Beautiful decor in the typical Johnny Morris fashion. Great Service from the bar to the buffet. I love how they were able too accomadate several large groups at once.

My husband rented his books from this store. The girl that helped him was great! Got in and got out with no problem. She explained their rental policy, what books were optional and we were on our way under 15 minutes. Great experience, and service!

Usually these guys are pretty busy and there trying and willing to help you out in any way possible. But there still fairly friendly and helped me shave $600 or so off my book cost! Thanks Student Book Exchange!

I love saving money, especially on things that shouldnt be so expensive. SBE has great prices on gently used books. This location is for OTC students and the employees typically know the books you need off-hand by telling them the course youre taking. The staff has always been super friendly.

Terrible buy back prices, way more expensive books than Text Bucks, the customer service is awful! I will never go here again, Text Bucks is a way better place, they look up your book list and pull all of your books for you! Go to Text Bucks if you want way better prices and an easy, cheaper book buying experience!

Customer Service is horrible!!!!. They are a rip off. He calls himself the Manager but the guy must have low self-esteem as he seems to be in some sort of a power trip while working there. The acclaimed Manager/Owner was a younger guy who was a complete prick to me for no reason. Buy online like everyone else and dont waste your time with this circus. I waited in line for twenty min while there were only three customers in front of me. After I finally got waited on this cheese head along with another associate where completely rude to me. The worst part about it was the Manager was rude to the customer in front of me as well! I dont see how this company is in business other than for its HUGE mark ups and low buyback prices I figure. I wont be going back and I will be telling everyone else about my experience.

I have bought/rented most of my textbooks from this location for several years. You definitely save tons of money here and the staff is relaxed and always tries to help you out!

Just ok! I expected more. Not a very good selection of titles, not what is advertised.

Prices are slightly lower than the campus book store. Online tools for book ordering are pretty handy. However, their service is S-L-O-W. I ordered my books weeks in advance, but still ended up having to get my books the day before classes start and then waited half an hour in line to get my order (which was right there on the shelf.) They would have forgotten part of my order if I hadnt mentioned it to them. Got talked into renting instead of buying several of my books because of all the money I was supposed to save. I still ended up paying more than my online order total because they didnt have a used copy that they thought they had. No email notification, no apology for the mix-up, just tough-luck shrugs.

Great service! And they have consolidated the OTC and MSU locations at Kimbrough.

The older woman who works here is always SO rude. This is not just a one time thing. I deal with this place almost every semester and she is always short and rude over the phone. Not good.

Told me I would be fine with just the code when I actually needed the book. Then for another class they sold me the wrong book entirely.
