TV as the better deal. Canceling as soon as I find a new provider.
Extremely nice! Had an awesome moment with one employee about the same favorite superhero, Spider-Man! Made my experience even better! The employee I had, was super nice! She walked me through everything and was very patient! Im going to go back to get their names so I can make sure everyone sees how awesome these employees were!

If you ever visited Comcast that was located on Main Street, you will be pleasantly surprised that this is nothing like that.Its basically an Xfinity store that also handles equipment replacements.That is why I was there. After the lightning storm we experienced, one of my DTA boxes failed. I also had a huge set too box that I wanted to replace.When you walk in there is a desk where an associate takes your information and enters you in the system.I thought this would be the place where the rest of my life would be spent but I quickly saw there were at least 4 people handling issues.In a very short period o time I was at the desk getting new equipment.It was short and sweet.Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I was in and out quicker than I could have ever imagined.Good job, Xfinity.

Comcast wanted to impose a rate hike on data during a pandemic.
This company has the worst customer service ever...takes hours on the phone with them and gets no where...can’t get a technician out for weeks...find out they’ve been overcharging me for years (2nd time this has happened) and get told management will look into it and to go to the store just to find out nothing was done I have to replace my own box and for them to do an online chat that got nowhere about getting my money back...did I mention I pay over $230 a month for this!!! With all the new technology out you would think they would want to take care of their customers to keep them...

Ok, I just finished visiting the Xfinity Store on Boston Rd. in Springfield, MA.It was a very. very satisfying experience. They are well organized and handled the customers very professionally inspite of the Cordis-19 flu. There was complete compliance with the federal safety mandate. They were very efficient and processed my returns and billing errors with swiftdispatch. My problems satisfactorily resolved.Congratulations to the staff and management. Job well done!JEBrown
A very efficiently run store. They went out of their way to transfer all of my info from my old phone/service to my new one. They recommended the best new phone for me, the best cable service plan (which happened to be a cheaper one which they felt best suited my needs), and the installation tech was above par. He explained everything to me in simple to understand terms and how to transfer both my wireless laptop and printer to my new internet service. They are the best in my opinion.

Located on Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts @ the Walmart Plaza. Its a full service store for both cable service as well as cellular services. Great customer service. I have only been in here a couple of times over the past few years and each time was decent.
Cant get to agent on phone, get over charged,and all agents are overseas what is wrong with Americans.

Excellent exactly great customer care communication, but when you first walk in they dont greet you all the lady say is what your name, and cant communication with u so she ask you to write your name and she give u a ticket w/ a number. And say wait until someone comes call. But my experience w/ Sir Bob, he was very exceptional excellent fabulous great customer care communication looks the customer in the eyes while communication. About the issue. I wish there was more like Sir, Bob. A job well done!!

Walked in to the store and was greeted by Alex DeJesus. I asked if I could switch my cell phone service over from Verizon. He left for a couple of minutes and came back to inform me that I could. I said I wanted to find out how much it would cost. Alex directed me over to his work station and started entering my information. Within 20 min I was switched over and shaking hands with Alex on my way out. Great customer service and speedy transaction, both things that are high on my list of wether I should spend my money with a company.Well done Alex and Xfinity.

Aesthetically a very nice location. Youll want to come only by appointment though because it can get very crowded. Would be nice to see them expand the size of the building and hire more staff, so they werent as hard pressed to tend to so many customers.
I walked in randomly because I needed a new box. It was clean and we got through super fast. We got our tickets and were called up before we sat down. They go us in and out in less then 10 min. Good experience 👍
It is the worst place to go. I cancelled my subscription with Comcast Cable. They are always going up on their prices and offering new customers 1/2 the price that you are paying. They will not work with you on anything. I was a loyal customer for 25yrs. NO MORE I quit them.
Service is quick. Workers are very attentive to my needs and make the extra effort to be sure my needs are met. The store is very large with lots of empty space so I never feel crowded. Its exceedingly clean and pleasant to visit. There are comfortable seats for every need.
I was there a few months ago. I was changing my modem/router for a new one because the old one (which we had for 5 years) started to lose a lot of packets. I couldnt talk to my friends over Discord. They got me a new one in about 15 minutes. The new one had AC wifi which means 2.4 and 5 dual band. And Im sure they didnt take any money for that. Thanks to them.

I had a woman working with me at first but after explaining I wanted to cancel my account except for wifi I was passed on to another person. Tried to explain to him the stuff I wanted, he was too busy doing the peepee dance that he couldnt grasp what I wanted. No changes ended up being done and I was charged for the month. THEN I got a bill for equipment that I had already turned in. This place needs to hire people who pay attention to whats going on with patrons accounts!!!

They are just horrible, dont even know why they have a store front its always you have to call this number we cant do nothing from here we dont have access to that information, can someone explain to me how someone on a phone in the middle nowhere has better access to my account history than a locally based company store thats supposed to deal with those kinds of issues, really do a better job at hiring personnel that is willing to do some troubleshooting and actually fix a problem or two instead of coming out with excuses on how they cant help me.

***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** I brought an iPhone 7 that is unlocked from Apple for any carrier and they told me I needed to change my phone number in order for it to work. Anyone knows that a phone number does not have anything to do with a phone being able to work on a network or not. I have had the same phone number for the last 18 years on about 6 different cell phone carriers. This company advertising lower cellphone bills but will fat out lie to you so they can make extra money on activation fees. Stick with Verizon or ATT or even Walmart’s straight talk is better.
Been fighting with xfinity Mobile for the last year. Non stop they screw up my bills, steal random money from my checking then say they cant give it back. After weeks of screaming at them on the phone then finally refund me then start with new problems!! AVOID them at all cost. They have no damn idea what they are doing. Ive filed a case against them with the FTC. How can you tell an Xfinity employee is lying? Their lips are moving. Literally everything they tell you is a lie.

They promise a refund, then never refund me. I fight for hours on the phone, and never get refunded. Ive reported them to the FTC.
Wow!!! 14 yrs with Comcast, 1st time @ this location because its open Sundays. I now will travel the extra few miles to do my business @ this location. Walter was an immense help and went so far above and beyond to best satisfy my needs, an excellent experience from a man that obviously loves what he does!
This is the worst site I have ever dealt with spoke with “customer care agent” Michelle who was very rude and unwilling to help with the situation. Kept speaking of the previous tenant account and going in a circle. I asked for the manager Mercedes and she was not willing to speak with me. For people who are supposed to be customer service providers neither of the agent or the manager was helpful and resolving the issue that they made. If we were able to go to another provider we would.
All my questions were answered & I was served within a few minutes of waiting.
